Janice is a very knowledgeable colorist who always listens to my hair color concerns, and delivers with true excellence. Great place for a hair cut our family has seen the same stylist for the last 30+ Jacki Templeman. They also have a great Spa on the premises. Located in Churchill Square it is extremely conveniently located with lots of parking.

Have been going for years, skilled stylists who won't settle for less than ideal and if they were any more gracious as hosts it would be annoying (it's not tho). Would recommend wether it's a simple trim to a full cut color and style. Have been going for nearly 20 years and have yet to be unsatiafied

I have been a customer at the Hair Factory for a few years now. I enjoy the welcoming atmosphere , friendly staff and professionalism. The fact that time is taken with consultation prior to any service allows the client to express their needs and make sure they are understood, is a wonderful bonus. I have not been disappointed from any service I have received- hair colouring, hair styling or pedicure. Products that may be used, are explained as to purpose and their use. They may recommend them but up to you if interested. I certainly look forward to going in to the Hair Factory for my bit of me time and pampering. Would definitely recommend trying the services. COVID may have put some restrictions on the hairstylists and services but have not changed the persona of the staff.

Churchill Square location. Stylist Janice ruined long to short hair. Don't listen to client ask for, instead did what she wanted. Asked for blond gave red. Asked no layers gave anyway. Called out on it... spite cut off all my hair. Very expensive service charge. Tries to market to rich elete. Cost. Charge $300.00 cut color. + $20.00 "treatment" Expect $10.00 tip. Push to buy products Oribe. $300.00 Yes that's correct apparently it has gold flakes in it as per stylist words. +$60.00 salon shampoo conditioner. One appointment × this every 4 weeks..... For sub standard stylist hair care. My advice RUN. from this place. Unless you want the "Rod Stewart" special cut every time. Save your money and stress try another salon. ............................... In response to the owner. I am disappointed you are unable to "find" my file as a good customer been there over a year or more same stylist. payment Receipts ++++. Janice. Did have a repor with a friendly hi to everyone there. Wow. I rather take my business to another salon I had more than enough stress & embarrassment there. The picture is recognizable at your salon, Janice with my long hair prior to her just destroying. So yes well justified here. Please see before and after pictures.

Good hair salon...very busy on Saturday. Stylist was 30 minutes behind and slow to do the job so I likely won't return also price was 30 dollars more then usual for me and hair was not as nice as I usually like it.

My hair turned out nice but the sneaky sales tactics to get clients to pay more left a bad taste in my mouth. This is the first time I went to a salon so maybe it was my mistake but at no point was I told that using special "products" would lead to a higher end price. Also when I asked if they could use the producs it was in a super casual way so I just assumed it was their regular product. So I'm not saying you shouldn't go there, but beware of hidden costs.

Loved the service. Farhad is an amazing stylist. Everyone is super friendly and they are awesome beings. I was lucky to get the exact colour I wanted as a gorgeous balayage. Highly recommended for cuts and colours. That's my hair in the photo.
