UPSETTING!! RUINED MY BIRTHDAY PRESENT! My mother had booked an all day spa experience for my birthday over a month ago. As it turned out they had neglected to change the time when my mother called (10 min. after booking it!). I came in from out of town and when I checked in I was told the appointments are booked an hour later. Instead of asking me perhaps if I would like a glass of water, or lets see if there is something we can do for you, since my gift card was for $250.00 !!!! I was told to go for a walk!. When my mother spoke to the young receptionist, by phone after I was frustrated with her, she was told "what do you want me to do about it", my mother promptly told her of her attitude, hung up and promptly drove to the spa to sort it. The staff had such an arrogance and attitude about them, that it couldn't possibly have been their fault, it became an a very unpleasant experience. My mother is (or was!!) a frequent customer, I had also popped in 45 min. early to confirm I am coming in at 11am and was next door. The staff at the time there were unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend them at all because of the lack of customer skills in handling the situation, not owning their error, and the air of arrogance they had, the customer is not right at this place. We asked for our money back and left with all the plans of the day ruined
Its interesting to see now, 5 hours later you now have 4 reviews, previous to mine, there were NONE! guess that's whats called damage control, well done, it may make others perhaps question the validity of the reviews since no one else felt compelled to write one, good or bad till mine was published today. I too wish I would have been given options to try one of the services.
