Great medical spa, the nurses and doctors at the clinic are all very friendly and knowledgeable and were kind enough to walk me through the process as they were injecting the dermal fillers. I was able to get my inner cheek/ undereye area filled using 1 syringe of Restalyn define. My only critique is for the receptionist at the front desk. I found her to be rather hostile and rude, especially when I asked that my photos not be released as I am not comfortable having my face advertised. She was hesitant to accept my request at first then finally asked one of the nurses if that was okay. The nurse was totally fine with it and respected my privacy. I found it annoying that the receptionist did not respect my privacy. Aside from that, great med spa, very clean, and friendly well trained staff! :)

Disappointing to say the least. After waiting nearly 3 weeks for an appointment with their medical director (physician) I was called the evening of the night before to let me know that the Dr. doesn't come in on Wednesday's. That an error was made on their side (I can't understand why this was determined the night before). I had scheduled my day around this appointment, an uter lack of regard for my time. To try to accomodate me they scheduled a WhatsApp video call with the physican for the day and time of my appointment. No call was received, no text, no email, no video call. Again an uter lack of regard for my time. Needless to say not a very good start to the relationship and I will certainly be taking my business elsewhere.

I had a vampire facial/PRP with microneedling done on my face. Only after the first treatment I felt noticeable difference. My skin was a lot smoother and pigmentations were lighter. So I got my second one done! The staff is courteous, possess great knowledge and can help you pick your treatment based on your needs. I’ll definitely recommend the clinic ! Although every single employee is fantastic, I have a great bonding with nurse Jasmine who I feel is fabulous!

Came in to get a mini lip plump & everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The nurse who injected me was fabulous!!! (Jasmin) She was patient and understanding - the only reason I am not giving 5 stars is there was way too many people in and out of the room it didn’t bother me much but, I was with a friend who was getting injections for the first time and it made him very nervous. Overall I would come here again :)

This was my first experience with getting lip fillers! I was very nervous and extremely excited. When I arrived to the clinic the receptionist was very friendly and had me wait for Dr. Sameh Micheal.. of which I had an appointment with. Once I got into the room it kind of went downhill from there.. The numbing cream was not applied long enough, along with being spread all over my lower face it felt like. I was drooling everywhere.. from not being able to swallow.. (due to the numbing cream) It was super uncomfortable and embarrassing, I had to ask if I could spit in the sink to help myself in that situation. Since the cream wasn't on long enough I felt everything.. it hurt. Was tearing up the whole time.. (along with salivating down my face) while I had this women in the room video tapping me shoving a phone in my face.. The whole experience was not pleasant and it really upset me. When we were done with the procedure, the doctor just left.. Didn't explain any aftercare treatments (other than to put ice on my mouth once getting home). I was very confused along with uncomfortable. All I can say is thank god for google.. been searching up after care and what normal symptoms are after lip injections. I really hope no one else has this kind of experience when getting a procedure like this done. Defiantly wont be coming back.

She answered all of my questions, never rushing me. Once we realized that invasive treatments would not be ideal for me, her and the staff creatively came up with a treatment package that would give me the desired outcome I was looking for, while being minimally invasive. I went in for an initial consultation with Dr. Michael who was really friendly and honest about what I did and didn’t really need. Jasmine, the nurse who did my Botox injections, I clicked with her right away! She was funny, knowledgeable and had a very gentle hand when doing the injections. She also gave me some very honest advice about other treatments I was curious about. Brittney was very helpful getting me set-up with my payment plan through PayBright. She took the time to create a treatment plan for me for the next year and priced it all out. She even extended the Black Friday promotion to give me the reduced rate for my treatments. Germaine helped me with retinol and vitamin c skin products and took time to answer all of my questions and gave me advice on how to ease into the use of the products so I don’t irritate my skin. Overall, this experience was amazing. The pricing is great and it felt like the whole team was involved in giving me a very boutique experience. And the office is absolutely gorgeous. Just was in that clinic yesterday. I have my lips done there. They explained everything in detail. Price was very good. The place is so clean and the nurse and the doctor were super nice and vey skillful. Today my second day and no swelling or bruising. They used Juvederm which is the best brand in the market. Most important they never push to upset. They are really nice people and I can not ask for more. They are so honest about every word they say. I had no issue with booking and they followed up with me today. I do not believe what this girl said twice and seems she is working with other clinic or the is there to abuse them. I would recommend to all.

