The girl cut my friends nails way to short and then said that she didn't, went we both watched her due it.. plus you pay 34$ just for them to paint them when you can pay 23$ somewhere else get them painted and cuticles cut and lotion on your hand.. not going back

Best nail salon me and my mother have been to in a long time. Me and my mother have been getting our nails done for years. We decided to give this salon a try as we just moved here and needed a permeant salon, and this establishment is bang on perfect. I would not recommend this place. The staff member I saw could not understand what gel nails are, despite being clear that I wanted gel when I called to book and when I arrived, and saying I did not want acrylic several times. Left with nails shorter than when I started because they chopped all my nails very short the second I got there and then couldn't understand simple instructions; I just wanted gel nails of a normal length, nothing fancy. I was clear and repeated myself three times to two different staff members. Good reminder for me that going to chop shops are never worth it.

I've been here twice and have been completely happy with the little shop. Ashley did these almond shaped black hearts for me. She was a perfectionist and spent her time holding her breath hand drawing the sweet little heart shapes on each nail. I'm absolutely thrilled. So much damage!!! I went here to get a shellac colour change. The gentleman working ended up peeling and scratching off chunks of my nails to the point that now they are chipping, cracking and I have splinter hemorrhage (which are black splinter looking lines under your nails caused by damage) on all of my nails. Never have my nails been so damaged!!!

Yesterday the price was different when it doesn't appear anywhere, she half threw the interactive machine at me to pay while being super frustrated because we noticed that she had cost $ 5 more to an elderly lady. They take customers 30 minutes from the end so they finish our pressed nails and without any courtesy. I'm going to go back just for the service with Linda. (Original) Je ne fais faire que du vernis Gel et c’est toujours bien fait. Linda est un Amour, pour les autres aucune amabilité. Hier le prix était différent alors que c’est inscrit nulle part, elle m’a à moitié jeté la machine interact pour payer en étant super frustré car on avait remarqué qu elle avait prix 5$ de plus a une dame âgée. Ils prennent des clientes à 30min de la fin alors ils finissent nos ongles pressées et sans aucune courtoisie. Je vais y retourner juste pour le service avec Linda.

i went there to get a set of acrylics an the lady doing my nails cut my over 4 times an i left the place with bleeding cuticles an every time she put a new product on my nails it would get in the cuts an the whole time i was in pain please fine somewhere else to go the get the friends to write good reviews so don’t trust all the good review please please just go somewhere else an also the polish job is horrible is streaky an the lots of bubble an the salon is just terrible

Walked into this location after reading good reviews online. The lady that did my nails barely spoke to me. She would just wave her hand when she wanted me to put my hand under the uv light. She said my nails were dry when I left, which they weren't, so the design smudged. All nails are different lengths. I had to file the nails down to smooth the edges because they were sharp and rough. There is also a massive clump of nail glue under the one nail she replaced. Poor service and poor work.

Just had gel nails done. They are the worst I've had done yet. Very thick and some stick up instead of out like a normal nail. My natural nails were very short but I've had them done in that condition and had them look great at other places. I had to go home and reshape them because they were bumpy and ugly. I would recommend paying more and going to a better salon.

I have been going to this nail salon for almost 3 years, for nails and pedicures I find the staff friendly and they do a lovely job of my nails, Johnny is great always happy, and entertaining. I have no idea what these negative comments are all about, I find the salon clean, the tubs are scrubbed after each client, and I am fussy! I hope these comments don't deter people from going there, the price is right and I have never had an issue in all the time I have been going there.

Hana from Regal Nails is the BEST! I’ve had gel, acrylic and a mix of the both in the past and nothing has ever stayed on my nails. Hana has done 4 sets of gel nails on me and not a single nail has lifted or broke. She is AMAZING! Her French Fade is the best I’ve seen, Pinterest worthy. Highly recommend!

