Cette fois ci ,c est tout autre chose.Je suis toujours en attente avec tout près d un mois depuis l achat et Mr. Laporte m avait dit plus au moins une semaine.Je suis extrêmement déçu du déroulement ça sera à y penser pour l avenir.... Suite à une visite au magasin et après avoir échangé avec M.Laporte pour remédier à mon problème de livraison,il a sur le champ demander livraison le lendemain et en plus appeler l électricien pour le lendemain. Ils sont hyper professionnels et ont su régler notre problème. Par contre, nous avons été pas mal échaudé par les sous-traitants avec qui Club Piscine fait partenariat. Un client qui fait affaire avec une compagnie ne devrait jamais se rendre compte que celle-ci engage des sous-traitants. Cela devrait être fait dans les règles et avec aucun travail au noir proposé. Nous étions en train de nous faire frauder par ce sous-traitant qui nous ajoutait des coûts qui n'ont pas d'allure, dont des déplacements non justifiés.
