Terrible experience from the minute I walked into the door. Her office was VERY hard to locate inside the building, I had to walk through all 3 floors before finding her office. I would also like to say that as an aesthetics patient, it was very uncomfortable waiting in a room filled with sick children, numerous people with the stomach bug, etc.. I expected Sherman eaesthetics to be more organized & put together.
Lastly, my appointment could NOT be found. I was primarily assumed I was here for her walk-in service(s), and then once I told the secretary I was here regarding an aesthetic, she told me to wait. In the end, my appointment could not be found & there was absolutely nothing she could do for me. This practice is very unorganized and isn’t put together very well. I have been into an aesthetics practice before & I can honestly that Sherman aesthetics is not worth your time, money, etc. I see Sherman aesthetics broadcasted throughout gander & my question is, how will you strive in a new business if you don’t value your patients, nor put the effort into it? If I had booked an appointment, I expect to be seen. I’m no expert in business, but I would suggest secluding aesthetics from general practice, find a locatable office & put just as much time ,effort and values into one practice as you do the other.
