I don't normally post negativity however people should know what to expect. Tried them for the first time today with gel french nails put on. The girl cut them too short, filled them down to my original nail which made them even shorter, The white tip was half my nails and you could even see my own nails. They looked horrible. even the people getting there nails done said the same. The guy started to argue trying to say they were good in front of a full house. they never completed my manicure and expected me to pay. asked him to just take them off he expected me to pay again. I refused and he said go out the door with them and went to another customer. I left with unfinished gel nails and very upset. would never recommend these ppl. they re also very, very ignorant. Now that I am on a rant, the place needs a cleaning and painting. People do your reviews, wish I had!

Got acrylics from here. Not worth it, $70 for one color. I called them before about what i wanted and they said they’ll do it for $55 but when i was about to pay they said $70 because i got longer lengths. The quality is not good, the lady barely used gel, even the shape is not same. Very disappointed, Will never go there again.

got acrylics here, i got 2 colours, definately not worth 90 dollars. the tips of the nails are crooked, and they were extremely rough with my hands. sore for days after.

Paid for a manicure/pedicure gift card for my gf. They wanted to charge her extra for gel nails (which is fine), but they didn’t even give her the manicure or pedicure that was paid for on the gift card. All they did was put gel nails on. She said that they were rushing her to pick a colour for her nails, and were unpleasant in general. Would not recommend.

Best nail salon in the mayflower mall. The employees are fast and professional they pay attention to details and make the customer feel comfortable every step of the way. Would definitely recommend the pedicure for anyone who wants pamper hour.

I honestly can't belive how rude this place was to my daughter. I ended up telling her to come on and walked the 3 seconds up the hall to goto faces instead. I would not recommend these people to anyone. Just rude from the moment you walk it until the moment you leave

My sister and I went to this spa to have our nails done as a little treat. From the moment I entered I was uncomfortable. It almost felt as though I was a nuisance to the staff. The girl at the front desk is glued to her phone. The man who did my nails made four of my fingers bleed while he was filing on and around them, and he was not wearing gloves. He was very rough with my hands. Although in the end my nails admittedly looked nice, I was excited to get out of there ASAP.

The girls were fast, but no one talked to me other than sit here. My nails are chipping in less than a week after having Shellac done. Pricing is very high as well.

well..in my opinion..not a good place to go...rude people doing the nails.. I have a baby toe.. noticable smaller.. two of them laughing at it.. I called them out on it.. didn't even try to carry on a conversation with us.. five of us there for getting nails done for wedding.. they gave us a terrible experience.. don't recommend it at all.. and much too pricey too

Customer service stinks, they elect to call security on you when you are NOT happy with their service, instead of saying we will not charge you. If you come with someone else they elect to stop service if this mean not putting nail polish on a small child. I won't want another child to experience what my grand-daughter experience. She could not understand why no one wanted to put polish on her nails. We are visiting from out of town what an experience. Run away from this store especially if there is a chance you might not be happy with the service. In the service industry as a store owner, customer service is very important.

Super rude, over charging you. Make sure you do your research on what type of tips you are receiving. You may say gel, but will give you acrylic and charge you for gel. Grab at your hands and pull like a ragdoll. Made 4/10 of my cuticles bleed due to the filer- the speed was way too high. Not my first rodeo I know how this works bud. I've now had 3 horrible experiences. Keep receiving the older gentleman who works there and he is so rude. For what they are charging- and over charging some professionalism and customer service is expected. For the same acrylics with basic polish I was charged 70+ at one point, and told it was 50. Another time it was 60$. Scam artists.

On vacation and made an appt for 4 of us to get pedicures at the first available appt at 10:15 am in the morning....showed up the next day and they had taken walk ins before us so we weren’t together at the same time and my mom had to wait until everyone was done...overpriced...rude...no apologies or discount....owner was super unfriendly and wouldn’t let me place my purse in the seat next to me when there was no one getting their nails done in 6 of the extra seats...was rude when I was asking questions...won’t return...all my nails snapped off a week later

Literally the worst place I have ever gotten my nails done - ridiculous prices with no justification and are extremely rude when you ask for one. They hardly even provide the service you pay for. I am from out of town and one of my nails fell off right before my flight the other day, so I unfortunately had to make an appointment at Darling to get it fixed. The first lady who was working on my nail left to do someone else's nails once she told me to put it in the UV lamp. She shaped my nail a tiny bit but I thought she would more after, the way nail techs usually do and because it wasn't matching my other nails. After 15 mins of one finger being in the UV lamp and no one coming back to update me, I had to take my nail out as it was burning. Finally the male nail tech came over to work on my nail. He did not shape it at all anymore, just painted it and was done. I noticed the shaping was very poorly done but didn't say anything because of the treatment I was already getting and because getting one nail fixed has only ever cost me $5. I went to pay and it was $19....to get this full set was only $50. I asked why it was so expensive and the nail tech said it was $15 per nail plus tax. I was shocked but asked if they could remove $5 considering my nail was not shaped at all and did not look the same as my other nails, and my first nail tech abandoned my appointment. The nail tech got irritated and said "why did you come here? I did your nail the way I do almond shape..it's not my fault that other nail techs do almond differently! That's how I do it so that's what you got" I had not even asked for a certain shape because they have 9 other nails that show them what shape lol...and the second tech did zero shaping anyway. After about 30 seconds I paid the nearly $20 because I was pretty uncomfortable with the nail tech yelling at me - it is possible to be firm with prices without providing terrible service and being mean to customers. Will never give them my money again and I hope no one else does
