Terrible. I booked an appointment here for my birthday. Planned a whole relaxing day. Had another appointment for a spa treatment 45 min after my float was supposed to be done. I was told the hour long appointment would be closer to 1.5 hours because of the required showers when I called to book. Still should have had plenty of time. I showed up almost half an hour early to make sure I had enough time for filling out paperwork and the showers. Ten minutes after my appointment time the girl from the front desk came in to apologize about it being late. This is when things started to get bad. I was told that the couple before me booked online and therefore was not told that they should arrive early. Apparently the hour booking time doesn’t take this shower time into account. So they book everyone for their appointment time, but that’s it. I waited until a full 30 minutes after my appointment time at which point it became clear that if I proceeded with my booked hour float I wouldn’t make my spa appointment on time. I was told that there was nothing they could do, that they “can’t control how long other people’s appointments take”. Unbelievable. No respect for other people’s time. I sat there for an hour for nothing. I was so excited to try floating but I will never go back here again. There are other options in town. Hopefully the other places have better booking. If an appointment takes 1.5 hours, don’t book them as 1 hour! Seems pretty obvious.
