Popped by for the first time after work without an appointment. I have been hunting for a place for walk-in eyebrow threading on my commute home with reasonable pricing. The place is not lavish by any means. It is extremely basic, but I don't expect much if I am paying $6 for threading. My eyebrows are pretty easy to work with and I was happy with the results. She was quick, efficient, and friendly. She handed me the mirror multiple times to ensure that I was happy with the shape. I can see that other reviewers are unhappy with the grubby feel of the place, but I think the entire atmosphere is in line with the pricing. Other salons in my area are charging $15 - $20 on average. They might be nicer, but I'm only popping in for a few minutes anyways. Previously, I had found places for $3 in Mississauga and they were basically run out of basements. You pay for what you get.

This place is terrible! I've never had a worst experience. Do not recommend! I found that this place was near where I live and by looking at google reviews I made a mistake of assuming it was good, since my usual eyebrow place had to be closed I decided to give it a chance. The first time I went here it was awkward the stuff clearly had their usual costumers and treated them better and would let them go in front of you, even though you have been waiting for longer. So I waited and got my eyebrows done, which looked terrible. They only took off like 2 or 3 hairs, they were still so thick. And they made them round, not sharp, they were so undefined. I have very thick eyebrows so I go to get them done, they didn't ask how thin I want my eyebrows or what shape I wanted, and this was before my big event. I came back for the second time because I thought that every place deserves a second chance (plus it's close to home) and maybe it was just a particular person that did my eyebrows, so next time I went this really young girl started doing my eyebrows and she was pulling my skin along with my eyebrows... it was torture, like she would just lose control of the thread, while I was still trying to tell myself it's going to be fine... it wasn't fine and the eyebrows looked terrible... again. But this time with a line going through them. No shape. It felt like they didn't do anything to them, except ruin them, plugged one hair and they are done in 30 seconds. Please save your money and your eyebrows.

Had been to this place a multiple number of times. I had been attended by almost all the staff working there. Everybody had been professional and nice in doing their job except for last time been there, this lady with a short hair cut attended me, had been very rude , she pluck my eyebrows with extreme force and threaded my upper lips like if she hated me, and wanted to get rid of me the earliest as possible. Very unprofessional and unwelcoming to a client. One person like her is more than enough to tarnish your well made reputation.

I've been visiting Pushpa's for a number of years. I first sought them out for eyebrow threading but, like other reviewers, I now go to them for facials, waxing, and laser treatments. They are extremely friendly, very accommodating, and, over the years have begun to treat me like family. When I began facial treatments there it was after years of trying everything under the sun to deal with problem skin. After they evaluated my skin, and subsequently adjusted treatments to fit my skin type (they still switch up my treatment from time to time depending on the season or the changing conditions of my skin), I can now happily say that my skin looks better than it has in years. My face has responded particularly well to the Schrammek "green peel" treatments. It is an herb-based peel but it is an aggressive one (fair warning!) and has resulted in better and better looking skin over time. I recently turned thirty but most people seem to think I am in my early twenties. I attribute this, at least in part, to the excellent treatment my skin has received at their hands. :) Their treatments are very well priced. Their level of service would run you much more at a different salon. Well worth the visit, especially if you are in the west end of Toronto.

She did such a great job even better than I expected . This place just became my favorite place to get all of my face threading needs done. Reegal helped me get through the pain and was so sweet and nice. Her smile put me at ease. She did a phenomenal job and the prices are very reasonable. The chair is comfortable and my neck didn't hurt since it has a head rest, so you can sit back and relax. Update: I went back to get waxing services done and Sabina and Iliria (Sp.) were fantastic too!

the customer service is great. pushpa is very accomodating to your schedule and is good at helping you find a good time for you. her prices are very reasonable and the service is great. on the odd occasion i've had to wait a little bit but generally the timing is perfect. i also found that she's not a fussy sales person and is honest and upfront about what is necessary for your goals.

I went in to get threading of the eyebrows, upperlip and chin along with a Brazilian and half leg wax and I must say, I had one of my best experiences. Reegal Patel was so professional, patient and highly knowledgeable. Let's be honest, getting a Brazilian is not the most comfortable place to get waxed, but I can say that Reegal really had me feel as comfortable as I could possibly be in that position. Her work was fast and flawless. Extremely happy and highly recommend this place. Been here many times for threading (first time getting a wax), always had positive experiences.

I have always had an amazing experience with Pushpa's Aesthetics. I went frequently last year and they always greeted me by name. Always had everything ready for me. I think its an amazing spa everyone is so nice and will always smile or say hello even if they don't know who you are. I hate getting my eyebrows done usually but she told me to lift my eyebrows and it made the entire experience much better! Then she gave me a mini face massage at the very end when she put on the eye cream and I was in heaven. Definitely coming back!! They can always get me an appointment when I need it even when I call last minute. Have already booked another appointment for Laser Hair Removal!

Pushpa’s Aesthetics is the best, They do a perfect job on eyebrows, I go there all the time! the location is really good and very accessible near Islington subway the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I thought id never find a favorite place to do my eyebrows. When they do your eyebrows they always make sure to match both of your eyebrows, they take their time and never rushed, do a PERFECT job. The rates are incredibly reasonable and the staff is so nice. Everything about this place is awesome. I also done my shellac, Hydra Facial and Laser done. I will go back again and again. Highly recommended.

I really wanted to like this place because it’s close to me. But they did not do a good job threading my eyebrows. Left one thinner than the other and way more arched. The lady kept insisting it was fine, which it’s not… This was the second time I’ve visited here and it’s not a very welcoming environment, won’t be back again.

Literally, I loved it.. I usually visit here for my eyebrow threading but forgot to leave a comment, I got time now. One girl named Alka is really amazing. She will do her job prefectly. She did it in an awesome way while others will just do it but she will see customer's satisfaction. She made my eyebrows awesome and she is very polite. I took my mother here for a massage. All the ladies here are friendly and attentive. The place was clean everyone was very professional. Regal was the lady that gave my mother her massage. When my mother came out she couldn't stop raving about how great it was. She said Regal knew all the points to press and the massage was heavenly from start to finish. As we drove off, my mother continued to say it was the best massage she has ever received. I was extremely happy to hear this as it was a bday gift to her. Based on her experience with Regal, I would recommend this place without hesitation and am thinking of booking an appointment myself!

When I tried Pushpa’s Aesthetics once, I loved the way they did my eyebrow and I started Hydra Facial, Laser, Waxing and other services I’m regulars at Pushpa’s Aesthetics. Their Threading and Laser Hair Removal services are the best and the atmosphere is relaxing. Complimentary tea, coffee are available for the clients. A few tips if you haven't been to Pushpa’s Aesthetics before: It's a great place to get a personal attention with professional services, The ambiance of the spa is great and the prices are very reasonable compared to others. I would highly recommend this place.

Friendly staff & very reasonable prices, eyebrows look good from a far distance but up close & personal there was so many hairs that should've been gone, & the lines were not cut straight! If you're a perfectionist with your eye brows I would not recommend
