Quick service, friendly, and great place for a 10min. masssge!

Not worth it! I went for a spa mani and pedi. The owner kept reminding the girls every 2 mins about the steps they had to follow as if the girls had no idea what they had to do. Half way through, the owner took away the girl doing pedicure for another client and I was left hanging. At the end, while I was paying the owner blatantly asks for a tip for the girls. Sure, I tipped but wouldn’t hurt to provide service worth tipping for.

Went in when it was really slow with my husband. They have a deal for $35 for a mani pedi. NOT WORTH IT AT ALL!! I could have done a better job on the mani if I did it myself. It took the lady 10 minutes to give me a “manicure” & 15 minutes on the pedi. Basically she filed my nails which were already short, soaked my nails and painted them. A 2 year old could have done a better job of painting. My husband’s mani pedi took them 15 minutes. His nails looked like they weren’t even touched. The owner seems very money hungry. As soon as more people started to come in, she started rushing to get as many of them in the chairs but did not care about the people that were already there. She doesn’t seem to understand customer service at all. The staff did not look like they knew what they were doing. They were fumbling around with the tools like they were doing it for the first time. I would avoid this place at all costs. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Nice staff, clean place, nice massaging by the staff's hands, the massage chair also worked fine although can get a bit rough due to the setting, but fairly sloppy application of mani/pedi polish. The mani is the most noticeable, and the polish application ended up bubbling with sloppy "cleanup" around edges. I know regular manis don't last long but the next day it was already cracking and peeling. I chose Essie for polish. Think the polish was also too old to be using. Also this place does the mani at the same time as your pedi and there's pros and cons - it saves time for sure but it makes the mani less comfortable and if you have the massage chair on you're concerned about the technician making a mistake. I also don't like the spray at the end to make your nails dry faster but that's just me - don't like the chemicals. This place is a "no other option" place to be honest.

Update: French Manicure started chipping on second day(I wear gloves for any household work). My nail also got chipped from a side, they did not file it well. Also, I was charged about 110, with bad mani pedi. Never going back. They 3 permanent staff, who does good work, but every time they will have some new staff and I end up getting serviced by a new staff- which clearly is showing inexperience on their part. Shellac done here did not last long ( I don't do much work without gloves). I also noticed their staff used a towel to clean my feet and later the same towel was used to clean the floor, which in my opinion is not very hygienic even though I think they might be cleaning it in hot water later.

I come frequently for shellac mani and pedi, no complaints whatsoever and I would highly recommend. I usually do walk in during off peak hours and have rarely had to wait. They are great at doing standard mani pedis and there are a few technicians who are very skilled at creating nail art. They have designs on display and you can also request custom designs.

I have been a client for a few years. Generally, I would go for a pedicure and massage treatment. I had no issues with either service. The staff are very friendly and respectful. But I had to stop going for the pedicure because of complications. The complications are not the fault of the staff, but because of me having had 2 ingrown toenail operations and post-operation complications, the situation required the care of a chiropodist. I still go for the massage. All I can say is try the place out for yourself, if you like it, keep going, if you don't, stop going.

Shellac I got done here a while ago didnt laat 2 weeks. Peeled off from the bottom Went today to remove it and get fresh freshnail paint, the first girl didnt even know how to take off shellac, the second lady almost filled into my skin and then charged me $5 for the removal which only had 1/4th because the rest had peeled. My last visit here
