So I’ve been here a couple of times and all three times not even two day after my nails have started to chip and went back to get those nails fixed and again they chipped I’m never going back don’t waste your money on poor quality

I went there for acrylics they did not listen to me and gave me gel nails witch wasnt put on corectly it's all lumpy and the nail polish didn't even cover the whole nail instead they used the same sponge for everyone for chrome powder there was a little kid running around with no mask on jumping on couches would not listen to me when I said no i want acrylics gross inside

I came here to get a fill for my nails but I was told I had to get a full set as my previous nails were lifting, even after I explained that they weren't. So the ladies ripped my previous set off my nails and even caused me pain because, like I said, they weren't lifting yet. After glueing new tips on she cut them down to the tip of my finger without even asking me how long I wanted them. I told her I didn't want them that short and she replied "Oh, sorry." then continued to cut all of my nails that short. When I was asked which shape I wanted, she assumed I wanted them squared off then when I said I wanted stiletto she had no idea what I meant. Then, after rushing through building me new nails (I swear she was done in less than 10 minutes, and glued my fingers to the underneath of almost all of my nails) she filed them down so thin it burned. They are literally as thin as paper and completely flat. A different lady painted my nails and rushed through each coat and got polish under my nails. I was so upset and disappointed, it was a complete waste of money. I will be going somewhere else to get them completely redone as soon as I can.

Q-Nails Westgate is the best place in town to get your nails done! They're incredibly quick, the quality is outstanding, and the staff and technicians are always friendly and welcoming. I only visit Q-Nails Westgate when I get my nails done. ????

I went once and I will never return. I asked for specific style and the guy I had couldn't do it...He was very rude and he did not seem interested in doing my nails at all. He was more concerned about his kid and was constantly chasing her around... I was very unimpressed with the service and product I got from this place. I will NEVER return.

Me and my sister had made an appointment and they were packed when we got there it took us a 30 minute wait for us to get seated to get our nails done then on top of that they were receiving calls for more appointments and they were booking them for 20 minutes after we we were already there. So all these people show up wanting their nails done and they didn’t have enough people to do 5 people’s nails and 5 pedicures instead they would switch out clients like musical chairs and they even had customers there watching their little kid. On top of that my nails grew out and when they fell off my nails were so damaged almost like the lady used super glue on my nails. They’ve been off for a week now and they’re so brittle and they keep breaking shorter and shorter I have scabs under my nails from them breaking down so short and they are so rough! When they file your nails down they make sure they get skin until you bleed. Then I watched the guy take the nail file from the other employee that she was using on a customer and use it on my sister and broke her skin because they’re so rough. Not trying to be rude just my experience.

Disappointed! I have been going to this location since their Grand opening but the last few months I have been nothing but disappointed. They book appointments but still take walk-ins, so your stuck waiting way past your appointment time. I have felt extremely rushed through and the nail quality is showing it. I have had terrible shaped nails, they are filed unevenly and chipping. I got a fresh set last week and within a couple days they were breaking off. I'm home with a baby all day and by no means hard on my nails, they should not be breaking off. This location is unfortunately turning into all the other ones here. It's very disappointing!

May did an amazing job on my mom's nails! We just showed her a picture and she took it from there! She spent extra time filing and checking the lines. Perfect thickness. And made sure to file down the ridge at the cuticles so it'll be a seamless growout
