Anne and team are the absolute best! I have had almost every treatment on their menu and loved every single one. The offices are clean and peaceful, the location is great and there is free street parking within a 1 block radius. I highly recommend the Forma treatment, the hydrafacial, the dermaplaning and the facial bar services. And my lips look AMAZING! No one can tell that I have fillers...Anne is an expert at the natural look.

Skin retreat is a results driven clinic. The nurse spends a lot of time on education and providing treatment plans that make sense. I never feel pressured to commit or do anything I’m uncomfortable with. My questions are always answered in a timely manner. Highly recommended!

This is one of the best skin clinics I've been to. The ambiance is relaxing and Anne is very professional. I've had acne for most of my life and usually, when I go for skin treatments, I am sales-talked into all kinds of upgrades to "perfect" my skin. I dislike aggressive sales talks because they do not take into consideration that GENETICS plays a huge part in your skin quality. My experience with Anne was different. She made me feel comfortable, demonstrated knowledge, listened to my skin concerns and gave me the treatment I booked. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND, giving me extras to make my experience more luxurious. She understood my skincare needs and made recommendations, but there was no pressure. I really appreciate Anne and this clinic. I highly recommend this experience, it is next-level skincare.

This is the best medical spa in the area. They offer amazing anti-aging treatments with realistic expectations. The therapists and owner are very friendly yet professional, and most importantly, they are knowledgable about the products and treatments they offer. Best Dysport injector in the GTA! Now conveniently located across from Islington subway station, the staff at Skin Retreat are so professional, kind, and experienced that I won’t trust anyone else with my skincare! I had been using Botox/Dysport for years before Skin Retreat and always felt disappointed at the service, follow-up care, pain/bruising or being sold products and services I didn’t need. Since discovering Skin Retreat a few years ago, I always leave 100% satisfied and hardly feel the pinch of the needle! They are conservative with their treatment plans, which I appreciate because it means they truly care about their clients and want you to be happy. ???? So refreshing to leave a medspa feeling pampered and that you received great value for your money. Anne and staff are the best kept secret in The GTA.

Anne is absolutely amazing! She is such a sweetheart and she really cares about how her client is feeling. I went to get Dysport for my forehead to reduce wrinkles and it was my first time going. She was so good about talking me through it and answering my questions. She really takes the time to walk you through it and it was the most painless and comfy procedure, especially since I thought it would be painful! She was very thorough and so easy going. I will definitely be returning for my next treatment with Anne and can't wait to come back!

I had 2 fractora and 1 forma , each within 4-5 weeks. The forma was poorly consented and I still regret getting that one especially, since I lost volume from my face. They ended up to be too much for my sensitive skin and 2 1/2 years later I am still dealing with the damage., texture changes and the tiny needle mark scars on my face , dryness and inflammation and perhaps permanent damage. She did not know this was inflammation and did not know what to do. She offered me another RF treatment which I couldn't believe after what had happened. She assessed my skin incorrectly , though I did have rosacea, but she did not think I had very sensitive skin. I believe she upsold me when I went in originally for acne scars. She said some very unprofessional things to me, "That's why I like to work with men , as they aren't emotional" and when I asked what to put on for the dryness, she said " go down to the drug store and get something" .... essentially could not wait to see me leave the office. I had to keep contacting her. I would have given anything to have simply gotten a facial rather then the forma and I admit on my part, it was a poor choice, I would have hoped for some better guidance from the professional This entire experience has taken an emotional toll on my mental health. and 100% changed my life,. I was treated terribly after it happened and I am still struggling with the quality of my skin now. Please understand , there is a Dr Heng , a derm in California who deals with skin damage from all kinds of skin treatments. She has said that these heat treatments ( RF, fraxel, lasers) have the potential to cause fat loss . Alot depends on the person doing and clearly the person she had who did the forma was not experiences. I have had other lasers from other spas and never had a problem until I had work done by Anne and her medical aesteichian at the time. I am completely heart broken Just be prepared...and do your homework. Also, I have never heard from her since....

I have been going to Skin Retreat for 2 years. I have tried most of their services & am happy with all of them. My Doctor recommended them & I am so glad she did. The prices are fair. The office is clean. Anne is always on time and friendly. So is Darota. The treatments are done with the utmost of care. There is very little downtime, if any at all. Anne always replies to any texts or emails immediately. You are in good hands at Skin Retreat. In fact, my Daughter has started going there too. She will drive from Brantford to see Anne or Darota.
