Make sure they have the available parts such as the correct filter when you buy. we bought a hot tub last summer and went to buy a new filter this summer but they had none, none of their associates that supply them had any and the only one they could find was one in the USA and they do not ship to Canada. It took me 1/2 hour of searching on the internet to find a dealer who supplied them in Canada I am sorry but I do not consider that good after sales service!

I had a horrible situation this year, my pool sadly said this was its last year to live. After watching the walls finally give way I decided to start to the hunt for a new pool. I had gone to several different places and I got the same old sales pitch, it was a refreshing change to end up in Mario's with a staff that cares about the customers not just a sale. I spent 2 hours in the store, the staff answered every question that I could come up with, whenever I stomped the sales rep I was talking to they excused themselves and found the answer very promptly. It was nice to get a full refresher course on operating a pool, I think I know now why my pool came down in the first place. Thanks to the service and training I got from Mario's team, I am sure that this pool will last longer then the house itself. Thank you Mario's for not just being a sale centre, but for being a pool school. I promise I will be back many more times, and the first recommendation I will ever give.

I had a wonderful experience with Mario pool and Spa today. I received a spa from my mother and I hooked it up and found out it needed a part. Not only a part but a $800 dollar part. I spoke with Mario about getting in the part and getting it installed. Before I could even call back the manufacturer and set up warranty payment, Mario was already on the other line with them making arrangements for me. He called me right back and explained there was no charge AND he was sending his technicians right out to fix it. I just can't believe the amazing customer service. Its hard to find in his day and age. To make it even more amazing, I didn't even purchase the spa from them and they normally don't carry the type of spa I have. These amazing people went above and beyond. Their techs were very friendly and worked very quickly to help me out. I can easily recommend them for all your pool and spa needs. I called Marios pool and spa today about a small leak. As it was late in the day (4pm) I didnt expect anyone to come that late in the day and especially from Lincoln to Saint John. Well shortly before 530 pm Noah and Tyler arrived had my leak fixed and problem solved in 10 minutes. Waited til the water got to over the top jets and started it up for me . And no leaks! Our softub was pumping out water...all the water! Messaged Mario, he responded right away... and told us what to do to get through the cold night. The next day we brought the pump to him and he fixed it on the spot! Great service! Now to refill the tub...ugh!

We recently purchased a hot tub from Mario's Pool & Spa and it was a great experience. From start to finish we felt very welcome in their showroom, Paula answered all of our questions and we never felt rushed. The delivery and set-up was smooth. They were real pro's and during this time of social distancing, they were very safe and took all precautions to ensure that a safe distance was kept. We did have an issue with our filter not fitting properly, I left a Facebook private message as I did not have time to call them before they closed. My messaged was addressed the same day and Mario himself came the very next day with a new filter. We could not be happier with the level of customer service that we have received thus far. We absolutely made the right choice!

This is the 4th hot tub I’ve owned. I specifically bought this one from Mario’s because of the customer service they provide and I am not disappointed. I recently had a serious issue with my tub and over the 3 days it took to fix the problem the support I received from Mario and his team was above and beyond. They were readily available outside normal working hours and really made me feel like my problem mattered. Thanks to their outstanding service and support we were able to fix my tub without a huge bill. Even if you didn’t buy your tub here I’d recommend bringing your business to them.

Superior customer service, extremely knowledgeable staff and a down to earth owner\staff who care about their customers and their future customers. They will even sell and service customers outside their immediate area! I have owned a hot tub for 7 years (not purchased from them) and I received received both service and sales from Mario's Pool and Spas at a reasonable price. They knew what to do and what needs repaired when others did not. They did not charge or over charge where they could have. Really customer first oriented, the way it should be! Top notch customer service! We recently purchased a new family hot tub from Mario's, after coming in one day and finding the rep from the company that manufactured it there. My husband and I enjoyed that we could ask a ton of questions, and he really cared about helping us find the best fit for us. Everything was very straight forward and out in the open, and anytime we have had any questions, they have happily and readily helped us! (They even called the owners to ask their advise on a question we had one Sunday!) I would highly recommend this company. Their selection, product knowledge and service is second to none!

We bought our Soft Tub from Mario's a year ago during the start of the Pandemic. We had the Hot tub delivered( Because we live in NS) after it arrived at Mario's. We were very impressed with the Soft tub' efficiency and ease of operation. Unfortunately, a couple of months ago we started having temperature troubles. After lots of phone calls back and forth and tech support from Mario himself it was determined that we had a defect in the hydromate motor. Mario himself contacted Soft tub' and got us taken care of. We are now relaxing back in our cozy Soft tub' and couldn't have done it without Mario and his Team. Very knowledgeable and will work with you. Very impressed.

Along with a male helpful worker who carried a heavy product to my vehicle and helped me secure it (I didnt catch his name), Jill made my experience wonderful both times I have visited. She was friendly and knowledgeable on various questions I had and the last time we were there she made my 2 children feel wonderful while we were buying nose plugs. I cant remember the comment she made now (something about the kids being fabulous or fantastic), but it made a huge difference in their world and those nose plugs are extra special to them. I’m pretty sure many of you out there are in the dilemma of ... which pool do I buy? I want a hot tub, what kind? I have to say that Marios should be the first and LAST, one stop shop! We have been dedicated customers for the past 14 years of Mario and his fabulous products.Three in incredible Hydro-Pool hot tubs...( all sold with cottages or homes that we’ve owned) Summer 2020 we had a Latham On-Ground pool installed.... I am IN LOVE!!!!! She is beautiful. July 2021 we have a Soft Tub 330 being delivered to join our beautiful pool. I have messed up my hot tub MORE than once, especially just before a Hot Tub party... NO ONE wants to be in that position. A call to Mario’s... albeit in a losing my mind ... freaking mode. Mario “ talked “ me off the ledge ???? , more than once!
