The staff friendly and helpful excellent.....the bed was very comfortable excellent....the room was very comfortable and clean excellent.....the electric fire place was beautiful and added a touch to the room.....excellent.....excellent walk in shower with double heads......the room had windows that open....excellent.......we will be staying there again...... excellent based on room #4020

There is not anything overtly wrong with this lodging, except that it feels like a lodging rather than a hotel. I do love a Grand Hotel but I also appreciate the quaint & quirky lodgings that are often the best choice in smaller destinations. This Best Western is trapped somewhere in the middle and as a result the clients and the establishment feel slightly lost.

Clean and plenty of parking. The bar area downstairs is nice as its not creating noise for the rooms.

Turner at the front desk is absolutely the best! Super friendly, helpful and very personable. Ultra clean rooms and easy breakfast plan. Beds were very comfortable.

This was one of our most comfortable stays! From the moment we checked in until check out we enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and professional and our room was spotless. We stayed in a room with a king bed and jacuzzi and everything was so comfortable. We had the complimentary breakfast in the morning which was also good. The dining room was larger than the others we'd been to so it was easy to find seating. We really enjoyed our stay!

Its nice we took the room with Jacuzzi and it was really nice. Breakfast was good too you can make waffles. The only thing was the hot tub by the pool was a little dirty.

Was okay. Have this rating because the hand sanitizer in the lobby was empty and the continental breakfast was very disorganized and there was no social distancing. I understand that New Brunswick doesn't have any safety procautions for Covid but there are tonnes of tourists from out of province that the staff shouldn't be exposed to.

We have stayed at many Best Westerns and know that they are individually managed. Each varies in decor and cleanliness. This Best Western was not very nice. The entrance was rather messy. The room was definitely old and rust on bathroom doors, spots on the furniture, and just an overall appearance of uncleanliness. The breakfast area was fairly tidy, and the woman working it was cleaning it up as needed. Prior to checkout my wife saw a bug crawling from behind the bathroom door frame, as I tried to kill it, it slipped behind the molding. Needless to say, management was not on top of the many problems.

Had an awful experience with a girl named Katie. Called and she was incredibly rude and short with myself, and my wife when she called as well. I will not be staying here or at any Best Western again. Simply the worst customer service I have ever received

The room itself was great. Clean and well taken care of. I found the noise level from the hall ways very loud and was woken up several times between 11 and 12 pm

The ladies at the front desk were great. They left the pool open for a bit longer so we could catch a bit of swim time since our arrival time was later. Room was a good size, clean and the bathroom was a good size. Breakfast was delicious.
