We built our dream home which came with a spa from Paradise Pools. When we went to the Welland store to choose our spa Michelle the owner of all locations of Paradise Pools was quite knowledgeable and friendly. However when the spa was delivered the story changed. Before delivery we were told we needed 3-4 men on hand to help with the delivery because the paradise delivery team needed to carry it down a hill and was told before delivery when I questioned it that she couldn’t risk injury to her workers. I didn’t think it was a customer’s responsibility to help with a delivery like that. We had three men on hand, thankfully otherwise the spa might not have been delivered. We were also told the day of delivery they would be back to install the cover lift. That didn’t happen until we contacted our builder who contacted Michelle. She said the guy would be out the next day. Which he did. Wowie...I was asked which way I wanted the cover to lift. Being a new spa owner I didn’t know how the litter worked and asked him if it would hit the sign that was hanging behind the spa if it opened they way. He VERY RUDELY said to me in a tone I hope to never hear again...”I do not have an answer for you”!! I ASSUMED he did this as a living and was part of paradise pools staff. I wasn’t told otherwise that he wasn’t. Anyway I asked him again if the cover would hit the sign behind the spa and he again said as he interrupted my question “I do not know”. Again with a quite rude, arrogant and condescending tone. He then asked me if I wanted him to come back another day. I explained to him as he was speaking over me and interrupting me that no I didn’t know how this lift works and couldn’t answer his question. My husband came out after hearing the conversation between the fellow and myself. I said to my husband I asked a simple question this fellow can not answer and I assume he does this....I was going to say “for a living“ but again was Interrupted. I am known for my patients and calmness however I just couldn’t muster anymore patients together and I changed my tone. He informed both my husband and I that he was a refrigeration tech and he was doing this “out of the goodness of his heart for his wife”. We did NOT know he wasn’t part of Paradise Pools Install team. I showed respect calling him Sir as I explained to him that we didn’t know that and he continuously interrupted me to the point where I left he and his husband together. We will NEVER EVER recommend any Paradise Pool location to anyone! I’ve told our builder to not refer them as well. They do not have any people skills and are truly the rudest arrogant business I have come across in a very long time. They have definitely lost my respect. I don’t recommend Paradise Pools.

We recently had a repair done to our inground pool which involved replacing a broken fitting at a return jet located under the concrete pad of our pool. The repair was done cleanly and the efficiently and in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to reccommend the services of this company to anyone. Totally proffessional.

Great customer service but horrible pool builders nothing but problems pool was built slightly smaller and liner bubbles out and comes apart I have a crack forming in the shallow end One of the lights in my pool is no longer working come to find out from hayward they were installed incorrectly and some other minor problems caused from using cheap materials and accessories all this in 5 years now I tell others to spend a little more and get someone else to build the pool

Have had numerous bad experiences here. Brought some water to be tested last week. (We had some marks on the bottom which turned out to be because of an incompatibility with a new heater with our salt pool). They refused to test the water, citing algae and instructed to add an algecide and 30L of chlorine and go back the next day to get the water tested. Took the water back the next day and could not get a reading since there was too much chlorine...ya think! Same marks showed up yesterday so I tested and showing very little chlorine on my test. Took a sample back this afternoon and was told there was still too much chlorine and that we needed to add salt BC it was only 1700 ppm (put 2 bags in after we opened in May). Since we've had issues, we took it to a different place further away where we had pretty much no chlorine and 3400 ppm of salt. Due to the heater issue we had to drain our pool and convert to chlorine. Never going back and would give zero stars if I could.

2020 pool open We had Matt and Shawn (I think) come open our pool this year. They were fast, helpful, timely, polite, and even gave thorough explanation from a very safe distance. Matt even helped diagram instructions to operate our solar panel system, as I was clueless. I highly recommend MP Paradise pools for all your pool needs! Thank you guys very much! We are first time pool owners, and the company the previous owners sent to do the open was terrible. They did not give me any information about operations or equipment use. I went to MP Paradise pools to get chlorine, and explained my experience with the other company's open, my pool knowledge, etc. and both Dan and Michelle went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, and confident moving forward as a pool owner! Above and beyond! On a Saturday night after hours I had an emergency where my jet broke off and water was pouring out of the pool. I knew that I was going to loose a lot of water overnight so I called and left a message in desperation. We have been using Paradise Pools for almost 10 years now and they never disappoint. We recently had a leak in one of our pipes leading from the filter (which is in the house) and after emailing them photos of the problem and talking with Dolores, I was able to fix it myself. Dolores walked me through the process and told me to go visit the store as they sell everything I needed in the store. At the Welland location, Michelle welcomed us with a smile, showed us our options and we walked out of the store with everything we needed AND at a great price. The help and guidance (and support) from Dolores and Michelle were amazing and there is not enough Thanks to show the appreciation I have!! Keep up the great work!!!!!!!!

Went in there today to inquire about new filters for my hot tub. The young man who offered to assist me was the most ignorant and rude employee I have ever met in my life. When I determined it was in my best interest to purchase elsewhere due to his extreme rudeness and lack of knowledge he proceeded to tell me to have a nice day in the most sarcastic manner I have ever heard in my life. We have had a new pool installed this month. This is our second pool installed by Paradise. We returned to paradise for our second pool based on our previous experience. All levels of the company from sales, construction, installation and service are exceptional. We felt we received best value for our money and they truly believe in making the customer happy. All construction and installation staff were hard working and respectful, arrived on time and did a great job. They listened to our comments and accommodated any last minute requests or changes. They were more than capable of working through any issues that arose - especially during the excavation process. My pool liner was destroyed by a windstorm in April and I had to claim it through insurance. I called 2 other pool companies one told me they would have someone call me (I'm still waiting), and the other told me they were too busy. I called MP Pools and they did a fantastic job. I will not EVER have any other company touch my pool besides these guys. I would give them a 6 star rating if I could. Legit!
