I came here after finding out that there's a waxing salon near my house. I was very pleased with the convenience. When I walked in, everyone was nice and pleasant. The area was very clean. However, I was surprised by a few things when I started. First, there were the usual forms for client information that every client signs, but what I was confused about was the lack of details in the forms. There was no questionnaire about previous treatments, health restrictions/allergies, and other beauty treatment inquiries. Since I know my skin quite well and I wasn't too concerned about my skin, I decided not to bring it up. While I was signing the form, I heard someone with a loud voice complain about something. I wasn't too focused on it so I couldn't hear, but I thought it was a customer. To my surprise it was an employee; they continued to ramble as I was entering my treatment room. I was welcomed by the esthetician to the treatment room (I apologize for forgetting their name, it might have been Jennifer). They were quite friendly. I laid down on the bed and got ready. When they were waxing my underarms, I was surprised at how they applied the wax on my entire underarm area. I've never had a treatment that way; in my experience, the technique used was often to apply more than one application due to the different hair growth directions of the underarms. When they took the wax off, it hurt so much more, and they did not place their hand on the waxed area to minimize pain as well. The same goes with the other arm. She grabbed my arm really tightly as well throughout the process. After the wax, she decided to massage my underarms which was a very pleasant surprise. I appreciated that very much. However, when I went to look at my waxed area, I saw a big area of blood clots on one of my underarms. I've always had a few tiny blood clots on the hair follicle area, but this was a much bigger blood clot that looked like I was punched. I showed it to my boyfriend and he was frightened at the sight. It disappeared after 3-4 days. I still tipped the same amount at the end because it was a service, but I'm not sure if this is where I'll frequent for my waxes. I appreciate the happy demeanor of the staff and how polite they were, but unfortunately, my skin does not seem to enjoy the salon very much.

I don't have pictures. However, I do have to say that I was referred by my sister. Nikki was the girl who looked after my waxing needs. The service was great and quick. It is a nice atmosphere. Clean. I would h8ghly recommend this spa. I myself will be going back.

Jennifer is the best!!!! I told her I hadn't waxed in years, she made the process very comfortable for me despite me being nervous. I felt like we were friends at the end of it, and when she was doing my arms I felt like I could fall asleep because of the ultra relaxing atmosphere. My family and I have been going to European Touch for over 10 years. Dragana, the owner and her staff are very knowledgeable in their specialities as well as helpful. One of my family members dealt with bad acne. Our family doctor sent us to a specialist who suggested medication which had some side effects. We reach out to European Touch to explain our situation, in which we were suggested to try their facials. About a year later the acne has significantly cleared up. We are so happy we spoke to European Touch instead of making the wrong decision. Thank you!

Having a 4.5 rating is awesome, a small percentage of people having bad & unprofessional experience is to be highlighted for common good, especially when I have NOT used their services. Had a 1hr appmnt with Jennifer on Sept 3 @ 1pm. Called from Square One Freedom store @ 12.50pm to inform that my phone was being backed-up and I would be delayed by 20mins as it was taking more time than expected. Reached the spa at 1.23pm and was told by Jennifer that she can provide me a 30min service and would charge me for ONE HOUR. This was unacceptable to me and I requested to see the owner, at which time she committed to reschedule my appointment. My recent credit card statement showing that I was charged $107 for services NOT rendered was SHOCKING and highlighted my story to CIBC dispute team. CIBC has dishonoured the claim and reversed the charges. In case European Spa pursue their claim, I would get my lawyer to serve a notice. My purpose to document this unprofessional behavior is to ensure that no clients, family or friends who care for professional services would use the services of this spa. Owner is equally responsible for this shameful, unprofessional behaviour of charging clients who were NOT SERVICED in the first place.

I must say that everytime I deal with them I feel reluctant due to owner's aggressive and horrible attitude. I can't believe she's so rude and almost chastising as if I owed her my business. No one owes them business. If they're so in dire need of business to stay afloat she should provide better service instead of doing the opposite and pushing people away. Potential clients should feel welcomed and comfortable after all its a SPA!! We're doing them a service by giving them our business! If she was a good business woman she would recognize that. I got chastised on the phone by the owner for not showing up to an alleged appointment the day before I didn't even confirm. I has been asked when I could come and I was told before 2pm. I called out twice out of courtesy to alert her not to expect me. No one answered! They supposedly called me but I had no missing calls. In all honesty it was just a big miscommunication. The girl, jennifer, over the phone was very thorough and sweet. I didn't want to argue with the owner over the phone. As I don't want to seem combative as I'm actually concerned about my image, apparently she isnt. Seriously! Then I said 4:15pm and she's said no Let's make it 10:30am So you don't mess up her schedule without regard of my schedule. Who does that?!! I'm being chastised for a miscommunication? What is this a surgery appointment that I'm being humilated and chastised for not showing to a purposed appt I didn't make. I can't even inquire about services. There has been problem before. Which I feel exhausted to explain. I've actually got waxed by the owner once in my neck and sideburns and it was not done well. I've done a better job on myself. She literally applied hand antibacterial gel on my neck! I got irritation afterwards that lasted for weeks. Still wanted to give them benefit of the doubt. I wanted to try them for a different service and then I get this? omg. I give them one star for the owners bad attitude. Honestly she doesn't deserve my business but I'll make it to my appt and will do an update. She should be ashamed of how she conducts herself. She thinks she's dealing with a "nobody." Very unfortunate for her. Lesson for all, treat everyone with respect. You might be dealing with someone that can effect your business or someone you can benefit with by networking and which can grow your business.

