For the last ten years, Tara and the staff at Spacifix have been taking care of all of my esthetic needs. Tara has seen me through two pregnancies, a genuine eyebrow disaster and, more recently, a connective tissue disease diagnosis that has drastically changed the colour and texture of my skin. Tara's knowledge of the industry and the products she offers at her spa has helped me maintain the aesthetic look I want during a time in my life when it is changing - beyond my control. I get regular pedicures every 5 weeks and Tara's treatments withstand the test of time - she uses quality products, and gives a damn good treatment. All of my makeup and skin products are purchased from Spacifix, and I'm happy to say that I am asked if I'm in my late 20's on a regular basis, to the point of being carded still (I'm 38). I can't speak highly enough of the professionalism that is displayed by Tara and her entire staff - professionalism that I witnessed from day one, ten years ago. I will never go anywhere else but Spacifix for any esthetic product or treatment.

My family and I have been attending Spacifix on a regular basis for approximately the past decade! In all those years, I can not recount not one bad experience; or even an experience when I wasn't completely satisfied with the services provided. The atmosphere, the owner, all the staff, and every service that is provided is absolutely exceptional! Cleanliness and hygiene is a top priority; which is extremely important when choosing a spa. You can check out the health inspection reports published online for yourself! I have been recommending family and friends to this spa for years and have always heard exceptional reviews back from them. I have been, and always will be a loyal customer. It is a wonderful spa that provides amazing service by highly trained and qualified staff!

I am sorry to read Petra Cuddy's review of her experience at Spacifix this morning. I have been a long-time client of Spacifix and have never had a negative visit there, or in fact, have ever heard of anyone's having had a negative visit. The Spacifix experience is always delightful and relaxing; the staff is personable and pleasant. Ms Cuddy notes that her mother was a frequent customer of Spacifix - if that is the case, she must have been extremely pleased with Spacifix to this point. Given all the positive past experiences, she might consider putting this one unfortunate morning behind her and be willing to try them again. I am sure she will find Spacifix most helpful.

My husband and I have been going to Spacifix for years. Tara is the only person I trust to do my brows, and her pedicures last forever (well, until they grow out)- the paint does not chip off! The big comfy massaging pedicure chairs are fantastic. She is also absolutely amazing with make-up applications and my wedding pictures are gorgeous thanks to her and my photographer, both of whom are apparently magicians. Debbie does a great job of removing the fuzz from my husband's back before beach vacations quickly and painlessly. The massage I had from Alyssa was wonderful. The atmosphere is very relaxing, always spotless and as clean as possible, and the entire staff is extremely friendly, warm, welcoming, and helpful. The prices are very reasonable, the hours are convenient, and they are quite flexible and accommodating. I highly recommend it, it's worth the drive to Ridgeway! (Also- a visit to the Happy Baker in the back of the building is a must!)

Spacifix is truly the classiest, cleanest and most amazing esthetics studio I have been to! Tara, Debbie, Serena, Katie, Irene and Alyssa are all extremely professional and provide a superior level of customer service. I have been attending Spacifix for over 2 years now and in that time, I have NEVER had a negative experience. My services are ALWAYS performed to my level of satisfaction. UPSETTING!! RUINED MY BIRTHDAY PRESENT! My mother had booked an all day spa experience for my birthday over a month ago. As it turned out they had neglected to change the time when my mother called (10 min. after booking it!). I came in from out of town and when I checked in I was told the appointments are booked an hour later. Instead of asking me perhaps if I would like a glass of water, or lets see if there is something we can do for you, since my gift card was for $250.00 !!!! I was told to go for a walk!. When my mother spoke to the young receptionist, by phone after I was frustrated with her, she was told "what do you want me to do about it", my mother promptly told her of her attitude, hung up and promptly drove to the spa to sort it. The staff had such an arrogance and attitude about them, that it couldn't possibly have been their fault, it became an a very unpleasant experience. My mother is (or was!!) a frequent customer, I had also popped in 45 min. early to confirm I am coming in at 11am and was next door. The staff at the time there were unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend them at all because of the lack of customer skills in handling the situation, not owning their error, and the air of arrogance they had, the customer is not right at this place. We asked for our money back and left with all the plans of the day ruined Its interesting to see now, 5 hours later you now have 4 reviews, previous to mine, there were NONE! guess that's whats called damage control, well done, it may make others perhaps question the validity of the reviews since no one else felt compelled to write one, good or bad till mine was published today. I too wish I would have been given options to try one of the services.

LOVE THIS SPA. I have been going to Spacifix for over 6 years now after being referred by a coworker. There are not enough great thing to say about this establishment!! The Staff is unbelievably kind and professional, and make you feel like you are their number one priority from the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave. I have used several of the services that are offered here from waxing to manicures & pedicures to spray tans and I have never been been disappointed.
