Laughing at me saying I have "man" eyebrows because they were grown out and thick isn't very professional. And when you finished waxing them, you said "now you look like a woman" Also laughing when I asked about a full face wax just put the cherry on top!! Very unprofessional and I will not be returning.

We booked a manicure however never received the manicure portion, just the polish. We wanted shellac but they coated our nails with hard gel, almost acrylic like. (I don't really know much about nails, I just know what I usually get at other salons and this wasn't that) Usually I can easily remove the shellac polish myself however this is not the case this time. I have received good service at beauty nails before but that was a year ago and it seems to not be as good. We were very disappointed in our treatment and the quality of the work. I do not see any plans of returning in the future.

HORRIBLE!!!. I was quoted $70 for a pedi and shellac manicure. I went in today, had average service, the lady didn't speak to me, and there were bugs on the ground. When paying I was charged $94! When I told her I was quoted $70 she said thats not true 'didn't know about it' and charged me for a 'gel manicure' instead of a shellac, saying they were the same thing. Additionally instead of charge me the combined mani and pedi price ($60) and adding on the shellac extra, she charged me for the individual services (Pedi $40, and 'gel' manicure $50). Additionally the polish on my feet looks grainy, as if there were sand in the polish she used. Absolute joke, would never go back, would never recommend and feel robbed because I couldn't avoid paying her inflated price for absolutely no reason. I have never had an experience as bad as this.

I am a nail technician myself. As a treat my daughter & I went in for a pedicure...... that was a year ago & I can't stop going now. Kim does the best nails, wickedly strong & her husband does the most amazing pedicures. This place needs 10 stars. I'm addicted. I take all my family there even my inlaws. ❤️

Staff is very freindly and salon is nice. My gel nails started falling off the next day. I got that one fixed for free but in the 6 days since 3 more have fallen off completely. Never had this happen before. Not happy.

We had a party of 5 in today. 3 adults & 2 children. The work on the adults was great. However, I was extremely disappointed with the kids. When I called I was quoted $30/child and was charged $60 for our 13yr, as for our 4yr old she smudged her nails and this was how they “fixed” them. I will not be bringing children for service there again. Additionally we booked 5 pedicures @ 12pm and 2 of us didn’t start till 1245pm.

My nails turned out amazing. I wouldn’t mind if they cleaned up my cuticle area a bit more but the work itself was amazing. Customer service wasn’t the greatest and the nail technician was FaceTiming her friend while working on my nails for a good 10 minutes. Not too worthy but it’s been 2 weeks and my nails are still strong and not chipping
