The lady doing my nails was extremely rough and pushy with my hands, which resulted in her cutting me multiple times with the nail file. I feel as though it was a rushed job because none of my nails are the same shape, size or length; I need to get them redone. The location is convenient at Westgate, and the interior is gorgeous. I’m sure that there are other people working there that could have done a better job, but I won’t be returning.

First the person chose the wrong nail size than the other person didn’t no how to do proper ombre nails and with 15 mins of them Being done my nail wrecked cause they didn’t let them dry long enough definitely will not go back to this place.

Went in for a colour fix on my nails the gentleman working from out if town was very rude and although I had gotten a manicure and pedicure one week before from one of the ladies who is usually there this man kept saying my nails were done 2 weeks before and acting like I was a problem and trying to pull one over on them . Needless to say he fixed my 2 peeling/chipping nails with the wrong colour and said he just didn't know.. So after 3 years of going here with usually decent service I will not be back.

Ask for shellac nails. Barely got any shellac,neither two coats of nail polish and had to pay $50. My Nails Are so thin they bend when I’m water too long. Wanted to try something new and was not happy.

Went in wanting to take my artificial nails off and get just plain nail polish on, then I decided maybe I should go a mani pedi since they said it was $65 for both. Toes went great but the nail desk was so dirty, all the product was dirty, no clean tools .. saw them use the same one on multiple people with no cleaning. Really hoping I don’t get fungus or something, multiple people worked on me and never understood what I wanted and by the end it was $115.. when I was told $65.

Linda and her whole team are all very friendly, professional and accommodating. Pricing is reasonable and competitive and overall I HIGHLY recommend! :)

The service very unprofessional , I when there for my pedicure and my gel nail done . The lady who did my pedicure very rude and she cut my heel bleeding so bad . My gel nail come off at 2 day after i got done . Never come back again .

My mother, who never treats herself, went for a pedicure and they absolutely pampered her. The service she received was incredible and although I have only been there one time in the past, I will be going to Qnails from now on. She came back raving about the service and how they massaged her, took an extra long time with her, and treated her extremely well. I was so happy to hear she had such a wonderful experience! Great experience here! I typically have problems with lifting due to my thin nail beds, but my nails that I have had done at Q Nails have always stayed on and looked beautiful! The gel color pedis are great too! The staff has always been kind & accommodating!

Bad experience! I asked if they could keep my nail length when they removed my gel nails. They said they would .They filed then down to nothing then filed down the bed of my nail so thin it hurt. The next day they started ripping off into my nail bed and started bleeding. I then came back to ask for a refund and they wouldn't co-operate.

My first visit here was satisfactory enough, the woman did a beautiful job on my nails and I was very happy with her work. I did, however, feel somewhat unwanted, as though they couldn’t wait to be rid of me. However, I went back a second time to get my nails done for the holidays. Naturally, the place was packed because the COVID lockdown measures were about to take effect and I don’t blame them for wanting to maximize profits before they had to close. I was greeted in an extremely unfriendly manner and was instantly made to feel like I didn’t belong there, almost like I had no right to even be there. A woman led me to my chair and then walked away. I sat alone for 10 minutes until another employee literally chucked the colour samples in front of me on the table. I perused the samples for what felt like 15 minutes or so, and then another employee came and began roughly prepping my nails. I had an idea of what I wanted so I showed her a photo and asked if it was possible to get something similar. The answer I got from her as well as the worker closest to us was a rude and resounding “No”. Instead of suggesting alternatives or listening to my backup ideas, she continued brutally buffing my nails in silence. Then she got up and went to tend to other customers. Another 10 minutes, and one of the women came back to me and applied the tips in what I perceived to be a rather careless manner. She snapped at me “how long you want?” and then trimmed them very unevenly to the rough length I’d indicated. I don’t like to whine but it was really kind of painful. Then she got up and I sat alone for literally 45 minutes while I watched other clients come and go, some who had appointments booked after mine being taken care of in a prompt and professional manner. I debated walking out at several points, but decided not to because not only am I chicken but my nails aren’t even half done yet! Just jagged tips glued to the ends of my fingernails. I wanted the job done. At long last, literally the very moment I had decided I was going to leave, a man sat across from me and roughly shaped my tips into what I wanted. When he buffed them he was so aggressive that it caused me real pain and I nearly teared up during several moments. While he filled them in, he began talking to the employee next to him and they were laughing a lot. He kept pointing at my fingers while talking to her. I like my jewelry and I had on a number of rings that evening, like I usually do. No big deal, right? I just like them. I tried to pick out words that were being said and I realized they were mocking me for my rings and laughing hysterically about it. I got stiletto nails but they were all crooked and some were round. Then another lady came to work on me, and I showed her the colours I’d picked out. She was barely looking at my hands while painting. My colours were glittery but the glitter bits were poorly spread out and the thickness of the polish was inconsistent. She kept getting mad at me because my pinky finger wouldn’t dry so she couldn’t put the second coat on, she said, “what are you doing wrong?” She ended up getting a different uv machine. Then when she was done and put that oil moisturizer on me she barely touched my hands and told me to rub it in myself. After all this, 2 hours and 45 minutes had passed and they charged me $69. I wish I had cheaped out on payment because they didn’t deserve the full price. Needless to say, I am never going again.

