Stayed with the family here for 5 nights and we were very happy with our stay. The hotel lobby, entrance, bar and restaurant are the most beautiful I've ever seen at this level/price range of hotel. The location is great, just outside the downtown core (a few minutes drive), on the Saint John river. The patio and pool out back are really, really nice and we got some gorgeous views of the sunsets over the river. The room itself was fine, a basic hotel room but nothing to complain about. I was a little disappointed to see the hallways and room after walking through the beautiful lobby, as they are definitely not as nice (scuffed walls, dirty carpets, bad lighting in the hallways).

For the area, it's really rather nice. They've updated the interior, which was needed. Looks fantastic now. Service has always been spot on. My Wife and I had our wedding reception there in 2011. Very well done. I especially enjoy the higher floor rooms, with a view of that beautiful river.

The hotel and staff are taking all precautions and are following COVID19 restrictions. Had an incredible meal here in the evening but at this time there is no breakfast being served at the restaurant. The establishment has set up a coffee shop with some rake away options for breakfast. Stayed here on a business trip. The hotel is quite nice with a lovely lobby, we had a room on the back with a view of the water. Safety protocols in place, with everyone having to show proof of vaccine, ID and we all were equipped with a bracelet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Currently staying here. Upon my arrival tonight, I asked if a crib could be brought to my room. Within 15 minutes of arriving a sweet gentleman came in set up a pack and play with a mattress cover, pillow coverlet (just in case), and blanket. We used the pool which was clean and the perfect temperature. Very sweet and caring staff. Thanks for the pleasant stay so far! You know it's like they have superstar at each seat of the bus and the Drive is perfect from near to end. Perfectly acceptable overnight stop on a touring holiday. Clean room and public areas, friendly staff and a lovely terrace dinning area overlooking the St John river. We dined in both the bar and on the terrace and were not disappointed with the food. Our main problem was the distance from the city centre. A 25-30 minute walk along a footpath with some not very nice areas. Definitely not a walk I would undertake after dark.

The hotel room facing the river is beautiful and the restaurant food waa amazing however we checked in we were told "and breakfest is right there for tommorrow" we were not told it was not complimentary.. also they had less then half toilet paper in our room and when it ran out we didnt have a spare in the room ... and the worse thing I found about our stay was the SPIDERS in our room... I killed 6 spiders and one of them was in our bed when we woke up in the morning . the outdoor pool opens at 11:30 but se have to check out at 12 so that is really stupid. Overall it was a okay stay ..we stayed in better hotels

If you like the Delta Brand this matches up with locations in other major cities. The two pools (outside & inside) helps with families with little ones have a good time. The Diplomat (aka The Dip) is your go to Chinese/Canadian menu, all-day breakfast joint. If you got a bike or use the rentals at the hotel, you have the bike paths that go along the Saint John River. Overall, rooms during our stay was fine. Not as dated as other Delta’s say in Quebec City; Internet was very good; TV has Netflix & YouTube options.

Attended the Delta for a wedding of a friend of mine. We stayed overnight as well. The location was perfect, plenty of parking, and the service was great. We were even upgraded gratuitously to a Riverside Room (with a much better view) upon our arrival. It was a great event and stay. Would recommend to anyone coming to Fredericton for business or pleasure.

Clean hotel. Good enough for a quick layover. The bar/restaurant area was nice. Made sure to point out at check-in that parking was included in my rate, but still ended up getting charged after check-out. Had to call back and this was fixed promptly.

Great hotel to rest at while on a road trip of the East coast. Clean hotel, very friendly and informative staff along with beautiful views. We tried to book online on our phones while on route but found that calling the hotel was simpler and quicker. It was also cheaper than the online rate. My favourite hotel! We just finished a week long staycation travelling to St. Andrews, NB and Saint John, NB before returning to our home in Fredericton, NB. Not feeling like ending our vacation, we decided to check into the Delta Fredericton which, by the was, is less than a kilometre from our home! In the past, I often had to travel to Fredericton for work and always stayed at the Delta, largely because of the great service. However, after moving here, I had little reason to stay. This past winter, as a way to keep the local economy going, Fredericton Tourism promoted packages developed with local hospitality providers. One such package was the Romantic evening at the Delta! So we decided to make it our last night of vacation. The package consisted of a top floor room with a King size bed overlooking the River. Amenities included a $95 credit in the hotel restaurant ( review to follow), $50 in Downtown Dollars to be used at almost any business in the downtown Fredericton area, and champagne and chocolate dipped strawberries! The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The Smart TV allowed us to log into our Netflix account without having to try and connect the laptop. There was a shower and no tub. The recent renovation to the lobby and restaurant have been a big improvement. While I miss Purdy’s pub, the new lobby bar with adjoining restaurant was just a happening place on Saturday night. If you are thinking of coming on Friday or Saturday, make reservations. Of course all this was happening during the pandemic. However, I can report great attention to detail was taken with respect to appropriate protocols. Last but not least, I was thrilled to experience the same great service after all the years since my last stay. Alex made our check-in quick and easy. He was also very accommodating with our requests. We experienced this same attention to customer service in the bar and restaurant. All in all, a great stay.

Very nice stay at this hotel for meetings. Covid protocols were in place and followed. Meeting facilities were excellent and staff were very efficient. Check in and check out was very smooth. Had breakfast at the steamer restaurant and it was excellent- very large portions. Only thing missing was the typical Delta hospitality suite. Room also had nice water view.

Best hotel in the Fredericton area.

The Room is crooked the pillows are very bad the carpet was crinkled also very outdated I’ve stayed at hamptons that have bigger rooms than this will never return

No soap, no coffee maker, room was disgustingly dirty. Had to ask for a cot I ordered 1 month in advance, three times before we got it. Phone did not work. Therefore we missed room service when we did get thru we got voicemail. It was the worst experience I ever had staying at at hotel. Never again will I stay at a Delta.

Recently had my wedding here, super accommodating and great prices! Beautiful location outside!! Stayed in the royal suite at a discounted rate for having my wedding there, and going back tomorrow for our honey moon! The even coordinator Courtney is super awesome to deal with! Totally reccomend!
