I've been a client of Sarah's for nearly 10 years. I have had a range of services from brow shaping to laser treatments. Sarah and the staff at Flawless are all amazing professionals who make you feel special from the moment you walk through the door. Five stars for Flawless isn't enough. :)

I called earlier to see if I could make an appointment to meet with someone about my acne/scarring, and I didn't really get a warm feeling about this place. The girl I spoke with on the phone seemed "annoyed", she didn't really offer any information. She told me there was a fee for the consultation and that they were booking into June. Then she said I could take a picture and send an email and they would reply to me with what needed to be done and set an appointment for treatment. I'm sorry, but when it comes to stuff like acne and scarring, I think that this should be seen in person and not just in a photo. I'm also not going to go for treatment for this issue without having any knowledge about it either. I just feel like this was really unprofessional and I'm really frustrated. I was hoping to potentially get help for my acne.

The service is always above and beyond, they are very accepting, accommodating, a safe beauty space for LGBTQA+ people, and don't try to upsell me products constantly.
