Its pretty funny because I now live in Edmonton and tried out the Merle Norman salons here and they aren't even comparable to the one in Grande Prairie. So I usually wait until my brows need waxing to get them done there and not by just anyone I usually get them done by I believe her name is Janelle. Came in for 3 pedicures on the weekend and they were wonderful!! The spa is clean, quiet and very relaxing. The ladies were all super sweet and easy to get along with! They did not make us feel uncomfortable or out of place like some other spas in town have. Can't wait to explore other services!

I made an appointment for waxing my eyebrows . I was really happy with the shape that the girl gave it to them but that wasn’t worth it because she burned me.I went back to ask for something that could help it and she gave me aloe which didn’t help at all , it only relieved the pain. Also, she said that I was probably allergic to wax and this is not the case because I’ve waxed my eyebrows my whole life . I was a loyal customer and used to come here always but they disappointed me so I won’t go back anymore .

This is an amazingly well run Merle Norman Cosmetics Studio and Spa, where customer service is #1 priority. The location is easy to get to and parking is plentiful. It is great to be treated to such a high level of customer care. This location is also well stocked with so much product, you just have to go check it out! They often have a free ‘gift with purchase’ promotion, where you buy 2 items and receive a free gift box full of goodies! Excellent studio, I would very highly recommend them.

I had problems the first time and they let me get it fixed for free, but unfortunately it just didn’t change much, the next day they were starting to fall off, creating gaps, look a little odd and it’s incredibly painful in my outer corners, I followed all of the instructions and made sure to keep them clean ,really disappointing, I never got my lashes done but I’ve done my research and know it’s not supposed to happen.

The place was very dirty, there was nails all over the floor. the service is very stiff and not welcoming, there is no small talk with the Esthetician even tough I tried. not a good experience at all An answer to your comment: I have a few points to make. 1. I don't know what is floow up. 2. I just went over your reviews and there are a lot of bad ones. And apparently all of them never came to your spa and wasn't on you costumer list. All of these reviews are fake?

I had my eyebrows messed up at a different place in Grande Prairie and was super skeptical about getting them fixed/redone. I met with her and she listened and took all my concerns into consideration and took a long time drawing on my brows and picking the color to make sure they were perfect. They are amazing.. highly recommend tianna for microblading or semipermanent makeup !

Took my daughter on her 3rd birthday Nov 2020 to get her ears pierced. The few girls working were all awesome! from entering while I was doing paperwork, one took her around to distract her and view things in the store whilst having a chat. The ones who pierced were very patient and kind, keeping her happy as they could through the process and giving her a treat (lollipop) after she was done. They finished off with an adorable certificate of bravery that is now hung up on my wall. Her ears closed wonderfully without any hiccups and she loves to look at them in the mirror. The entire experience was awesome. Exceptional employees! FYI they do not use piercing guns but rather a manual clamp. (Preferred over the gun with needles not being an option anywhere for young children)

The place is always clean and tools are always sanitized. I've had everything from lash tinting and lifts, manicures, waxing and facials. Carolyn is the one I see every time. She is thorough, detailed and always makes sure I am really satisfied with the finished product. She's definitely who I recommend for all things lashes, nails, facials and waxing. I buy the majority of my makeup here thanks to the knowledge and help of all the staff there. Nothing on the market is better than their deluxe mascara. I can't say enough about Carolyn and the Merle team here in GP. Can't wait for the Reno's and next things to come!

Friend time at Merle Norman Cosmetics and Insparation Day Spa: I hope you are blessed at least once, with a friend like mine. Besides all her other wonderful qualities, she books "Friend Time" at Insparation Day Spa with pedicures for the two of us. As soon as you walk through the doors of Insparation Day Spa, stress melts off of you. You are greeted with "we are ready for you", it honestly feels like the staff at Insparation Day Spa have been preparing all day for just this moment - when we walk in the door. Tea, coffee or a glass of lemonaid, hm, not such an easy choice, the tea cups look like molten chocolate, complete with their own spoon - the spoon holder is part of the cup - delicious maple candy, honeyed tea - close your eyes and enjoy the bliss. Polish removal, a buff to smooth out my skin and a delicious massage are intermittent with soaking in warm soapy water - how do they get the water to feel so soft? Is there anything more fun than giggling over nail colour options with a friend - and, if you ask, the staff will steer you in the right direction for the season. Phew! We come out renewed, with our beautiful toes sparkling in the sunlight, thank you Insparation Day Spa and thank you, my dear friend!
