I had hot stone massage last August 17 that turned out bad, got burned in my back. The therapist refunded the costs of medicine but still now I am indulging the burn skin that still healing process and ugly scar. Doctor said second degree burn. Sucks experienced.

The massage it's self it's not to bad (we rarely get the same person) went there 3 or 4 times. as we know they hire people from Edmonton and work per shift. Wonder why they not hire people from fort mcmurray ? Provide them with 2 insurance , they only charge to 1 insurance , double check with my other insurance they said this place not even try to claim so I need to pay the rest that my work insurance not cover . They said they will send the invoice to my email so I can claim it to my husband insurance . But they never did . Called them until now I still never get the invoice.

I actually walked out of Arokaya pain free, and with a fresh sense of rejuvenation. The ambience, and professionalism at Arokaya is second to none! Highly recommending Arokaya’s Melissa for affective muscle pain relief!

I have been a regular customer even back when they first started. Now Arokaya has an Amazing facility. The girls there are the Best massage therapist in all of Fort Mac hands down. Go for a relaxing tea, the aromas and soothing atmosphere, and the best massage you will ever have in your life. Great customer service and you can direct bill most providers. Thai massage is quite different from regular massage and if you've never been I highly recommend Arokaya Thai massage.

I had massage many places, Edmonton Calgary and even Malaysia but with my experience today at Arokaya it was completely different, I would say AMAZING, Aira was my massager and she has a magic hands, she do the right touch on the pain. also they bill the insurance directly. 100% recommend to others. I've been a customer of Arokaya for a while now - since their time in Gregoire.....Fraser Avenue.....now the Service Canada block. There's a reason why I follow them wherever they go. Excellent massages, coupled with excellent service. The fine people at this establishment deliver some of the best massages I've experienced. By far, the best spot in town and quite possibly the best massages I've had, globally - I've lived in India, Dubai and currently, Canada. I get massages at least 3 times a month. Out of all these places, I can't think of any other place where the massages have been consistently excellent. Highly recommend. A note - I have to disagree with Chirag's comment below. I know for a fact that one of the massage therapists had a medical emergency and had to be taken in to emergency at the hospital. I believe that was the day they had to make alternate arrangements. I've been with Arokaya for over 4 years and have seen them well over 100 times. I can vouch for their professionalism and excellence in execution, 100% of the time. Chirag, I would give them another chance. You won't regret it.

Melissa Davis at Arokaya is the first massage therapist in town that knew why I was having the pain (sciatica) and knew exactly how to releave the tension, aswell as showing what stretches I can do at home to alleviate the condition. Love the ladies here! They’re super respectful, skilled and gave me a great experience! The place itself feels super calming from scents to dimmed lights, relaxing music and decoration. I’ve been here numerous times but my last two times have been with Neena! She is great and it’s like she can read my mind. My first time with her I really wanted a nice head massage but didn’t mention it but the last ten minutes she focused on my neck and head and it felt sooooo good. Just what I needed. She is my go to but the other ladies there are great as well! Overall a great place to go for massage! I usually get a deep tissue and they will adjust the pressure to your liking. Hope this helps someone! ????

But these ladies deserve all the business they can get! Angela does some cupping as well. I have had a couple ladies I was not a fan of there but as long as you request a good one it is lovely!