The owner has very poor customer service, in addition to that she is a cash grab hungry. I has gift certificates from Way Spa and when i booked for my wife for a service she asked for the certificates to hold the booking. It turns that she charged the certificates before delivering the service which was a future appointment !! When I asked her why she did that she said that is the policy, however, Way Spa told me no redemption before the service is delivered. The owner also said that she asks for customer credit cards to do the bookings which is a lie because we used the service once before and booked over the phone. Be aware not to give any certificates or credit cards to her in advance .

About a year and a half ago, I suffered from a chronic cystic acne breakout after using birth control pills. It was mortifying having to deal with the issue barely into my 20s after I had gone through my teenage years seamlessly with clear skin. However, after two facial treatments done by Jennifer, I have to say this is the first time I've seen my skin FINALLY start to clear up and show results. The thought that my skin will be near crystal clear by my 21st birthday brings me to tears. I will say that the prices are a bit steeper than other places I've gone to for facials in the past, but after seeing how drastically my skin has improved over the course of a month, I have to say that it is definitely worth your time and money. Jennifer is very patient and attentive to my skin concerns (not to mention very educated in terms of skin care) and always makes my visits worthwhile. Every product she's recommended me thus far has done WONDERS to my skin. I've only purchased a cleanser and moisturizer thus far (which are the only products in my skin regimen at the moment) and they've done more for my skin than months of antibiotics and other skin care "cult classics" or seven step skincare routines have done for me. European Touch Beauty has definitely found themselves a regular and very satisfied customer in me!

I visited for the first time and had a really enjoyable experience. I’ve been to other nail salons before, but since COVID I try and find places that are less focused on rushing customers in and out. Here I noticed how relaxed customers and workers were; no rush to grab just any colour or pressure on the esthetician. This was a super great feeling as I could actually relax and enjoy my manicure. Phoebe did my nails and took the time to make sure each nail was the perfect length and colours were applied with attention to detail. I will be returning to their salon again and I am already recommending them to friends!

Been to this conveniently located spa approximately 3-4 times and most of my experience has been good. I especially like that this location accepts Way Spa gift cards.My most recent experience actually prompted me to post a review. I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled appointment and had to wait almost 20 minutes before I was brought to the room for my service (waxing). Upon arrival, I was asked to pay for my service as it was 3:45. I would’ve preferred to settle my tab after my service. I did hear other patrons paying after their pedicures had completed, so I’m not sure why it was necessary for me to do so. I waited another 5-10 minutes in the room for my service to begin. I had booked a Brazilian wax. I did find the wax to be warmer than usual but was told that it was the same setting as always. I did feel discomfort throughout. I was told that I had dry skin and felt that I received a lot of tending to after the waxing had completed (applying moisturizer, witch hazel and baby powder). Once my esthetician left, I was getting dressed and noticed some bleeding. It was significant and explained the reason for the added attention at the end of my service. When I brought it up to the esthetician, I was told that it was common. It isn’t common for me, and that’s why I trust spas of a certain caliber. I was the last customer of the day. That being said, I am not sure if I would return to this spa. If I did, I would recommend having Nicky perform your services, especially bikini waxing and booking earlier in the day if your schedule permits. I hope that this review helps to improve service and assists others who are planning to visit this spa.

I recently had my first OxyGeneo facial here and I am absolutely blown away at how my skin looks. Immediately after the treatment I could already see amazing results and the texture of my skin felt incredible. I have sensitive skin and have spent years trying different things. Prior to starting the treatment, we discussed my current skincare regimen and concluded I have been focusing on the incorrect skin type therefore using the wrong products. Since being on a new regimen my skin is glowing, finally clear from breakouts and my rosacea is under control. The atmosphere and staff are wonderful and I look forward to other treatments here. I highly recommend European Touch!!

Worst place ever, these people can scam you and confuse you into getting something you never asked for. I would NEVER come here again. I wasted $500 in total on a $200 facial and another $298 worth of 3 products. Be careful because this place is tricky, they say they have all products from Europe but the products I bought were from Canada and America. Worst spa I have ever been to.