I went for a new set of acrylic nails, the lady who did my nails cut me multiple times, was very rough, and completely rushed the appointment. She tried to over-charge me multiple times by saying they were solar when they were just acrylic, said it was extra to make them the length I wanted (which was maybe 1-2cm longer than my natural nail). The end result was completely botched; they looked thick, lumpy, polish was uneven, the nails were crooked, and there was a lot of acrylic left under the nail. She spent more time talking to her coworkers than focusing on the nails. I would never go back here, would leave a negative rating if possible.

Had gone here a few years ago with my mother and paid for gel nails. I've done research now and know that is not what we received. If they pull out a white powder with a pink liquid to create your nail, that is acrylic. Gel nails are exactly what they're called, made from a gel. It's a longer process and requires more curing. Please, learn from my mistake, do your research before getting anything done at any salon.

The nail tech that did my nails was very rude, unfriendly and definitely a racist. I only got simple acrylics done and it was so expensive. Not coming back here. Reply to you First of all I don’t have a husband I don’t know whose footage you watched for god’s sake i am 17 ! How will i have a husband and children you don’t even recognize your own costumers !? Because of this i am reducing a star my appointment was on march 13th at 3:30pm before blaming others get your facts straight. Second of all the nail tech beside me doing another lady’s nails was very nice and sweet to her costumer and my nail tech, this is my first time getting my nails done i am only 17 I don’t know how it works so I just told her that I want acrylics and she replied very rudely i may add ‘yeah i know’ and then when I replied to her words ‘do you like it’ with ‘thank you, i love them’ i did not even receive a smile, very heart breaking ! I don’t know about other people but i had high expectations from the reviews i read. I did not like this visit no matter how many times you see the footage or whatever yourself i will not recommend this salon to anyone and also my friend works at a salon as a nail tech and she briefly visited me during my session and said the same words and also that in my salon we charge way less and even also apply lotions to your hands and she applied double coats because she messed the first one up. Can’t believe I can’t even get a polite nail tech here and when i try to tell you that i am the one that is being blamed. Extremely disappointed.

They also provide great customer service when those little repairs need to be made! One time I had the same nail chip several times in a week and they happily fixed it each time, and made sure I was happy with my nails. Thank you Regal Nails! I always get my nails done here! Love the place. But I’m just wondering if I have to pay for a broken nail and chipping off nail polish when I literally got it done Wednesday, October 3rd for a fill? I don’t do any harsh or hard work using my hands. It was out of nowhere when I noticed my one nail is broken and the other nails’ polish are chipping off. I’m just really disappointed because this never happened to me before, until another lady did my nails that day. UPDATE: Regal nails is probably the best nail salon in town! They were so quick in response to my issue and got my nails fixed as soon as possible. Customer service and quality of their work is A+. If you want great customer service and beautiful nails, regal nails is the place for you!

Hannah was very rude and unprofessional, rushing through the appointment and not communicating at all. She cut me twice and when I was bleeding she squeezed my finger so hard that I had tell her to stop and and apply antiseptic. I do not recommend the place at all and not going back there ever. Worst possible service.

She was rather rude during the entire process and my nails look terrible. Most of the tips are crooked and the acrylic is way too thick. A total waste of time and money. I will not go back.

I used to go to this nail salon all the time I loved it. I had one guy doing my nails, while using the spinning file thing he took a chuncks out of my real nail! Not once but twice the lady sitting next to him was talking a different language to him about something idk. Then at the end of my visit she knew I was upset but still charged me full price for my visit. I have not returned since.

The spring rolls or Lumpia and rice that was brought by staff for the Customer Appreciation Weekend are almost as amazing as the service we received. We felt like we were the only ones in the store. I got acrylic done and the lady doing my nails never asked me for the length I wanted and when I tried to tell her I wanted them shorter she just shrugged it off. Put WAY TO MUCH product resulting in really THICK nails and she was really rough with the drill and files, nicking my fingers multiple times after I told her it hurt. And she used USED nail files. Literally had other people’s nail dust on it. ???? Won’t be going back.

