Came on short notice for a couple's spa package and they were very welcoming and accommodating. All the staff were friendly. The massage was great, though the prices were a little high (but it is in the Delta).

I had a great experience on a day spa service with super friendly staff, great massage + facial + pedi & manicure + sauna, and very reasonable pricing. A bit of hustle to use swimming pool (had to go through the hotel reception after spa) due to COVID-19 precaution which they couldn't do much about it but still let me use the pool anyways:). Thank you!

I booked the exhale signature massage in here for my bestfriends birthday and it was the best experience ! They treated us with care and made sure we have everything we needed, service is beyond expectation, massage was amazing we had Joana and Valerie, place was clean the only downside was that the shower didn't heat up even after 10 mins, even then i'd still give it a 5 star, bestriend and i already planning to come back soon !!

brand new renovation, excellence service, has gentleman and lady change room & roths, beautiful treatment rooms and a lot of drinks. they use Yonka(a famous franch product only supply to spa) to do facial treatment, the newest model pedicure massage chair and good customer service.

I have been to many other places for massages, but this is simply the best. My husband and I have become regulars. RMT Joan is beyond amazing! She knows how to treat my concerns and I always leave completely satisfied. Her service and friendly demeanor makes me feel so comfortable. I feel at home and relaxed while there. Simply love Exhale Spa, Joan and all the staff!

One of the most amazing massages I have ever had! I am quite regular with full body massage and while this was my first time here at Exhale, I can definitely say if you are looking for a good professional massage, then this is the place for you. An ambience of a spa does not count if the actualy service offered is not good. However, this place excelled in both ambience as well as my massage and facial. Thanks to Ellen, thanks to Exhale.

Me and my daughter went there and we absolutely enjoyed and loved it. The staff is so nice, respectful and positive, we felt so welcomed and the massage was AMAZING! I'm going back there for sure. Thank you all ????‍♀️❤????

The massage rooms were the best I've seen anywhere, but had the foot spa and reflexology treatment, which was different to what I'm used to, was it a new therapist? Nevertheless a good treatment. Very friendy staff and nice complementary herbal tea. Treatment allows you to use swimming pool for 2 hours

I do not recommend this place. I was really disappointed since we spent so much money for our special day here. It’s definitely not worth it and I won’t be going back. When I spoke to one of the ladies on the phone prior to booking she told me that the Spa is located near the Billy Bishop Airport and in Etobicoke. When I arrived it was right next to Pearson International Airport. I arrived a bit late due to the traffic in the Brampton area which is totally my fault. However, when we got there only forms we signed were for COVID-19 and nothing related to our services in terms of medical etc. The ladies were rushing us and nothing was really enjoyable. I guess since we arrived late the other clients were coming right after us which rushed our service overall. However, this shouldn’t be the case. The people working there should leave some space to clean the facilities due to COVID-19. But I guess not. The massage therapist was very abrupt. And when I was talking to my signification other during the massage she started to but in or talk and tried to correct what I was saying. The massage was terrible. Me and my significant other were in lots of pain the next day. We did not enjoy the massage and it wasn’t what we expected. The facial on the other hand was a waste. I had no clue what products were being used on my skin especially since I have acne prone skin. I won’t be doing that again because it just aggravated my skin. Overall, don’t waste your time or money for a groupon or even visiting this spa. Everything listed on groupon wasn’t even proper or accurate. The steam/sauna rooms are separated into the female and male washroom. It’s very mini and not what you are thinking. The pools are closed due to COVID-19. Also, there was nothing in the spa in relation to a jacuzzi or bath. There was barely any snacks or tea that looks proper or clean. Overall, don’t waste your time and money look for a better spa somewhere else. Wish I never went here in the first place! Thanks for clarifying your points. I want to mention on the phone you stated your located near Etobicoke and near the Billy Bishop Airport. You never once said Pearson International Airport. I wish I recorded the call to show you what was stated exactly. Moving forward, your telling me now that the full package was not given due to time restrictions. And you never once mentioned that? When it came time to pay none of you showed up to follow up after the appt. You guys just took our money and thought we wouldn't notice that half of the package was incomplete? So you are saying as a business instead of saying to reschedule the appt or cancel you give the clients a partial treatment but charge full cost? How does that make any sense? I am not one to complain however if your paying $300+ for a treatment you shouldn't just scam a client. I hope you are able to do something in order fix this. Thank you

Steam room was not fully clean and mediocre - pool /hottub separate with hotel so you need to pay leave and use hotel shower / change room. That being said it's covid there is a door that connects directly to pool and hottub but because your required to sign in at hotel front desk they make you use the hotel entrance to pool/hottub Parking was free For the price though overall would return

My Husband and I just went for a couples Massage for his Birthday and it was amazing it was the best massage we ever had we left the spa feeling refreshed and relaxed and we are already thinking when we should come back! Highly recommend this place.

