This place was absolutely wonderful! I heard about these pods on the Joe Rogan podcast ages ago and heard nothing but great things about them. Everything I heard was true. Very relaxing and a super cool and chill experience. I recommend it to anyone that needs to take a break from their fast paced life. The staff was ultra helpful too. Excellent service and just really friendly people there. They give you a rundown of how to do things very clearly. Wish I could give it more than 5 ⭐'s. ????

Truly a unique experience that is enjoyable, relaxing, and insightful. The entire space is comfortable and welcoming. Instructions on how to use the pod were clearly given and easy to follow. Everything needed to float was provided, pretty much walk in, get the run down, and straight to floating. It’s difficult to explain the feeling once the lights and music turn off - you start to hear your heartbeat and breathing. Then after a while, if you’re lucky, you lose focus of them and forget your physical self altogether. You no longer feel the difference between the air and the water and your just suspended in the dark. And then it ends and back to reality/gravity! Overall it was incredible and I can’t wait to go back. Definitely recommending this to just about anyone!

I have heard about floating in the past but never had access to it until now. It was exactly what I have been needing. This took my stress level down significantly. I have floated twice and already have booked my next appointment. I strongly recommend booking a float and a massage. The ultimate self care experience. The infrared saunas are enjoyable as well and hot/cold cycling is an option. Book now! Very professionally and friendly staff. Very clean and serene surroundings.

If you have never tried floating it is worth the experience. I have done both the pod and the pool and my personal preference was the pool. The pool is a slight bit cooler in temperature because it is less enclosed, however I felt, and this just me so take it or leave it, that I was able to relax and let go more in the openness of the pool. You need to try both before deciding your preference and I recommend more than one visit before you make up your mind.

I enjoyed a very relaxing visit during the stressful holiday season. Visiting from out of town, I searched for places that had infrared sauna and discovered Surface Float. I decided to pair it with a massage and the therapist, Tamara, was excellent. I would recommend for anyone looking to pamper themselves in a clean and modern environment.

I am so impressed by this place, down to the very details! I highly recommend this practice to help clear the mind and nourish your body. I really enjoy the reset. I really enjoy being in my own head, hearing my breathing, my heartbeat, my stomach gurgles. Paying attention to my body as I float and really listening to what's going on inside. The space is beautiful! I always feel more grounded as I leave. My intention is to offer myself this gift more often throughout the year. Enjoy!!

I love this place, cannot recommend it highly enough - Jen is an excellent RMT and has really helped with my knots and aches! And there's nothing better than floating for an hour or so to clear your mind after a stressful week/month/whatever :) I wish I could go more often!
