I have enjoyed every visit and have spent alot of money on laser hair removal in which I have seen fantastic results from each appt with Breanna.. I planned to finish my current area of treatment and eventually get all my body areas done resulting in 1000s of dollars paid to them for the service. I'm so saddened that Vibrant is choosing to segregate and discriminate against those who are UNvaccinated. This includes me. private businesses do have a choice even if it takes a bit of a fight to stand up for your rights.

Great group of talented ladies working here and offers the most welcoming atmosphere! This salon goes above and beyond for its clients, and I've had my fair share of last minute requests, they never disappoint! My fiancé has said as a man in a salon this can sometimes be intimidating but not at Vibrant, both he and our son feel comfortable going in there. The owners have picked a great team to represent them and make sure customer satisfaction is their top priority! Highly recommend Vibrant!

I did my homework on which laser hair removal machine works best and I decided to try Vibrant spa as they had the machine I found the best reviews on. I have been going for 4 sessions and the results from the machine is very effective at removing my hair. The technician knew what she was doing as well, that was comforting.

I had such a great time getting my hair cut and colored as well as getting my eyebrows done. Brittney did such a fantastic job at making my black Asian hair a sexy but classy purple. It looks soo good! It's such a comfortable and friendly environment at Vibrant. My girlfriend took our son there for a hair cut. The hair cut took 15 minutes and cost $29.60. The website says $16 depending on experience of the hair dresser. We got a 4 star hairdresser but our son doesn't have a 4 star hair cut. If we would have got a 1 star hair dresser it would have been $5 dollars cheaper which still leaves you with a hair cut over $20.

The work being done itself is great too and you can tell it’s being done by a professional, just be very specific about what you want show pictures and ask a lot of questions and you should be completely happy with whatever you’re getting

I love this salon! Have been getting my hair done here for the past 2 years and I have nothing but good things to say! I've been getting my hair done by Tina! Absolutely an amazing hairstylist. I first showed up with red boxed dyed hair, and from the start she made me aware of the steps it will take to get to the blond/silver I wanted. Every single time, I came out of the salon with an amazing color! We slowly went to blond in order to prevent having to cut my hair. Its so important for people to realize the process of getting from one color to another. I think its really important for potential and existing customer to know that bringing in a picture of someones hair you found online can be sometimes much harder that what can be done given the time frame, price, history of your hair, and hairstylist techniques! I truly love this salon because they made sure to tell me up front if my color change is realistic or if it will take a few appointments. Strongly recommended overall!

Umm for $40 very disappointed. Over price for a Medi. For this rate I should of gotten a lot better job. I go to the nail spa every 2 weeks in toronto. Spas normal soak your fingers before starting to help soften up everything. Nothing was cleaned up properly on my hands. She cut my nails short. No hot cloth and massage at the end.

I cannot give a 5 or even a 4-star rating. I have gone there twice for a haircut and it is overpriced for what I got. The second time I went I wasn’t even offered anything (no coffee, not even water) and it seemed like the hairstylist wasn’t even sure what to do with my hair. I told her twice that I wanted it very short in the back and she didn’t listen, it’s like she was trying to finish her job as fast as she could. And she did, the entire visit only took half an hour and $48 later. Not worth the price. However, she did do a good job but it was not quite what I wanted (especially for the price). Sorry to say, but I will not be going back.

Do NOT go to this salon. They completely ruined my wife's wedding hair and all of her bridal party. My wife literally had to SHOWER after the salon and have a different place curl her hair. Completely unprofessional. Could not do a simple french twist on regular long straight hair for a bridal party member. Could not do simple curls on my wife's hair. Stay far far far away.

My first visit to this salon was last week, I didn’t have an appointment and didn’t know any of the staff but needed waxed. They fit me in right away. Whitney took amazing care and was such a delight to spend time with. I walked in a stranger and feel as though I left with a new friend. I will definitely be back for her services. Thank you, Whitney!!! You are such an asset to the spa. On another note- the new spa is GORGEOUS. I loved the chandelier especially- and the Milkshake products are my FAVE! All around wonderful experience. Thank you!!!!

Random Thoughts

I saw somebody else writing a negative comment about this hairstylist kaitlyn and that person is right. Kaitlyn cut and colored my hair too and did a horrible job. She doesn't listen and acted like she was doing me a favour. Tons of attitude for no reason. Hated it!

They do carry many hair care products which saves me from running all over the city looking for them????

I had a 60 minute facial service from Madison and I just want to say she was great it was super relaxing she had great product knowledge and would recommend her for a 60 minute facial service My issue (which is partially my fault, or I take 70% onus for) is I didn’t really know what kind of facial I wanted and I did a consult immediately before the appointment and I think what I actually wanted was a service that Madison wasn’t trained for. (Not her fault I didn’t specify when I booked the appointment properly but only because I didn’t know) my skincare knowledge is minimal. I wanted something that was going to literally pull the dirt or dead skin off my face not just exfoliate which I believe is a hydra facial or a dermabrasion type treatment. Which is more expensive and requires a trained person on the machine. So I paid for something I didn’t really want I would of paid the big bucks for the more intense treatment. So this isn’t a direct reflection of the salon but in this review if you’re reading do as much research and ask all the questions you can before getting services before you book your app cause some aestheticians are qualified to do different treatments! And book your consult in advance from your appointment! That being said Madison’s service was great and would recommend her 60 min facial to anyone looking for a relaxing hydrating treatment!

The hairstylist I had, Vanessa, did such a great job at keeping me comfortable, checking in with what I wanted as the process was happening, and gave me amazing tips on how to style my new and unfamiliar hair! I wasn’t going to do a review but here goes. Went in about a month ago. Showed the girl a picture. She hacked 4 extra inches off even though I told her I wanted to be able to tie it up still. My hair was to my bra strap, now it’s above my shoulders. In a month not one soul has said good hair cut. It looks like a 70s shag. I’ve gone to 3 hair dressers since. None can fix it because it’s too short. My own hairdresser said it’s also uneven. For this mess she charged me 50 bucks. The picture showed the hair cut to fall under, it’s cut so bad it sticks out all over. This from a “senior stylist “ It’s so bad that when my husband saw it he appoligized for encouraging me to try a new place instead of going to my girl. Sorely disappointed.... *update, The owner called and listened to me patiently and was very understanding and offered me a refund. She was very professional. I’d give the owner 5 stars on her people skills.

I recently went there for the first time for a wash, cut and dry. I would give it a 3, the experience was ok, the girl was very nice and friendly and gave me the best wash ever. Noticed my hair was cut unevenly after the fact and having trouble setting my hair since my hair cut. There isn't enough great things I can say about this salon. I had my hair done as well as a full set of lashes the week of my wedding and I am always impressed with the quality of work I have done whenever I am there. All of the girls take the time to listen to what you want and give great suggestions. My hair turned out beautifully and my lashes were so full! On my wedding day, myself along with 9 of my friend and family came in bright and early to get all of our hair and makeup done. I MUST say the day would not have gone as smoothly as it did without the exceptional service we received from all the staff. Each one of the girls LOVED their hair and makeup and I even ended up having one extra girl come with us who wasn't originally booked in and they were able to accommodate her for both hair and makeup which made her feel incredibly special. All in all, every time I visit Vibrant Salon and Spa I leave feeling 100x better than I did coming in!

Also, while my treatment sat, I got a complimentary hand massage. phenomenal. We definitely got what we paid for. They have A LOT of product to choose from and shared all of what they used on our hair, I like that. We did buy some of what was used. The prices are fair for sure, and the results were phenomenal.