I went to have my nails done here today. After reading the reviews I wasn't sure if I should but I took the chance and had them done and am I ever glad that I did! They turned out amazing! but what I did notice was the rude customers coming in very impatient and rude They must deal with it on a regular basis and I give a kudos for them putting up with it because I would have told a few of them off. I highly recommend this place. I had the girl with reddish hair can't remember her name . I had the almond shape done and it's perfect and on point! I'll be going here from now on

Terrible pedi, the guy doing it was clueless, I asked my toe nails be the same length and he kept cutting one side shorter and shorter even when I was communicating the whole time, the color selection was not good, , and then I was told I couldn't have the colours I choose because one was the colour for designs, then after all that it didn't even last 2 weeks which mine usually last a month at least, never ever will I be going back

The sets I’ve had so far always hold up, I’ve never been able to go back for a fill without damaged or missing nails but I have here 100% of the time. They shape excellently and they’re fast.

Went in and asked to have my nails painted (I didn't want fake nails). Waited, someone different than who greeted me did my nails. As he got started I asked if he knew that I didn't want fake nails and he said yes. Well he ended up doing gel nails, which I've never had before and seemed similar to just normal nail polish to me. When the total came to $37, I just about fell over. I asked "For normal nails?" and she said "Those are gel." I wanted to look at a pricing list to see if she had overcharged me but they didn't have one posted anywhere. Seems kind of shady. Won't be back.

Halfway through doing my nails they stopped and started working on another womens set. I waiting 20 minutes for them to get back to doing mine. You are definately a number and not a client. Also it is NOT clean. I saw a man cleaning and he used the same cloth for cleaning out a foot bath, as wiping down a chair and counter. With no rinsing or cleaning chemical in between. Will not go back.

I always love comming here for a fresh set of nails. The owners are very professional, honest, and talented. They work fast, and I'm always pleased with the results. If there is something I'm not keen on, they are quick to resolve it. It's the only place I go when I'm visiting grande prairie. Highly recommend.

I had the worst experience with them. The girl was short and rude. She couldn't even do my simple design I asked for, and I had to pay for her mess up on the nail Polish. The second try was just as horrible. My nails are not even and bubbly. I recommend people to not go there.

Literally the worst set of nails I’ve ever gotten. Called ahead and asked if they had time for me. Told me to come in right away. A guy greeted me when I walked in saying “can I help you?” He ended up doing my nails. Told him I wanted gel not acrylic. He said yes he’s doing gel (was NOT gel!) ended up with misshapen acrylic nails that are too thin and will break off in a couple days. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I also showed him a picture from Pinterest of what I wanted. He told me it looked dumb and he picked out a colour. Will never be returning. $70 for nails that suck ????

I asked for a brow tint and they waxed instead, I clearly asked for tint only. There seems to be a language barrier, as they'll agree to anything, but don't do as requested. The manicure table was dirty with old nail filings. I don't think they used a clean file. Also she cut my finger while filing. I don't recommend this place and I won't go back.

Very disappointed have been going here on and off for a couple of years now for GEL nails. Turns out they have been using acrylic this whole time and charging for gel. Gel doesn't come in powder form. So I have yet to see a set of nails that is gel from these guys. I have also noticed that they don't change there bits out of there electronic file or sanatazie with can cause fingure fungus and other heath problems. Pretty nasty . I won't ever be coming back and I wouldn't ever recommend these guys. Very upset with them.

I last had a pedicure and manicure, here seven months ago. Been stuck workin in the bush and i am sure this dirty place gave warts to the bottem of my feet n on my palm side of my hand! This is a DIRTY PLACE! Seen the same asian old woman use same tools for two ppl getting their pedicures????????!!

I went in to get my brows done and I have very thick and natural eyebrows. I asked to keep the shape and size and just clean up the top, bottom and middle but not to change the size. I walked out with thin eyebrows that I now have to go buy a crayon for. Won't be returning

Not really sure why they take appointments when they don't respect them. Walkins get same treatment as appointments. After waiting 40 minutes for a booked service I left without getting nails done. Likely will not return even though this had been my go to salon in town. Nice people - poorly managed

Me and my best friend went in to get our nails done, mine an acrylic fill and hers gel polish. I showed them a specific picture and told them I want it exactly like the picture and nope proceeds to paint all of them white( only 2 nails where white in the picture and the rest was an ombré) did an awful Job shaping them; I asked for coffin and they shaped them round and just plain awful and I left with polish all over my hands! My friend was way over charged her nails too just for simple gel. Slim chance we will ever come back ????
