First time I went to Valletta was for a facial when they had just opened. They were great and the place is very welcoming, clean and beautiful. I then purchased the laser removal grupon, a deal which you can also get in store but it still remains a deal with that price honestly. The technician Matilda is so experienced and quick which is great cuz she doesn’t waste your whole day and after 3 sessions honestly my hair is completely gone in 80 percent of the areas.What a great thing not to have to worry about waxing anymore. I would recommend.

I highly recommend this place. I used a Groupon, but would be willing to pay full price for the quality of service. Mary was accommodating and made me feel very comfortable. She did an amazing job on my Brazilian! The spa was very clean and beautifully decorated. I will definitely be coming here in the future.

Very unprofessional experience. I saw the Groupon and decided to book an appointment which they were very accommodating of. Upon arriving at the location, the receptionist/ service person was speaking with another customer and she greeted me when finished. However, things turned really negative after that. She was unclear whether I needed it to wait at the lobby or follow her to the room so after a couple of minutes I went in and she started giving me attitude. ignored it and asked if i could use the washroom before getting my Brazilian waxing done. At which she pointed straight ahead so I assumed were behind the curtains which turned out to be the break room. quickly exited and she started giving me more attitude and pointed to a different direction from what she initially had said, bursting her eyeballs at me and giving me so much attitude before our appt even began. I told her she made me feel very uncomfortable to which she responded with pretty much not caring and I could just leave. I feel so bad for the customer's entering through this salon, hopefully the manager sees this and has a conversation with her in how to be professional and respectful with people as she really needs the lesson. you will probably lose more money keeping her than letting her go. The spa overall seemed clean but do not recommend any services due to unprofessionalism and disrespect. This women was caucasian and had black hair. Good luck, felt so relieved after exiting this salon.

I would never recommend this place for Laser Hair Removal. She spent very little time pretending she was treating the area. She's very cheap with the gel. She doesn't wipe it off. From my body puts it back into a cup and re-uses it onto another area. Same cup she uses for every customer I assume. Go to a proper clinic, don't waste your money here. The time she spends on treating the area is never enough. She can pretty much do your whole body in 10 minutes. I was shocked when my first session ended so soon. I thought she was joking. One time she complained to me that group on took half of the money. On the last session she offered me the same deal if I paid cash. Shady business. Stay away.

Valletta Medical Spa has been absolutely great! I started my treatments for laser hair removal before COVID happened and after only a few treatments, I saw a pretty noticeable change. The hair was growing in slower and thinner too. Super happy! Unfortunately, they were forced to shut down for a few months because of COVID. They were very professional and contacted me explaining the situation and rescheduled my appointment. The closure was longer than most people anticipated, but Valletta kept me in the loop. Once they did reopen, I was super impressed with their new safety procedures. They take your temperature at the door, provide hand sanitizer, and both me and the technician wear a mask. Each time I've been I've been the only customer inside. The place was spotless and proper safety procedures are being followed so there is no need to feel nervous. I can't wait to finish my treatments! The results are amazing!!!

I was so worried about getting laser For the first time I was researching for days. I called a day ahead to ask questions and Rebecca was so patient and kind and informative with me. when I arrived for my pedicure Matilda was incredible she payed attention to detail and does an amazing job and even ads in a little massage. My toes have never looked so clean. I was pleasantly surprised at how the laser felt- it didn’t even compare to the unbearable ones Ain I’ve had waxing with my coarse hair. I ended up buying the full body package- they charged me the groupon price without tax if I paid cash which was awesome as well. I was very impressed with how friendly and patient the ladies were. Very gentle and professional working with private parts during laser as well. Spa was very clean and cute. Loved the decor. Can’t wait to come back for future laser treatments xx

Worst experience ever. I have been getting waxing done for over 15 years and I’ve never had my hair removed so brutally and painfully. She wanted to finish the treatment so soon that she didn’t care to see how much of I waxed portion she had left plus in spite of me being in so much pain she didn’t care to give me room to breathe and relax for even a second. Regret going here.

Carmen took the time and made sure all the areas I required were done properly. The service was great and the environment was clean and relaxing. One of the most compassionate and welcoming medical and wellness spas I've been to. My first treatment I was very nervous, Carmen took the time to explain the process to me. The facility was clean and dust free. I have had laser hair removal done before at another spa. The results I got from Valletta after the first treatment vastly surpasses a year of treatments at other place. I highly recommend calling and learning more about their treatments. You will not be disappointed ????

She's scamming people with her laser hair removal package. Not only is she careless, but she's purposely not doing enough to give you results. She rushes a lot, even through bumpy areas. I feel so cheated. I don't like confrontations but at the same time I don't want to pretend I'm dumb and know nothing about laser hair removal. Her packages are made to look like a promotion for 1st time customers (6 body areas, unlimited for one year for 375+tax) but they're a scam. There is no promotion. It's made to look like that on groupon. I've heard her answer the phone quoting the same price that I paid, so definitely not a promotion. I foolishly assumed I'd get the same quality of service that I've gotten in other places, but I was so wrong. There wasn't even a consultation session, even though I was promised one. And I've noticed that she CONSISTENTLY tries to save time at the customers expense. Also, she reuses the gel she applies on me. From my body she puts it back into a cup (which I assume she uses for every customer) then she reapplies it back to another area of my body. It grosses me out. Extremely unhygienic. I get itchy little pimples after each session. You'd expect her to be a bit more careful about hygiene since a shaved area is way more vulnerable to infection, but I guess that's too much to ask. It's been such a waste of money and time. I've never regretted any purchase like I've regretted this one. Shame on you. Don't think your deceiving tactics go unnoticed. 0/5.

Waxing is very very painful. If you want waxing service stay away from here. The girl seemed like she was in rush, and she was strapping very large areas at once. Hair is not all removed and its still so painful. Wax was left on my hair cuz it was not strapped properly as well... if yiu have low pain tolerance DO NOT GO HERE.

Went for a brazillian wax. The quality of the wax was so poor it didnt pull out the hair. The esthetician tried multiple times and ended up leaving wax on me.

I have only wonderful things to say about this Spa. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the place is very inviting and clean. The first time I went there I had a facial, mani and pedicure and just loved the results. The staff made me feel right at home and looked after all my needs. I recently went there to get waxed and was very pleased to see that every single time they dipped the wax they used a brand new stick. I have been to a number of Spas and I think my search is over, I am very happy to say I will definitely continue going back.

I've done four laser treatments and have seen amazing results! I am always seen right on time. I got the the promotion for laser on 6 body parts and I am scheduled in every 4 weeks. I had to change one of my appointments a few days prior and they were super accommodating and got me in the same week on a weekend day. Everytime I have gone, the laser room is very tidy.

I love this place! I got here for laser I bought my sessions on Groupon when they had it. Totally love it! They do more services here which I will check out like pedicures. They have a separate bowl for your feet (where they line it with a bag)not like those chairs with the foot bath attached.( I personally do not like those)! Overall it's clean service is great I highly and I have recommended people to come here. Love it!
