They are knowledgeable in what the sell, you feel confident and informed in your purchases. It isn't just about a job, they use and love the product and services they offer. Janelle has been amazing!! I went to her for the first time in November and had the signature facial. It was amazing, my skin was so itchy and tight before and after it was so hydrated and smooth! I purchased the Image products to help my oilness and wow did it ever! Almost all my oil is gone! I look like i have normal skin again. I went back for a 2 facial and got a little peel on my forehead to help my breakouts and just amazing! The staff are professional, knowledgeable and so friendly, the products are absolutely amazing! I cant say enough good things about Ciao Bella!! Definitely recommend going here!

Hands down best spa out there in GP! Very professional in their services. I’ve gone for massages and pedicures, leaving happy every time. My favourite is their Imageskin Care line. I’ve been using it for a year now and LOVE IT!!! The fact I didn’t have to buy expensive skincare off the get go with their trial package was the best part. Janelle and her team are great and I love how involved with the community they are. HUGE STARS - RECOMMEND!!!!

Love Ciao Bella! I started using there products about a year ago & cannot say anything bad about the products! I’ve suffered with eczema for nearly 3 years, and have been to dermatologist & was never able to find anything to help. Once I started using image skin care my eczema has completely cleared up. I have been getting a facial treatment for about a week now from Ciao Bella. I have dark circles, hyperpigmentation and some wrinkles on my face. I came in and asked for a treatment that'll help tighten my face and reduce all the darkness of my face. A week and 1 day and everyone who knows me has seen a drastic difference in appearance. I 100% recommend to come here for any facial procedures. Staff is knowledgeable and know exactly what they are doing. They don't cut corners. Great customer service, they care about their clients.

I won a free Image skincare trial kit and skin analysis online and it has completely changed my skin! The staff paid close attention to my skin's needs, and through trying a couple different products we found the perfect routine. My texture has improved dramatically, my skin is so soft, hydrated and clear! I no longer feel like I need to put on foundation before I leave my house. I've also tried the Henna brows with Brianna and they were perfect!! They lasted 5 weeks - WAY longer and much better quality than you'll ever get with brow tint. All in all great customer service, you can tell they truly just want you to feel beautiful in your own skin.

Ciao Bella has been my go to for facials and skin care for over a year! Their skin care products are far superior to anything I’ve tried and Janelle is the queen of facials. Yes, it is pricy but worth the investment in your skin and yourself! Easy to buy online too! I also have gotten pedicures (with Brianne, she is so friendly!) and massages (with Sam, seriously the best I’ve found in GP) and would recommend! Also super impressed with their cleaning produces and keeping guests safe and comfortable during COVID. Definitely a great local business!

So simple to book appointments online and when you arrive the spa is always clean and you are greeted as soon as you walk through the door. It is very difficult to find a BC RMT where we live in BC so I use Ciao Bella towards my RMT benefits.

I went for my first appt at Ciao Bella yesterday and this salon was amazing! I typically have waxing every 4 or so weeks and always pre-book. Unfortunately, my regular lady elsewhere went on a sick leave and I have not been able to get another appointment leaving me about 6 weeks overdue. I was able to go online and booked right away for a time that worked perfectly. The salon was clean and calming with very friendly staff. I will say they are a bit pricey in my opinion compared to other places I have been but I feel it is worth it. I saw Brianna for my brows and I have to say she did an amazing job, probably the best I have ever had anywhere. I will definitely be back and recommend this place.

Gel nails were terrible and customer service is horrible. I received a new/full set of gel nails. Within days one had chipped horribly and within a week one had lifted. By the time two weeks was up all the nails had lifted. (I've had gel nails for 15 years and know that bio works on my nails... therefore it wasn't the product). I went in vacation only days after the appt. I contacted the spa a couple days before returning to Grande Prairie and explained the situation and assumed she would redo them. I was told that there was nothing she would do as I had refused to book a nail fill. This makes no sense as both in conversation at the appt and in my complaint it was explained I was on vacation. I couldn't physically be there to get the fill. (My intention was to get them filled by my reg nail tech I see when vacationing in NL. I didn't get the fill as I needed a complete new set and assumed Ciao Bella would redo them). Also said they only guarantee nails for 5 days. This is a terrible custom as any other nail salon has redone any lifted nails for free if it happens before my next scheduled fill. Therefore I would recommend just about any other salon for gel nails. Definitely do not recommend anyone get gel nails done here.

I've had issues with my shoulder(s) for almost 10 years. It feels like it is popping/grinding every time I pull my arm back. Prior to trying massage therapy, I was told by a doctor that there was nothing that could be done, so I was skeptical but desperate. The reason that I actually booked in the first time was for pinching lower back pain and I didn't even bother to tell my RMT about my shoulder. I've lived with my back in a constant state of pain for a really long time. After just 1 appointment with Kevin, I experienced relief for the first time in years. Muscles that initially felt super hard and almost immobile were actually spongy. I went to work and went a full day sitting at my desk without having to get up and do some crazy stretching to relieve the tightness in my back. The concept of this was completely wild to me. I did end up telling Kevin about my shoulder at my next appointment. Since focusing more on my problems there, I've noticed less of the constant aching that I used to experience. I have more mobility (for reference, I could not get my hands behind my shoulders far enough to have a squat bar on my shoulders without super tight chest pains). My posture is improving. He gave my exercises and stretches to do at home too. This is the first time in the 10 years that I've experienced the shoulder pains that I've actually had hope that it could be almost, if not completely, eliminated. On top of all of this, Kevin is great to talk to. If you are looking for an RMT who cares about your improvement and doesn't treat you like a number, I would highly recommend Kevin. I can't wait to book back in after the new year.

Ashley does my lashes and every time I leave there they are amazing! You can tell she takes her time and tries to ensure they are nice and full. They last and the novalash does not feel heavy, cheap, or fake. I have been to other people and nothing compares! I am very pleased and will be going back in a few days for a fill :)

Went in for a skin consult and was amazed at the level of knowledge and professionalism. The place is updated, clean, and inviting. My skin hasn't looked this good in a VERY long time. Will definitely be booking more services in the near future. My only downside is that Janelle is not available for bookings in the mornings.

I should ve red the reviews before I went for the price they charge for waxing it should be top product but no the wax was sticking everywhere wont even come off with wax remover the girl that helped me was struggling with it couldn't do a good job as I had to finish it by myself at home the pedicure was alright hopefully doesn't come off i won't go there again for sure
