First time and last time. My appointment was full one hour because I’m new customer and cost me $92. After the girl finished her work I find out i was in the room for only 35 minutes. I asked the front desk it should be full one hour, she said You were late 25 minutes which is that’s not right because my appointment was at 1030 am but she’s saying it was at 10am. Bad experience sorry.

I recently had an appointment at Massage Expert for a therapeutic massage and my experience with the therapist was horrible. Put plainly, she fell asleep during my treatment. Additionally, the manager, in my opinion, has dealt with the manner poorly. I would not recommend this place.

I had a massage few months ago, bad experience with Kerrie, don't book with her, unprofessional and bad attitude. After the session she left me in room for more than 10 min, were she is supposed to return and ask me how my experience was, and if I had a questions, I had to go see the receptionist to go get her. I asked her to do a full body, but she didn't do my arms, when asked her if there is a reason why she didn't do the arms, she said because I have my mask off!! not true I was with my mask on for the full session, I put it down when I was face down as per her instruction!! she had turned my day upside down, I got a call from the manager but her focus was to get me back as a customer and offer me a refund wich I didn't accept, me and my wife was booked for another appointment the following month but we cancel them, not recommend this location.

Never had a massage before. Didn't know what to expect. Staff was very friendly, and made me feel comfortable. The office was very clean and relaxing. Chelsea answered all my questions and did an awesome job. Very good at her craft. It was an excellent experience. I will definitely be back to do both legs next time. ???? The cupping was really neat, and I think it helped my knee?? Definitely loosened my hamstrings. I absolutely loved it.

Go see Chantal! I had my first massage with her last week and it was such a great experience. A friend of mine suggested her to me and I'm so glad I went to see her. I told her what my problem areas were and she was able to help me out a lot. Afterwards, she showed me some stretches to do at home to help my posture. Definitely recommend :)

My First and LAST time Booked a 60 min deep tissue massage for the next day, and my appointment was at 2 pm, And she told me to show up at 2 pm I was there 5 min earlier, another receptionist was there, gave me some paperwork to fill that took about 15 min to finish, Then was called to my massage room therapist was any thing but friendly, I explained in advance I mainly need legs deep tissue massage ( was also on the paper work they ask me to fill ) , but it seems she had her own mind!, started with shoulder and back for about 30 min, then moved to legs for 15 min! that's it! then told me that's all the time for you today! not only the therapist didn't even care about my main request for the massage, she cut short my time to only 75% of my paid hour! Oh and worth mentioning she never ask you if that's the massage strength you like or if you need to concentrate on certain muscles, no communication at all!, tried once to direct her to a certain part on my leg for deep tissue, but all i get is a respond mostly described as " you better shut up and let me finish what i'm doing " ! .. I didn't open my mouth after. After she told me my time is up and it's time to leave, I asked polity to have a 5 min shower to wash all the oil on my body, she said "no shower here".. then I Asked to remove the oil from my body with a hot towel or something, She pointed at the other side of the room and said " there are towels there"!.. I had to walk slowly on the floor, or you may say slide and trying not to slip or fall with all that oil on my feet to get to the towel. Anyways, I decided to at least talk about the missing 15 min with the receptionist, she said " you came late! you should be here at least 15 min early for the paperwork! ".. in another words she indicated that was my fault and i should live with it. Well, I realized I better save my time and not to mention that the other receptionist told me to come exactly at 2 pm, coz I really want to get out of here ASAP! and never come back..I felt so bad there :( I need massage at least 2 times/month, and you lost me forever. If somebody from the management even cares to read this honest review, I would like to add that this was my experience with your massage Feb 22, and i went to other massages within 1km from you ( without any names ) And my experience with them was the opposite! they treat me like a king, they got me as a loyal client now.

Bought a gift card from them and when he went for the massage the card didn't work because it was linked to another name so they made him pay for a gift that was already purchased. Then we show up for a massage together to find out that his massage was not in the system because there was a "glitch" in the system that sent him a confirmation but they have no record of it in their system. Nice people just didnt like my experiences there . I hope they fix their glitch for the other customers lol

Appointments are easy to book, they have a variety of time slots available, and the staff are prompt and professional. Brandon is excellent with his deep tissue massage. Erin is the best :) I love how you can book online (even the day of). The reason I am giving 4 stars vs 5 is because services are overpriced unless you are a member. Obviously a good way to market people to come a loyalty member (requires 1 massage per month at a lower cost) but inhibits non-members from getting a good feel for the place and finding their preferred practitioner as efficiently due to cost.

Last week I went in to see Jean-Luc, my boyfriend went to see Liane, and my 10 year old niece went to see Lisa all for massages. My 7 year old niece went in for a facial and mini-mani with Karine. The two nieces now want to go every month with us. We had direct billing to both my ManuLife and BlueCross, so it made it extremely affordable. We had a family FEEL GOOD date, and it was lovely! We will all definitely be back! Thank you to their team for a great memory!

They don't offer direct billing, husband says the staff weren't super friendly and they bruised him near his spine. Massage was okay at best. Overall not impressed Update: I appreciate the reply from the owner but cannot figure out how to send a PM. It was under my husband's name as he is the one who had the appointment.