I give this place zero stars, please, be wary of this place. These people are out to take advantage of people hoping to assume that the customer knows absolutely nothing about anything. I bought a package of 100 units of Botox at $7.00 a unit, so I thought it was a great deal; I have been getting Botox injections on and off for about 12 years. This was truly the worst of my experiences. I split the package with my husband he only got 26 units, so they said. We know we did not get a hundred units. First of all the bottle they used did not even look like Botox. I believe it was a generic brand and it was not fresh, it had already been opened and used. The way that the esthetician injected it, below the brow I have never seen done before, and arguing that Botox lasts 6 weeks after having saline injected to the bottle when any idiot can look up on the internet and it lasts only for maybe 2 hours after. These people are not doctors and are in fact con artists. This is a scam not a deal. After having supposedly 74 units of Botox injected in my forehead believe me my forehead should be frozen but both my husband and I look like we have had absolutely nothing done! There are several other clinics throughout the GTA that have better deals like Skin Vitality that has multiple locations throughout the GTA for even less money and do operate under a doctor. Please people, save your time and energy and money and go anywhere else. What’s bothers me the most of all this is that these people even had the nerve to call me to try and blame me for this whole situation afterwards instead of caring about customer satisfaction! I have proof of the Botox because of the receipt I was given after paying for it! The owner asks me if they had the chance to serve me, they know they served me and tomorrow I will post a photo of the receipt of this incident. I waited several days to see if the Botox worked and those 74 units did not work at all. This has never happened to me before.

I wouldn't recommend this place- I got no results after doing multiple laser sessions (8+), nor did I get results with PRP. Don't be fooled by the low prices- they come at the cost of good service and patient care. The so called modern Fotona laser didn't work for me, and they finished my face in less than 15 minutes...not kidding.i am pretty sure they missed spots- I've been doing laser for years now. I get that some lasers don't work with some people but Dr. Sameh doesn't care about his patients. He never talks to patients unless they're from his part of the world. When I asked him why I wasn't getting results,he once offered to put in a hormone requisition for me. I was told they'll send it on their own or call me. but they never followed up despite multiple requests. Best to find another dermatologist.

I did laser for many years and I know how it’s should be . they are good just with talking so they bring customer and when you go nothing.even I have appointments with them a month before after that they call day before my appointments said we cancel your appointment on voicemail.(before they close 5 minutes) I call day after I said why you cancel my appointments I’m waiting for 3 weeks they said because we booked for another customer who does that Honestly I never see something like that Buy the way I want before the lockdown I don’t know how they get all this star’s from where !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am a new client with Renovo. I went there and met with the most wonderful staff and doctor I have ever met. Dr Michael and his wife Hala are amazing persons. Dr Michael is very professional and looks after every person like friend and family. They are not looking for money as other spas do. His office manager Nohemie went beyond and above and explained everything to me. She was never pushy like many other spas and never were there to get my money. The nurse Loiza and Gemine the medical aesthetician are certified and knows what they are doing. I went there to do my Botox and they showed me the original brand and not any generic. I also did not use the whole bottle so it is reserved in the fridge to use with another client. They also have Fotona machine which is the best in the Market. The clinic itself is amazing and clean. They did very good job in renovation. I am happy with my experience and would like to recommend this clinic to any body who wants trusted and safe place to take care of their fillers, botox, skin, laser needs. I tried laser hair removal before twice in 2 different clinics but actually Renovo is the best. The clinic is so clean ,stuff there are professional and so friendly, hi tech machine. the owner welcomed me and she was very friendly and after I finished she came back to make sure I was totally satisfied with the service. I really like this place
