If it would let me go to the minus...I so would!! Horrible. Sign says walking welcome. I go in to inquire. There is 1 person working and 1 customer. She was abrupt...and really quite rude. Kept saying "I busy...u see I busy" I walked out...never to return! I literally would have just made an appointment.but she was rude!

Very kind and sweet people. Great service. I went there with my daughter to have some gel nails removed and it was only $15 ☺☺ they have an amazing selection of services and even glow in the dark ombre nails. Highly recommended and will be a returning customer.

I’ve been coming here for about 8 months. May is great because she doesn’t cut corners. My feet is always perfect and soft when I leave and my acrylics usually last long as I come back every 3-4 weeks

Very rough with hands, had an appointment at 12 and started at 12:45. Includes tip in over all price and then asks for another one. A movie was playing very loud, nail guy was trying to watch it instead of focusing on my nails. The only decent thing about this place is the prices. Would not recommend.

Worst pedicure I have ever had. They never did anything. And the nail painting was terrible. I'm going to have to go elsewhere and have it redone. And the woman was not very pleasant. Pretty disappointing. And a waste of money and time.

Horrible customer service. My Barbie pink faded to almost clear on most nails after 5 days. I did not tan, I did not spend an extended period of time outside nor did I use any chemicals on my hands. I was told to come back at 2pm to have them fixed. I came back and was left soaking my nails for an hour in the solution, the guy left and did not come back. The girl ignored me until she was finished with another client. When I inquired why it took so long and that I didn’t feel it was safe to have my fingers soaking for that length of time, she pointed her finger in my face and told me it was my fault my nails were wrecked and that it wasn’t her fault it was double booked. I will never be coming back and if you go, I recommend never taking your gel into the sun and marking your own appointment in the book.

My sisters and i have been going here for years. Will never go any place else again. Great staff, great place, great prices. We all go once a month. Sometimes have to wait (no more then 20 min) but its worth it in the end.

This nail salon is my favorite; hands down. The workers and owners are very nice and extremely talented. Megan is very sweet and beyond talented. She is fast and efficient. She also pays close attention to details. The nails usually last about a month and I have no issues with them! Also, they are the only ones I know of to have the newest things. They always have something new! Highly recommend it :) Thaank you for all of your work!

I love this place. My friend and I went there once for pedicures and now we go for nails too. The service was great. They do get busy but it's worth a little wait. They spend the time to get things right even when its busy. That is something that is lacking when it comes to other nail places. They both have a great sense of humor. The prices are reasonable as well. They are kind and helpful but will stand up for themselves when someone is being downright rude and destructive. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to get nails, pedi or waxing.

I have been going to Nails N Waxing for over a year now. This is a local, family run business, which I will always support when I can. Husband & wife are both very talented and they always get me in and out over my lunch hour. The atmosphere is casual, they have a little son who is sometimes there who is quite entertaining & sweet. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

Rude people. Rude service. Told me to get out when I asked them to fix the awful and uneven job they did on my nails. And still charged me. I walked out unhappy. They don't care, as long as they get your dollar out of you.

She did a good job in the bottoms of my feet. But this is what my nails looks like after three days. Yes I am an exotic dancer and I go hard but I don’t often get this problem when the polish falls off the same day or days after. And the lady wouldn’t give me a refund. Seriously..?! I’ll go somewhere else thanks.

Super unhappy with this manicure, I was using my gift certificate my boyfriend got me at valentine's day it was for deluxe mani/pedicure with gel nails, manicure was done by the manager, I'm happy with my pedicure done by Megan. Not relaxing at all, it was super rushed, I was getting my pedicure done and manager insisted on doing my manicure at the same time while I was sitting in the pedicure chair. She had me twisted and balancing the manicure light telling me not to move which was impossible because I was getting my feet worked on. I do not recommend this place.

Very rude individuals there. It's unbelievable what I experienced today. I walked in to get a pedicure, was my first time there so needed to know the rate, i had agreed to get a basic pedicure for 40$ and was then contemplating to get my finger nails painted but nothing extreme bcos of my job, the guy at the front desk hurriedly ask me to meet the lady and she would tell me the price for my hands and continued to say if you want to or you don't want to then that's your problem. Then I stopped half to tell him that was rude , the lady immediately came towards me and started saying get out evil people and was close enough in attempt to push me, I then told her if she touched me that I was going to call the police, and she continued to yell call the police, I just walked out as I could see the frustration written all over her face. I don't know what they are going thru but they have to respect every single person that comes thru that door even if they think oh this individual can't afford much. I will never go there nor will i recommend anyone to either. I rate them a zero.

The owner did my nails and they were absolutely horrible I had to go somewhere else to get them filed down and redone. She is very out of date with the nail world and goes on and in about how she is the best! She is definitely the worst nail tech I have seen in town.

Worst nails and service I have ever experienced. I booked an appointment for 530pm called them and told them i was gonna be a bit late they said to come in. When i got there they were closing up but still wanted to do my nails. I think the lady who did them was rushed and wanting to get out. I showed her pictures of what i wanted and got exactly the opposite. I wanted clear nails but she insisted i needed to pick a color and i didnt want one. So i then decided to go with a neutral color and it came out pink. The nails were supposed to be kinda rounded and ended up being so sharp i had to file them down when i got home. they also looked like i had about 2 weeks worth of nail regrowth just the next day. I was feeling bad and didnt want to say antyhning before i left because they had locked up and had the lights off and had thier kid with them and were wanting to leave so i just left afterwards. I called the next dAY and the lady hung up on me. So i went in and talked to her husband and as i was talking to him she was yelling at me in chinese who knows what. Worst experience and wish i never got nails now im stuck with these hideous things for another week.

I have used this place for all the services they provide. I can say they are reasonably priced and you can always get same day, if not walk-in service on the spot which is very convenient. I don't like complaining about places unless absolutely necessary, and I just want to say that if your looking for a quiet relaxing service this place may not be right for you. The couple who runs it has a young child always running around, or yelling or playing very loud video games right in front of you. Also, I have had waxing services done here and I have watched the lady use the same wax dipstick being re-dipped into the pot after applying to skin as well as they reuse the same nail files on different clients. Is this a health concern? .... Yes I personally believe it is, but there is no regulations saying they have to do things differently. Although I have never caught an infection here, it's only a matter of time until someone does.

Never get waxed here. I have been waxed at other professional places and the experience was great. Came here to get waxed last minute as it was the only place available and was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The job was patchy, still had hair left over all over the place. The room wasn’t fully enclosed to everyone getting their nails done, so people could hear everything that was going on. The lady doing the waxing didn’t have any type of gloves. The hot wax burned my skin. I scabbed from bleeding because she kept going over the same spots and not applying any pressure to take the pain away. I couldn’t walk properly for about four days because my skin was so irritated. Never going back.

I always come here to get my pedicures and the ladies do such a fantastic job! My gel nails last 3+ months. They are clean (no strong chemical smell) so friendly and accommodating. Bonus is the massage chairs you sit in while getting pampered! They are always willing to fit in walk-ins last minute.
