Outstanding customer service!

I was there to have my gel nails redone. She didn't remove the old ones, just used the dremel to sand them down as much as possible. I was in that seat for 2 hours and 40 min, that was ridiculous and she kept saying almost done, almost done. I wanted ombre and she was good with that, she airbrushed the color on - I mentioned numerous times it was too light (you can see in the pictures that my left thumb nail is pretty dark at the tip which is what I wanted for all of them. I have never had nails lift or break before. I was unhappy with the entire experience at this salon. I won't be going back.

I like this place other then the fact that the products are clearly aren’t good quality they aren’t even in correct packaging. They do have a great colour selection and it’s aall colour coordinated which makes it so much easier choosing a colour but the nails and quality doesn’t last very long within 1 day one nail broke i went back got it fixed and the glue for my diamonds cracked up and the diamonds fell off then another nail broke the next day. 2 days after that my tips of my nails are fading to yellow.. The service is great but they to stop buying fake cheap products for arcrylic and colour maybe invest in better nail glue and shellac polish/ acrylic powder.

Went here as there seemed to be great reviews, however was somewhat disappointed No appointment was necessary, was taken in immediately ( I was the only client in there) Went in to get an Ombre fill, was told approximately 45 minutes, which ended up taking OVER 1.5 hours. My nails looked fine when leaving although they didn't even last 2 weeks , which I was not happy with considering the cost of a fill here is upwards of $80. Located in MacDonald Island Park which offers loads of free parking as well as on bus route.

Just moved to Fort Mac and the wife spotted this place while driving by. She's not picky in her choice of men but if her nails aren't perfect she could step on a baby. Well the babies are safe because she cannot stop ranting about how unbelievable her french manicure is. Like I mean losing her raccoon. Thanks for making the wife happy Twedys!

Went in to get a new acrylic set. Service was great. They were all very friendly. Only complaints I have are she would put extra charge items on my nails like designs and diamonds without asking me so my bill racked up without my consent. The nails itself only latest about 2 weeks, not sure if it’s due to cheap acrylic or the speed of my nail growth. All in all it’s a “sure, good enough” nail salon.

I decided to give them a try & I am so glad I did. The massage and everything here was on point plus. They were extremely personable and kind & didn't rush and make me feel pampered. My pedicure was perfect and I found this an overall enjoyable. I will definitely be coming back here!

Twedy's is my regular go to for nails. I need acrylic and get consistent, durable, and pretty nails. They are always up for fun designs too if you want! Her pedicures with the hot stones and massager are amazing! They time their foot massage too so you never get shorted! Great spot to go for groups too!

This is a great salon in Fort McMurray. Super clean and professional. The technicians are attentive but don't try to make small talk if you don't feel like it. They offer many different types of pedicures but didn't try to upsell me when I said I just wanted the basic pedicure. This will be my new go to spot.

I'm posting this using my boyfriends account. I got a brand new set of Gel Nails on Saturday, June 29, 2019. The technician was wonderful, and the experience in the salon was overall great. Love the shape and thickness of the nail. Tuesday, July 2, the two large gems had fallen off, and the next day my right ring-finger nail also fell off. I made an appointment for Thursday, July 4. The technician was pleasant and fixed my nails for me - no charge, I decided to go for smaller gems this time as I did not want to worry about the large ones falling off again. Sunday, July 7, my right pinky nail had fallen off and I decided to wait before doing anything. This morning, Thursday, July 11, I had 3 broken nails. As I am writing this review I have 5 broken nails (6 broken in total). 2 Stars because while I really did enjoy myself there, I am very disappointed at the quality. Worth mentioning; I don't do anything physically demanding or anything that makes me worry about losing a nail. Majority of my coworkers have their nails done.

They did a great basic pedicure for me. The girl that did it did a great job applying polish. So far it has survived 2 weeks with me running 2 long distance obstacle course races 1 week after the pedicure.

This place is amazing! Easily the best Pedicure in town hands down! Come in and see Ryan or Gina, I got a free parafin wax, highly recommend the pedicure for anyone who wears steel toes 12 hours a day! Almost forgot to add that they serve beer! My fiance had her nails done too.

I’ve went there twice now and each time my nails have cracked off and the colour on the acrylic started to peel off. Called in a couple days ago about the shellac to ask the price and the lady that answered the phone , answered my question right away and I said thanks and she proceeded to hang up the phone assuming that that was the only question I had.

I have really bad in grown toenails. T did a great job of getting my nails back in shape and out of pai. Best massage I've ever had spring for the extra massage as you won't regret it. Five stars for sure.

I had a fabulous experience at Twedys, downtown Fort McMurray. Tammy did an amazing job on my lash extension, and the room we were in was gorgeous and made me feel so relaxed. I had a great nap and was super happy with the results. Nancy gave me literally the best manicure acrylic tip that I've ever had. Beautiful butterfly design and the shape was perfect. Twedy supplied me with wine the entire time. Good music was playing and I felt pampered. I sincerely enjoyed my spa day here and highly recommend this place to anyone who just needs a full day of pampering. 10 out of 10!!!!

The nail service here is great but massage and lashes are horrendous. Pro: they take you in right away when you need to get lashes done. Con: The lash lady needs some serious training. She placed the lashes she wanted to apply on my cheeks and kept using a tweezer to pick and attach to my natural lashes. Then, she kept the whole box of lashes on my stomach restricting any movement (I told her to remove it eventually). Every time she applied the lashes she would put on too much force on my eyeball and I had to ask her to be gentle. Same with the tape she used on the eye. She ripped it off so hard (instead of removing it gently) that it ripped my hair. It was all so bizarre. When we finished I could see obvious gaps which she fixed for me but without taping the eye so the glue went right in. Same with the massage service, I don't think she has the right training to do so (at one point she was slapping my head), but again they mostly advertise for their nails which I personally highly recommend. Both their manicures, pedicures and fake nails last a very long time. They do a thorough job with it.

She left nail polish all over my skin and when I asked her to clean it off she tried cutting it off. My finger tips are in so much pain and I still have nail polish everywhere.
