They were a little thin for me, but the service was quick, and the staff was friendly. It was pretty good for eight dollars too, so I tipped.

I called prior to my visit to confirm the cost of an acrylic fill for 15.00. The tech working on myself was overworked, tired, and a little cranky. While removing the coloured shellac she advised me my nails would be 40.00. I am not familiar with aesthetics and stated I just wanted a fill for 15.00 and no shellac. The price then changed to 25.00 because she had to use the machine to remove the shellac. She caused me discomfort multiple times with the equipment and then when I started bleeding she accused me of doing it. (she cut my cuticle). She became annoyed when I informed her of my complaints. Immediately after I left, I called in to inform the manager of my experience (I wasn't going to do this aloud when they had a full house of patrons, out of respect). The person on the other end didn't care to hear my concerns and she hung up the phone on myself. I won't go back. I do not want an auto immune disease. she never cleaned the equipment with my blood on it. I don't want you to go through what I went though.

It's really not as professional as they say. My nails came off within about 3 or 4 weeks. My real nail got ripped off when the fake nail came off with it. They did not change the water that they had while cutting my dead skin off my nails. They put my hands in that same dirty water my hands were in dead skin water. Very unpleasant and very disgusting if you ask me. We not very nice. Seemed like they didn't care and wanted to do it quick not get it done and over with. Will definitely not be going back thats for sure. ????????

Staff was so rude!! They almost cut my nails without asking the length, and then told me it would be a $5 charge to cut the length if i changed my mind later like I didn’t know my own preference. They only talked to me to tell me prices. When I asked them about the price of a party nail they said $15 which is totally ridiculous and then proceded to paint over my nail without waiting for a response if I wanted it or not. They overbooked so I waited 20 mins after my sceduled time appointment to start, and the quality of nails varies drastically from person to person as my friends were sloppily done. Mine were nice but due to the staff and thier total dosregard for customer service which I can only attribute to me being younger and the assumption I wouldn’t want to pay money for nice nails, I will never go back!

My friend and I dropped in here to see if we could both get a full set. We were told yes, they have available and are able to do our nails. Turns out they were fully booked and instead of giving us the time we were paying for they rushed through. This included very thick acrylic, not cleaning mine or my friends cuticles at all as comes with a manicure, as well NEVER asking us what shape we wanted for our nails. My nails were never shaped, or even filed. Just left as the original shape of the acrylic tip. I work with children and this shape is not conducive to my job, and was something I never would have chosen. I didn’t feel comfortable enough to ask her to do a different shape because she was just so rushed and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. So instead I ended up reshaping them myself when I got home. Additionally when I was choosing my nails I requested the same as my friend but a different colour. The technician brought over pink only and when I said “oh I’m actually not a pink person could I do something else” she got upset at me for not telling her I didn’t like pink. Though she never asked me what colours I liked and then Brought over two more of the same style in different colours that she never offered the first time. She seemed extremely rushed, rude and didn’t speak to me at all. Instead was talking to other customers and just ignoring me. She also ended up cutting my cuticle for this reason as she was extremely distracted when doing my nails. Finally, in my nails there is pieces of dirt UNDER the acrylic so no matter how much I try to clean them they always look dirty. I will not go back and regret my life choices In going there the first time.

Incredibly sloppy. While they warmed my pedicure water an employee ushered me towards her hand station and said she would "prep" my feet before my pedicure. I slipped my leg under the counter (weird) and she removed my nails polish and then WITHOUT ASKING cut my toe nails super short. I was so excited because I finally had some length to them to achieve a square look. She didn't ask me what shape I wanted or anything. Then another employee did my pedicure. SHE DIDN'T EVEN SHAPE MY TOENAILS AFTER THE ROUGH CUT. Then ANOTHER employee painted my nails. I paid an extra $5 for the weekly polish. The paint was old and sticky and did not apply well. See pics of terrible shape and paint job (along the bottom of the big toe). No cuticle oil either. Shellac manicure was dried bumpy, did not remove cuticles or apply cuticle oil. I can't believe I paid for the pedicure.. could have done a better job myself.

