We've been recommended this place and it looks like a great place for a haircut. We waited 20 mins during this visit only to be told they weren't taking walk-ins. Should have put a sign on the door or told us when we first walked in.

My wife and I went here to Simply Hair, and we had a great first experience. A woman named Mackenzie did my hair, and i left more than happy. I'd suggest anyone to at least stop by, and give it a try. Another thing i liked was it is locally owned and operated, it's always nice to keep our money here at home.

Took my 15mth old for a haircut. Stylist was patient and fantastic. They have a mini car and tv set up for little ones to sit in during their cut.

It was a great experience and they took the time to speak to my teenage daughter to make sure she got exactly what she wanted; we were happy with the outcome and the stylist we had. I gave it 3 stars because we had to wait outside for just over 30 minutes and this was very inconvenient. With these types of appointments it is somewhat to be expected, but it was a long wait and I had to phone twice to remind them we were there waiting. I would go back again but would appreciate more contact from the salon if there is a long wait time.

Very good service and excellent hair cut! This was my first time at Simply hairnand I loved it! I love my haircut! This place was also great for my 2.5 year old cousin to get his hair cut at. They have a small childrens haircut chair set up, which is perfect for him! Highly recommend!

Sadly, mother nature and my grandfathers genetic code has made my trips to a hair salon a thing of the past... but luckily I have my full head of hair 5yr old to live vicariously through. My son who is under the age of 2 had his first haircut here. They have a little car he sat in and a small TV to watch cartoons. They were really nice and great with him. THEY NO LONGER HAVE THE LITTLE CAR :( STILL GREAT SERVICE !!!!!

I had saw on facebook that simply hair had just hired a new lash technician so I wanted to give her a try so I messaged her page lashes by chloe asking about pricing and availability needless to say she was very unprofessional and all over the place and clearly didnt want to make that much of an effort to get me an appointment as a client I'm extremely disappointed and I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt with her being new in all but just by how the conversation went I decided to go somewhere else. I almost never give anywhere a bad review but this time I am. No I DO NOT RECOMMEND CHLOE BY LASHES BY CHLOE! If I could give 0 stars and post screenshots i would.

Called to try and get my child an appointment, was told everyone was booked which is completely fine and understandable to the time I asked (5pm), but was told I could get in for 6:30. I said no it but tried other places. When nothing else turned up, I called back (10 minutes didn't pass since I had called Simply). When I called back, I was put on hold and very rudely was told no to the 6:30 appointment - to which I said "wow that booked fast" and got a sharp reply of "yeah" in return. I don't think I would want someone as rude as that woman to touch my 3 year olds hair. Will never call back to book any appointment. Thanks for the not so great customer service!

Friendly staff, but they do not take responsibility for their own actions. Major complaint: if you as the hair dresser leave the person unsatisfied to the point where they need to return to fix your mistake...don’t charge them. Own up to what you did. Safe to say not only would I not recommend it to anyone, but I will also NEVER, EVER return to Simply Hair Salon, in Fredericton NB.
