Staff are friendly, walk in appointments, 3 of us were able to have pedicures as well use massage chairs during the whole time. Excellent service!!

The only place i will go in this town. I've been going here for 8 months now to get my nails done and eyebrows waxed and i love it. Friendly staff and its always very clean. I love the music they play its nice and relaxing.

So I got my nails done just over a week ago, and they are so so bad. They overfiled, the nails are already lifting and falling off , and they looked so grown out because the color wasn't put on properly. All around it was a really bad job ... Not impressed in the slightest.

Felt very rushed and I had to ask to pay after waiting at the door for 10 mins while staff were on their phones. I liked the gel colour I ended up choosing, but I had gel on my cuticles when I left.

I visited this salon for the first time when i walked in THe guy was pretty rude when you walked in But the lady was nice and sweet Is DIrty ,no one washed they hands between clients , they reused everything Sure the place has a nice feel the lady is sweet but quality is terrible , paint jobs was sloppy gel polish din’t last 3 day and nail start to chipped after 5 day Plus i have to waited 1 hours and Now i worry about infection Over price , this was not the escape i was looking for ,don’t go there

I had solar nails done by Ken today. He spent almost 2 hours working on my nails! He was meticulous while working on them, and they turned out GREAT! I’ve had my nails done time and time again, I’ve never had such a good job done. Great and friendly place - and amazing service.

Sometimes you have to wait but it is worth it. Hannah gives the best massages for your pedicure and manicure. The place is clean and all tools are either sterilized or one use only.

My nails always come out looking awesome. The best place I've found for a pedicure also. They don't rush and really give your feet & legs the TLC they need. I like that Tuesday is 15% off as well.

Went there to have my nails done was cut several times the next day had extremely sore hands they were red swollen and I went to the doctor the doctor ended up giving me antibiotics for my hands and told me I had to remove the nails I phoned to let them know what had happened they agreed to give me my money back and pay for my antibiotics the doctor had prescribed I went in to go and get my money back they then all started yelling at me in the salon saying my hands are not infected and I just went to the doctor to get antibiotics for no reason and that I just have sensitive nails so I shouldn’t have nails put on yet I have been wearing nails since I was 16 years old and I’ve had them done it many other salons with no problems at all then refused to give me any Of my money back they are being reported through Northern health as well as the Better Business Bureau and city of Port Saint John

Great place and atmosphere. Wife gets her nails done here and loves it and we did a couples pedicure together which was surprisingly amazing. I'm not a foot kinda guy but I definitely enjoyed it.

I was disappointed with the way I was greeted. Not very friendly. Seemed unorganized. Could use a front desk person to greet clients as they come in and make them feel welcome. Service was quick but hygiene was lacking. Table still had "shavings" and "nail dust" from previous client. Dirty cloth was left from previous client too. Tools were didty too. In fact just used the same ones!! I was a bit uncomfortable with this. I hope they look at these reviews and improve on areas of concern as it could be a great facility.

Went in today for my first set of nails, when I came in i didn’t have any idea what I wanted done and the staff was super patient with me and gave suggestions on designs, nail shapes and colours. I left with a set of amazing nails that I love so much! I will totally come back here and I highly recommend that anyone go here if you’re looking for good service and quality work.

If you are looking for good service this is the wrong place to go to. Staff is not very friendly and they keep talking to each other in their language when they have customers, which is rude in my opinion. I got the feeling they want to get their job done asap to get u out of there. I was not satisfied with the pedi I received. My feet weren't as smooth like they were suppose to be after a pedicure and it hurt like crazy when she massaged my feet! I did not enjoy my pedicure and won't be going back again. The spa was very clean therefore the 2 stars..

When I went there was a few new girls working that I hadn’t seen there before, they glared and were on their phones the whole time, the one that did my nails left a white substance in the polish on my nails. And not to mention, the polish looked horrible, it was all over my skin. I used to love this place, but ever since those new girls started it has gone downhill. I will no longer be returning.

They are very nice and everything appears to be hygienic. They just need to work on time management and booking appointments appropriately. Always a good experience and never had an issue with my shellac manicures and pedicures
