Such genuinely friendly staff, very professional. Clean, luxurious feeling place in Rexdale (I think that's the neighborhood it's in?), you wouldn't expect such a nice place in this area! I went for a massage from their RMT and it was sooo nice. Their massage room is so relaxing and they take every effort to make your experience an awesome one. Definitely recommend! :)

Do not recommend to come here for Laser!!!! I had a laser treatment for a year. & a few months after my hair grew all back. When I called them to see if I can get a few more laser treatments for no charge since I was not happy about it coming back & saw no change at all, she said no and that Laser is not permanent & that I should do more laser treatments somewhere else. This is disappointing after I paid a lot of money for it. Do not go here she will scam you for your money

I’ve been coming here for around a year and a half now and every single time I’ve gotten my eyebrows done I’ve been happy with them. I went around 2 weeks ago, happy with the shape of my eyebrows, and got them done by Bindu, who made one eyebrow thicker than the other. At first, I let it slide because I loved this place so much. I went in again today to get my eyebrows threaded and the same lady, Bindu, did them again, and she let me know that one eyebrow is thicker than the other and I told her to leave them as thick as possible, since I was already aware of this. Once she finished threading my eyebrows, she had made one of them rounder than the other, and I have square brows. I didn’t realize until I got out of the store and made sure I went back and told them. They told me that when I came in, my eyebrows were already screwed up (by that same lady) and that I had to look at my eyebrows again and see that I was wrong. They offered to fix them, but they already made my eyebrows so thin that if I got them done again it would take me 2 months to grow them back to what they once were. I ended up getting a refund and they told me that for next time they wouldn’t allow this. It’s unfortunate that this happened because I respected the owner and everyone there but this was something that I won’t forget.

She does not promise overnight miracles like some services sometimes do, but rather walks you through the different treatments she offers, and her personal recommendations for the goals you are trying to achieve. Great service! Very happy with Micro-needling facial. Did 6 treatment, saw results after third treatment. Skin improved in texture, discoloration and breakout. Overall treatment was a bit pricey but worth it. Happy customer.

I have been going to Roha Unique Looks for over 2 years now to receive a variety of services (even though I live very far- but refuse to go anywhere else). At first I was very skeptical about doing laser, but when I came in for a consultation with my medical aesthetician (Harvey), she made me feel very comfortable. She was extremely knowledgeable and understood exactly what I wanted. She informed me of my options and provided me with amazing rates (that I could not find anywhere)!. Since beginning my sessions with her, I have found myself coming back not only for haircuts, facials, massages but also minor things such as eyebrow threading. The results of my laser are phenomenal- her machine has worked wonders on my body. I have recommended her to all my family and friends, and they have always been overly content with the results and pricing. The salon itself is very clean, and has a very welcoming atmosphere. The staff are professional, knowledgeable and very accommodating with scheduling. If you are looking for a place that provides all your needs, Roha unique is the place to go, you will not be disappointed! Thank you to the whole team for always making my experiences there wonderful.

I went as a walk in client. Right away they conducted the consultation for the treatments I am interested in. The staff are very nice, knowledgeable, specially (Harvey) the Laser Technician made me feel very comfortable as i was bit worried in the beginning. I am very pleased and satisfied with the results of my laser facial hair removal, i can see a noticeable difference, i would strongly recommend this salon for any service including Laser.

Came here for a massage. I thought it was going to be with a RMT (I called earlier to make sure it was with a RMT). When I cashed out they told me the lady was just someone else who worked there. That's probably why I didn't like the massage. The massage wasn't that great. She used way too much oil on my body. Most of the time it felt like she was just rubbing my skin. I was expecting more work to be done on my back. I'm pretty disappointed. If you're using the Groupon deal, just note that its not going to be with a RMT. I advise that the people answering the phone know this as well. And you're just going to pay for someone to rub oil on your body. I guess if you're into that, go for it. The room I was in looked pretty clean. The sheets, however, appeared to have makeup marks on them.