Took my daughter and I to get our nails done. Called ahead to book a time. When we arrived I had to fight to get two spots next to each other. I expect that when I book for myself and my girl that that’d be obvious that we’d like to beside each other. My daughter and I both had “shellac” done. They tried to up charge for my daughter when the special was $10-$15 for kids manicure. She did not receive a manicure. They skipped steps. My daughter has a habit of picking at her nail polish so I figured shellac would work... well it would if it was really shellac. I realize how she peeled it off when mine is peeing like dried white glue. Shellac shouldn’t peel. It shouldn’t be soft. Will not be returning. So disappointed. I’ll spend my hard earned money elsewhere.

I have been here a few times and the experience has always been great. I had a shellac manicure and pedicure the last time I was there and it was the best I've ever had! I have had shellac done at other places but it always chipped within the first week. My polish from Regal Nails withstood all of my sports and my very active lifestyle. I only had to removed the polish because of regrowth, otherwise it still looked great! Very impressed! I will be booking back in with them very soon.

I've been to this location twice, the first time I went because it's close to my house and I'm new to the area. The man that was doing my nails had to redo them at least 6 times, he had no idea what he was doing. At the end the nails looked like garbage and all the woman did was give me a $5 off coupon for my next visit. So I went back to my hometown for a few days and ended up paying to get my nails done again. My second trip was two days ago and I asked the woman for GEL nails and she gave me acrylic after I told her I am allergic to acrylic, she then told me it was gel. I have since done my research and know the difference of the two by the look (gel does not use any powder where acrylic is liquid and a powder). I paid $75.37 plus a tip for an allergic reaction. I am discussed they would take advantage of people like this, give them the cheaper product and charge them for the more expensive one. I will be calling in the morning to complain. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

I then decided to have a mani done, and the man (I need to get his name hahaha) listened to everything I asked for. Just moved to Niagara Falls. Had to find a new Nail Salon. I have had my nails done at Regal many times in Mississauga so I went to Regal in Walmart Niagara Falls. The store is not very clean. That should have been my first clue. When he got the bio gel out, the jar was dirty. He put a very thin layer of gel on my nails. Cut me a few times. By then I just wanted out. My nails are not smooth. He did not put enough coats of polish you can see through it. A week later I have cracks and I am ashamed of my nails. I can't go and have them re done somewhere else because one of my fingers is raw and infected. So disappointed....

Had a terrible experience... I went to them because they were the only place open on a Sunday and I needed an under arm wax and didn't want to wait another day because I was starting to feel gross. They were located in Walmart which was confusing because it doesn't say that online.... When I got there the lady brought me to the room. She asked me to sit in a chair??? Didn't even clean off the skin before starting, instead she just poured baby powder on me and it got off over my clothes because I was SITTING ON A CHAIR instead of laying down.. Even though there was a bed right beside me. She put the wax on me, ripped off the wax and only half the hair came off. She seemed so confused. So she did it again and only some of the hair came off again. She then told me she wanted to pluck out each and every individual hair or have me wait 2 more weeks for my hair to grow. (In my opinion that is disgusting and wrong. A woman should not have to wait 3 weeks to get her hair waxed..I had already waited 1 week prior to this visit) I asked her if she had another wax, something stronger for thicker hair and she had no idea what I was talking about.. Not to mention she was holding back laughter the whole time I was there. Honestly a terrible place. Save your money.

My manicure lasted all of 10 minutes. The tech was on his phone the majority of the time and was quite rough with my hands. He basically ripped off my cuticles instead of clipping them, so much so that I actually started bleeding on two of the fingers. I paid for shellac which is chipping 3 days later. Also none of the tools that I saw being used were bubble packed, which makes me believe the tools were not properly sterilized between uses. All of the tools used on my hands were pulled out of a drawer right at the station I was at. Highly disappointed. Would not recommend to anyone.

