I had my nails done here for the first time (usually go somewhere else) but it was convenient because it was near my work. Within a couple days I had three nails that lifted right off. During my appointment I asked for certain things that were ignored. I went in to explain the issue and the receptionist was slightly rude and clearly did not care. I asked if I could have them removed...to which she stated they were too busy. I will never return here again.

Wow, I just can't believe it. First time I do my nails in NB. Friday, I did my nails with Phong. It was the first time at this location. He did my nails like a beginner. I had requested a style as in the photos with a matte finish from the start of the appointment. When he put the gel on, he didn't even use it all the way so I look like I have 3-4 weeks regrowth! Every time I asked him he said everything was okay. Then he mistakenly put on a shiny top coat instead of a matte one. When I mention it to him, he apologizes and added a coat of mat over it. Not even 24 hours later, I communicate with the salon telling them that my varnish is peeling. I am therefore given an appointment for Monday. Arrived at the salon, I wait almost 30 minutes after the scheduled time of my appointment. Phong sits me at a random table and reapplies a matte coat of topcoat. I tell him no it's going to peel of again. He tells me he doesn't have time, that he will refund me and never to come back here again. At the counter, I hardly received the money in my face. This is the WORST manicure place I have ever seen !!! And the guy who made my nail is the owner ???? I can't believe it ! Customer service is the worst ever. the only girl who gave me exceptional service is Lyndsey !!!

The worst manicure I have ever had! The "master" removed and polished the gel polish in 50 minutes, she was in a hurry. When I asked her to make the French manicure she did what you can see in a picture! I haven't seen a worse French than that yet! And it costs 45$!!! Sorry but for what?? I am so disappointed and don't recommend to visit this place!!!! That master (I don't know about others) is an unprofessional and inaccurate person who thinks only about amount of customers but not about quality! Disgusting!!! On the 3rd picture you can see what I expected. When I came home I removed it. It looks like it was made by a kid. By the way, they have only pink, red and purple colors. And I asked for a gel polish, but got just a shellac.

Got my nails done here the first time and was great, the second time the woman who did them was rushing. A week and a half later half of my nails had lifted off. Called to see if they could fix them, the receptionist told me I would have to pay to have them fixed because it had been over a week. The people are very friendly but 60$ for nails that didn’t make it past two weeks is not acceptable.

Got a full set of gels and she put them on real well but the polish made some of them look crooked, the tips of the nails were not painted, one of the gems were painted over but one wasn't I can see me losing this one. There is space between my nail and the.actual tip. I tried adding pictures but I can't.