Beautifully renovated spa. Warm inviting therapy rooms. Tranquil lounge area. My therapist (I think her name was Joanna?) did a terrific job overall, specifically working out pain and stiffness in my lower back. As an added bonus, there’s a steam room in the nicely appointed change rooms! Overall, a perfect relaxing experience!

If you are looking to relax, this is the place. The facility is clean and organized and operated by friendly and professional staff. One thing I was not aware of was the use of the hotel swimming pool. Apparently I can use the hotel swimming pool and jacuzzi free of additional charge. Too bad I was in a rush. My wife and I stumble across this place during our visit to the hotel’s Starbucks. A quick google search shows the spa had good reviews. As we have some time before our dinner plans we decided to give it a try. It was a great experience and definitely will come back.

Highly recommend if you're looking for a good date or gift idea. These folks are outstanding. Warm and welcoming from the time we walked in. Can't wait to go back!

THE BEST MASSAGE THAT I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!! I have shopped around my area tried to find a good massage place as I have suffered from back pain for years. Finally I found this spa! It is newly renovated; the entire spa is very clean and super relaxing environment. Experienced staff and great hospitality. My massage therapist has magic hands and knows how to work on my pain. I look forward to my next appointment as well as referring others.

They treat me like absolute royalty here. Every time I visit, from the moment I enter the door I am treated like a VIP. Super friendly staff and clean, nice facilities. I love the couples massage room, it’s very romantic. I had an excellent water treatment as well, two ladies worked on me simultaneously; they said they “wanted me to feel like a princess,“ and they definitely succeeded! It’s also nice that there’s a Starbucks in the hotel for a treat before/after the massage. There’s a cute boutique across from the spa also.

It was a good experience. Friendly staff and well trained. We did enjoy our couple massage deal. One thing made us uncomfortable and a bit not relaxed during massage staff speaking together their language and laughing. That was a bit annoying but they were polite. We didn’t feel offended by that though. I'd repeat the massage again.

Went in for a shellac french manicure. Staff were decent. Paid a small fortune for the tips to yellow less than 48 hours later. Very disappointed especially for the money paid.

This spa is amazing!! Very professional and the staff is so friendly and polite. We have been here quite a few times and we book with Joanna.We drive here from two and a half hours away and it is definitely worth it. She is the absolute best massage therapist I have ever been to! When you come out from there you feel like a million bucks! So relaxed and peaceful. Joanna knows her stuff very well, she is very sweet and enthusiastic. We will continue coming here 100%. I have found my new favorite spa! This place is beautiful and newly renovated. You can really tell the care that went into putting this place together. Looks like they will also have a nice outdoor patio for summer. I was referred to this place by a friend who was staying at the hotel. I booked a massage with Joanna. I had a few knots in my upper back that she was able to workout within a single session. The massage was incredible. So good in fact, I booked a follow up session a few days later after my soccer match. I often go for regular massages to another spa but since meeting Joanna, I have found my new go to spa. I highly recommend anyone looking to get pampered try this place. They have a nice steam shower you can use before or after your massage too! They also have an aesthetics room that was nice and spacious.

Penny and Joanna serviced my boyfriend and I for our couples spa package. They were both wonderful, took their time, very friendly and professional! We didn't feel rushed at all. They had appropriate covid protocols in place as well. The spa was immaculate, very clean, warm, and inviting. The owner was also very professional, kind, and friendly as well! We will be coming back here for sure, as well as recommending this spa to friends and family!

Excellent massage we had a couples massage on Monday morning I guess they we were the first clients of the day, showed up early to use the steam room but nobody was there, we were able to use the hot tub of the hotel until they showed up, I wasn’t sure what to expect for the massage but I was very happy with the service definitely going back
