A couple of weeks ago, I got my new pool table, hot tub, and BBQ set up. I'm absolutely thrilled with the Freeflow Monterrey and my Special Anniversary table. I was expecting to go in and get a giant tub, even though I wanted a smaller one, because that would be the only way to get a good tub. Boy was I wrong! This thing is the perfect size for my wife and I, and we're loving soaking in it after a long day of work. My kids have been loving the pool table with ping pong top, but that doesn't last long once I start playing. My favourite part of the whole experience has to be the staff at the store though. While I bought my set-up from April, Marcus and Kelti also helped. Not to mention the fantastic service that Ryan and Cam gave when they set everything up! If I ever have to get anything, whether it's a dart flight or a new tub, I know exactly where I'm going!

Marcus was a TON of help. We walked in completely lost as far as water care went. He helped us out a lot, took the time to explain things to us and show us in person what he could. Gave us very helpful tips. Went back in a couple times and dealt with the other lady. She was not quite as friendly and helpful, but still got the job done. Highly recommend Marcus. 5 stars. We will absolutely be back, and when it comes time to upgrade our spa, he will be the man we go to. :-)

On the day of install there was delay in the electrical and it was not ready to go until well into the evening. They had listened and heard how important the starting of the tub was and they showed up to get us started on a Friday night! That was above and beyond.

April was great to deal with, very informative and a total gem personality wise, my husband said the guys who delivered our tub were awesome and made no big deal of the pain in the butt spot we decide to drop the tub in lol thanks again guys!
