I had my hair lightened and cut by Chris yesterday and I am so SO happy with it. He didn't such a good job of listening to what I wanted and giving his thoughts on what would be best. I can't thank Chris enough for all the time and effort he put into my hair. I would highly recommend him to anyone getting their hair done.

I cannot say enough nice things about this place. My first time here and first time with hairdresser Jessica and it was an absolute blast. Everyone who works here is so fun and friendly making it very comfortable to stay here for a couple of hours for your hair appointment. Jessica is very knowledgeable and that perfect balance between listening to what you want and making sure that it works for your hair type, face shape, etc. Beyond impressed with their service and staff here.

The staff were friendly and if you're coming only for a cut they are really good. However, do not come here for a hair dye. They did not listen to what I asked at all and the two people beside me who were also getting a hair dye did not got what they asked for neither. I asked for an all over blonde color and they did highlights instead which looked awful and I had to pay again for another person to redo it. The staff are friendly but DO NOT listen to what the client wants. Also she just kept complaining about my hair which I found very rude.

Used to like going to the staff who no longer work there. Wait time was 45min. Combs, etc. were not being cleaned and staff was more occupied talking to each other. New location is loud and crowded.

This place needs big time TLC! Old furniture and lot of dirt around. The shelves were filled with dust! 5 stars for Leo F though, he is amazing!

Had a full set of gel nails put on in Sept, 2018. They were beautiful, unfornately they stayed on only for 12 days. These type of nails should not be able to come off and you usually have to get them removed. I paid a pretty penny for something that lasted 12 days. Very disappointed and don’t recommend.

Very upbeat and friendly staff. It was my first time with Sarah the owner/hairstylist ..she seem to read my mind..She knows her stuff and gave me exactly what I wanted and needed. The prices are lower than allot of other hair salons, which is nice. I will be back and do recommend Shear Beauty Salon to anyone.
