I would like to say that this place is very elegant and very inviting. It is the cleanest nail salon I have seen so far. I found out about this place because the old nail salon I use to go to located in Scarborough had a nail technician named Vet leave. So I asked where he was located now and it is here at Kiki Nails & Spa. He always does my nails the way I want and more. Any difficult style and design he can do it. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

The first time I got my nails done I paid 140 for shellac pedi and dip uv nails (1st pic with the tri colour lines) I felt it was over priced but I was overall happy with the look. I went for a refill a few days ago and I am super dissapointed with the service I received. They told me it was 35.00 for the refill, then 5.00 for the length (even though I kept my original length, then they charged 10.00 for the colour change (I asked only for the colour on the tips which he informed me was an extra 15.00 for design.) So my refill basically was 5 dollars cheaper than the cost of my new set the first time I did them?! Within 1 day my refill chipped off the tips and so I went back and the same technician who did the refill said he'd fix it. So he touched up the tips but didn't care that the nailpolish didn't blend at all with the old polish. I didn't complain. just left.. probably won't go back.

Wow! Beautiful new spa in Etobicoke. I love the pampering I received. My manicure and pedicure were probably the best I have had in a long time. The salon is beautifully decorated, it's so clean, the equipment is all new and it is very tasteful.

I'm a very picky person when it comes to personal pampering, and this time I was going with a friend. So I had to make sure we go somewhere that is somewhat decent. Well, as soon as we both walked in, we knew that decent is an understatement for this place. Not only were the staff so nice when we walked in, but everything about the place was clean and professional. You can tell they care about their customers and they even took us even though they were technically closing in half an hour. We ended up staying much later than that without any compromise or any rush to get us out. Overall the price, the work, and the ambience of the place (check out the pics) was all something that makes me want to come back, which I definitely will. ????

It was my first time getting a manicure and pedicure since services reopened (post COVID-19 shutdown) and I this was an amazing experience! Immediately after entering, I had my temperature taken using a touch-less temperature reader, was asked to sign a waiver confirming I did not have COVID-19 or any related symptoms, and I was offered bottled water. I wore a mask throughout the service. The facility is beautiful, the massage chairs are so comfortable, the nail technicians were thorough with my mani/pedi and I was able to relax with the hot towels on my legs. Very happy with my nails and the amazing staff and service. I’ll be back again soon!

I posted last year that they were amazing, before covid closed them down I booked an appointment ,I requested an ombré nail effect, the machine was working , I automatically thought they would discount because of this but was surprised that they didn’t , I’d sat there for a while as they tried to fix it If you go there do not expect to get in at your time of booking, it’s usually 10-15 minutes after so plan accordingly My last visit I booked ahead of time with Elise or Richie, I seen neither, I was passed between 3 technicians, all of them I had to re describe what I wanted I’ve found another salon and I’m happy I did ????????

Today I had the most incredible experience at Kiki Nails & Spa. It’s brand new so everything was so clean and beautiful. The chair are awesome and high quality with massage and super confortable. The lady did a great job on my manicure and pedicure shellac. First the pedicure was so relaxing, she took time to do my pedicure, she was so professional. I recommend this place 100% ! I came with my husband for mani padi spa-waxing-gel manicure for me. This place is a hidden gem. Very new and clean, very nice ambiance and atmosphere. Spacious space and new equipment. Everything looks shiny. The service is excellent and one of the best I ever had in Canada and outside. Friendly staff and excellent work. No rushing, they take their time to perfect your nails very precisley. The sweet young lady with blond short hair is amazing and talented. She did a great job on my nails am so happy with them. She is very precise. The lady who did waxing was also very careful and considerate not to cause pain and did a very good job. Prices are excellent too. I highly recommend this salon to be your official salon!

An appointment was made for both a Pedicure and Manicure. I got there early and signed in for both, one person told me to sit down and wait at the front the other said to sit down on the Pedicure chair, then told me to move to another chair. After the Pedicure she told me to wait, which I thought she was preparing for my manicure 15 mins later I was ushered to pay. I explained to that person my service wasn't complete, she proceeded to yell at the person who did my Pedicure not in English, I was then told to have a seat, a different person starting the manicure, then the same person who did my Pedicure who proceeded to tell me I didn't tell her I was also there for a manicure. I told her I did and my appointment state that. A min later someone else took over from her. I'm explaining this in detail because I want people to understand what I went through and why I gave this company 1 star. That was my 1st and last visit, I felt like I was begging them to provide a service to me. I've never felt so disrespected in a place of business like I did here.

Ritchie gives the best gel manicure I've ever had - and I've had a lot of them! The gels last at least a month! I feel very safe in this beautiful salon. There is plexiglas and hand sanitizer everywhere!

First time at the salon. It was the first time getting nails done since the shut down and I was pleasantly surprised of the protocol and cleanliness of the salon. Immediately upon entering you sign a waiver, sanitize your hands and they check your temperature. After every client is finished they sanitize their entire station for the next person. Overall their salon was very clean and organized. The service was also amazing. They offer you water and always check in to see if you need anything. My nail tech was very kind and he did a little extra nail design, which I appreciated. Very happy with my nails and will return!

I live and work nearby and have always passed it. Decided to check the reviews and set up an appointment. I've been unhappy at other places and was looking for a new nail salon. The space is large, clean and beautifully done. There's a large selection of colours and all the staff are very friendly. I did a leg wax, eyebrow, and mani/pedi. Nancy was wonderful. She made me feel very comfortable and did an amazing job. This will be my go-to now and the prices are great. Highly recommended!

I visited Kiki nails and Spa yesterday for the first time. I was pleased to see how clean and organized they were. And their protocol rules with dealing with social distancing was on point. The staff that were on duty are welcoming. I was surprised when the nail tech who was helping me offered my sister and myself water. Never has that kind of treatment from a nail salon. I was also happy with the nail tech who did my nails. At the end of my appointment i was very satisfied with the outcome of my nails.

I'm actually a 3 year client of Vieth who use to work in Scarborough, since salons re-opened I got my nails done by 2 other people and let's just say it wasn't even remotely the same! To be fair, it’s a really beautiful and clean space with a lot of color options. But I found that my nails weren’t done well and the process was not at all relaxing. I felt that the technician was more interested in up selling services than listening to what I wanted. You may get lucky with another technician as I’ve heard great things about this place, but I would suggest not going here for your first time if you have an event coming up, like I do.

too late ....your manager treated me horribly as a customer...your manager at that store was rude told me not to come back because at my last visit I wanted something corrected when they were trying to take a shortcut and not fix properly..when you first opened your salon you were very good and your staff seemed sincerely nice, patient and customer service oriented..lately when arriving always have to wait quite a long time ...I sent many people there and regret it very much now...a business will survive on how they treat ALL their customers and your staff showed immature, unprofessional behaviour. As your store manager told me go somewhere else...I took her advice

I just moved into the area and a friend suggested Kiki's when I asked about good Nail Salon close by. She suggested Kiki's...but she said they aren't good, they are great! She was right! I would suggest to anyone who looks for quality, professionalism and friendly people. I don't usually post rating on services...but they deserved the 5 Star Rating and the post.