To say that my experience at Professional Nails was good is an understatement! Not only are my nails fantastic, but the nail techs who run the salon are amazing! My nail tech made sure that I was comfortable the whole time and was a lovely person to talk to. As someone coming from Toronto, this small Fort Erie salon exceeded all my expectations as I got all the services I would’ve gotten in the big city. I highly recommend Professional Nails!

The top coat on my gel manicure does not cover my entire nail, it is patchy and after the first day began to chip. Not to mention, that the top coat is now a tint darker, so it is even more obvious of the quickie job. I get gel manicures frequently and have never had this happen; I even felt my fingers burning while under the lamp! Either they use cheap products masked under brand names or they truly do not care about the quality of their service. I have had many friends tell me about the rude service, the snarky comments and the back handed compliments they have received from the technicians at this location - I even experienced this myself. Save your money and do an at home manicure... you will probably do a better job!

When I moved to Ridgeway from Oakville in 2015, finding a great place to get my nails done proved very difficult. I had the BEST in Oakville, so my expectations are high. After trying several salons in the area and being bitterly disappointed in each of them, I tried Professional Nails. Well, I was hooked from the very beginning. The first time I went, in I did not have an appointment, but I was treated like I did have one. Like their name implies...I was greeted professionally and told that while they could not see me right that minute, to come back in 15 minutes and they would take care of me. I came back exactly fifteen minutes later and was indeed seen. My technician's name was Christine and she proceeded to give me the best nail experience I have ever had...and I have lived all over North America and been to many, many nail salons. I have stuck with Christine since then, though I would bet that if she was on vacation or needed a day off, one of the other technicians would be just as good. They all know exactly what they are doing. There are many things that are impressive about this salon, but three things in particular stick out. First, the technicians are so friendly and they clearly love what they do. They laugh and joke with you, but do not waste time while doing so, the customer is always the priority. Secondly, now that I make an appointment, I have never been kept waiting...EVER. If my appointment is at 2:00 pm, then that is exactly when Christine will see me. Thirdly, this salon is not only spotlessly clean, the decor is modern, bright, and welcoming. Finally, I have got to mention that I am a very busy person, as so many people are. These girls respect my time. I am never kept waiting, and my nails are done quickly and done extremely well. Additionally, they are always happy to see me, greet me by name, and make me feel that they do appreciate my business. I wish I could give them an hundred stars. I highly recommend them!!

I have been going to professional nails for 15 years. There is not a single nail salon that does the amazing job that they do! I get a design every time I go and their talent with designs is very impressive. The girls are all friendly and professional. I always leave feeling happy with my nails. The salon is clean and beautifully decorated and I have even received a call from them right after I left one of my appts because they had shorted me 10 dollars.When I went back 2 weeks later I was given the 10 dollars off my manicure!! Very nice ladys and salon is clean however, this is my second time going and both times the pedicures felt rushed , did not give a foot massage at all either time, the pedicure was under 20 minutes, typically when i go to other salons they spend a good 30-40 minutes on pedicure and do a nice foot massage. They do a nice job with polish, just needs improvement with massage and not feeling so rushed. The reason i am giving a 3 star is because the ladys are very friendly and the polish is nice, i will them one last time.

I’m generally not a manicure and pedicure fan. Seems like I get my nails done and they chip before I get home. The girls at Professional Nails do such an amazing job - both the manicure and pedicure last - never have had a chip and the best part - I’ve been able to garden and my nails still look great. Plan to have fun as well. Super personalities and great energy are the vibe at this salon. I can not recommend this place enough- if I could give 10 stars I would ❤️

Got nails done few days ago. Nail already broken. Paid $60 (rip off). Usually pay close to 100$ Here.... Considering I get charged out the ass, you would think when i call to get ONE nail fixed they would be glad to fix it. Instead they said they cant fit in ONE nail ???? ... professional my ass.
