I went in for eyebrow waxing, and the lady who is a director herself, did my eyebrows. As soon as I got home,I saw red patches on both of my eyelids. Next day,I realized that she burnt those areas. Within 48 hours, I went in the spa to show what happened and she was like oh my god, this has never happened by me and she sent me home a sample of one of the products they sell. Like she didn't apologize, neither she refunded me my money. Claiming to be a medical spa, this is an unprofessional place to visit.

Erica is great; would highly recommend her! I went in just inquiring about services to improve the look of my overall skin and she recommended the Fractura treatment because of my cystic acne, dark marks and overall completion. I took a risk and went for it and just after 1 treatment I notice a difference in the brightness and overall completion. She also recommended some products and have been using them and love them. Happy with the service and so will most likely return in the future.

I took a leap of faith with Urban Beauty Bar when my skin caused a complete havoc and I was desperate for quick fix. Erica at Urban Beauty Bar was the BEST find I have made. Erica is warm and welcoming and knew exactly what my skin needed. THREE months into my treatment and WOW WOW WOW...I am now on 6 / 8 weeks maintenance only! Erica works with my low maintenance regime and has put me on a few staples products that has made such difference VS a draw of useless / skin congesting / money draining products. The ambiance is cozy, relaxing, hygienic and very professional. I will be a customer for life and will soon be introducing my son who suffers from acne. I could not be happier and much more confident in my own skin!

Erika and her staff always take their time to customize a package bases on your skin needs. When first visiting UBB I had horrible adult acne and skin discoloration. Erika took the time and provided samples of products to help with the acne until we found the perfect match for my face. I no longer have any acne, and 3 IRL services cleared up the discoloration significantly. I now feel so much better in my own skin. Amazing team!

EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! I called to see if they they had any availability for waxings. The person on the phone told me they were closed (I phoned on a Sunday at 12pm, did not realize they were closed) and when I apologized for calling she said “are you sorry, bye.” Will not support this business when you are that rude to customers for accidentally calling when closed.

Erica is the absolute best at what she does. She has so many different treatment options and definitely keeps up with the latest trends in the cosmetics world. I was experiencing some breakouts towards the end of the summer which were frustrating to try and get rid of and she has made my skin beautiful again. I was initially hesitant to try some of the products she offers but I have to say they’re worth the money... the PCA spot treatment has done wonders for those pesky breakouts and the coola moisturizer is amazing. Highly recommend and wouldn’t go elsewhere!