Marina is simply magic! after trying various different places and never getting quite the right massage Marina really is a breath of fresh air. she listens and uses the perfect amount of pressure. if you want someone that can also get really deep to work out all your knots and Kinks honestly look no further. true professional and asset to your beauty center

I am disappointed by their weird behaviour. I went for a oxygen facial however the lady convinced me to do a hydro facial and charged me 100$ for something that is $90 on their list. Even then I booked a massage for next day and to my surprise I was asked to pay in advance. I was shocked but of course I paid in advance. Something that was never asked anywhere else in the world. I would suggest them some more professionalism otherwise they will lose more customers like me.

I've been here twice for an eyebrow waxing. Both times the actual brow waxing went well; however, the staff is very pushy and kept pointing out that my skin was dry. I tried to explain to them that I was aware, I was taking care of my skin but both times they kept badgering me about it. After each appointment I left upset, feeling absolutely awful about myself. As much as I like their waxing services I won't be returning here simply because I don't want to be harassed about having less than perfect skin.

I went there about a week ago and I had a service with a new girl that works there, I think her name is Sylvie. She was fantastic! I have been there before but didnt like my service but i thought I would give it another try, since I live close by. The only reason why i give it 4 to 5 stars is becasue of her. I found the other staff abit rude when I was cashing out the way the other lady spoke to Sylvie was abit aburt and rude. I knew she was new becasue she said she was as we were talking. I would go back again but it seems like they are still abit rude and I find their prices change all the time!!

However, both myself and a colleague who is also dark complexioned have received successful treatment here, without skin damage or darkening. This is an old- school salon/spa - not a criticism! I moved to Mississauga about 6 years ago and looked for a nice nail salon. After so many horrible experiences, I ran into European Touch on hurontario , wow! was I relieved or what???? The reception and the customer service was on point. And being a person of color, I was not judged upon entering the salon, nor was I talked about while being worked on .....if you know what I mean. Ms. Jennifer helped my feet get better. I had this horrible cracked skin behind my feet and she didn't judge me, but she introduced me to some cream I now call magic feet cream. Within two months of visiting Ms. Jennifer at European Touch, my cracked skin disappeared up to 90%. Looking forward to loosing the remaining 10% of those monsters that taunted me for years. Very nice and fun to visit always. Lovely people altogether! Go see Ms. Jennifer, awesome lady with good stories! Stay cute everyone!

Only first-rate products are used and Dragana is always on the lookout for new quality skin-care items. European Beauty Touch Centre is a gem of spa specializing in skin care therapy. It is really a well kept secret that owner and operator Dragana is one of the best skin care therapists in the GTA by far. I've been going to the spa for over 15 years. I have really sensitive skin, her techniques and products helped my skin get back to 'normal' and in time for my wedding. We made a plan, stuck to it and voila perfect skin for my wedding day. She also did my make-up which turned out amazing. I cannot thank Dragana enough for how she helped me. Brides looking to get there skin ready for their big day, run don't walk to European Touch and ask for Dragana. I do recommend not waiting to the last minute, try to start your skin care rejuvenation plan at least 6-12 months prior to the big day.

DO NOT give this woman your business! She created one of the rudest experiences I’ve even had in my life. I booked a pedi with a gift card as a new mom during covid. The day of, I had a terrible sinus migraine and called in shortly before my appointment to let them know I probably shouldn’t come in as I did not want to take a chance and expose anyone to anything. Usually I would take a pill and carry on but we are constantly asked to - protect others and stay safe! The owner herself said “No problem, call us back when you feel better.” End of conversation. Over a month later I called again to book, provided my gift card number and booked a pedi for the next day. I show up at the appointment, I sanitize, fill out paperwork, get my feet in the tub of water, had an extra 15 min delay and as soon as my technician comes to greet me I’m told my gift card with over $65 has been VOID because I didn’t call in 24 hours before to cancel my first appointment! Are you kidding me?? She waited until I arranged childcare, came in, filled out paperwork and soaked my feet to inform me of her policy? Would you have wanted me to put your staff and customers at risk? Why didn’t the owner mention it on the three occasions I spoke to her on the phone?? To say I was insulted is an understatement. Shame on her and her lack of professionalism, let alone pathetic customer service. She even went so far as to say I was using covid as an excuse. Yeah right, to miss my one and only pedicure in over a year. I’ve worked in the service industry my entire life and this is the worst I’ve ever been treated by someone who is attempting to run a business. Don’t waste your money or your time, I hope I can spare someone a bad experience. I will go back to Allure Nails in Mississauga instead, those women know how to run a business flawlessly!

Had my Oxygen Neo facial done by K last week. They took my appointment last minute and recommended this facial because my face was dehydrated after coming back from vacation. Felt the difference right away :) K was super friendly and answered all my questions about everything even things not to do with the facial just skin care in general. I will definitely be back :) the place is also super clean. One thing I would maybe recommend is some relaxing spa music to make the experience perfect. But maybe they do have it it may have just been turned off or broken who knows! Still an amazing experience though.