Used to come here and see Lee - then I went without nails for a few months. And when I called in June - Lee was gone. So I decided to try one of the top three salons in Regina. What an absolute disaster. Terrible work! Certainly nothing floral in the job they did. (Pun on the name). Anyway I went back to Regal in Harbor Landing and Hanna did an amazing job - maybe the best set I’ve ever had done ( especially considering the mess they were in from the other salon! ) Definitely won’t stray from Hanna and Regal again.

poor service. I had gone to get my nails done they got a young girl to do my nails which took forever and she was also very rough. The next week i noticed that the nail shellac was all cracked. I returned to see if they would re do my nails and she said know i would have to pay. Never returning to this place again

I went there to do my nails it was my first time. I had very bad experience i did not like my nails at all and it was so weird shaped and its been 3 weeks now i called again to ask how much do you charge to take off nails the girl told me $25 i was shocked i told her that i got my nails done from there she said doesn’t matter. So i went somewhere else and they treated me so well. My nails are so damaged and it hurts because of the nail treatment regal nails followed. I will never go to this place again terrible. I saw the comment so just replying to that comment:- You were rude when you were texting me . And i mentioned i was out of town and i had to wear it for 3 weeks. So please if you could not apologize or correct your mistake thats fine but don't try to cover your mistake. Thank you.

The BEST Nail salon in Regina. I always have an amazing experience at Regal Nails. Their nail techs are very consistent with making my nails look fabulous and long lasting. Shout out to Naomi who is exceptionally creative with her designs. Highly recommend this nail salon, worth every penny!

As a Jewellery Designer my hands and especially my nails take a real beating when I am working in my studio. Solar nails are my way of protecting my natural nail beds from the equipment that I work with daily. Lee at Regal Nails has always done a spectacular job with my nails. She gives me just the right tbickness to protect my fingers without being to heavy. I especially love the fact that no matter how much I may file or sand off the top of the nail, the color and sparkle is through and through, I just loose the shiny finish. 4 years now and I have been very happy with the staff and the pretty nails I go home with.

I went today and really not happy!! The cheese grater tool used for removing dead skin on the bottom of your feet actually took a couple chunks out of my skin. I got a basic pedicure and he tried to charge me $60. Not impressed and will not return.

Yesterday was my second time there. The first time was ok, so I thought I'd try again. It took almost 2 hrs for an acrylic fill. My nails are lumpy and mis-shapen. I had to replace 2 nails and needed to ask several times for her to file them to look like the other ones. Some were coffin, some were square. She was trying to juggle 2 clients so she asked someone else to paint them for me. No offense to him, but he did a terrible job. The polish is patchy and uneven. I'm really disappointed.

They then said next time you both come we will give you a. discount for pedicure. try to make a conversation with you. care a lot about there clients and my girlfriend loved her nails. Prices are very reasonable.Ashley did my nails and she was AWESOME and the other staff that was there were super friendly too. My nails look perfect!! I just wanted to share my experience I had last night. I had an appointment with Renee last night at 5:30 p.m. I just want to say she is AMAZING, best nails I have ever had. I got solar nails and they look like I spent 120 bucks on them. She is very friendly and comfortable to talk too, she asked the whole time about her work to make sure you're happy throughout the whole process so there was never any surprises at the end! 100% would come back again. One of the best and speediest experiences I have ever had!

I started going to this nail salon when they opened their doors.Everyone is friendly and makes you feel welcome. The owners recognize you and call you by name.The service is top notch. I generally get a manicure, pedicure and a facial waxing and have always been totally satisfied each time. I just had the above treatment with Ashley and once again she did a wonderful job. I have recommended Regal Nails here in Regina to many of my friends, relatives and co-workers.Every summer my daughter and her daughters come for a visit from Denmark. The trip won't be complete without going for a mani/pedi. Even when the girls were very young, the staff treated them very well and the girls felt special.
