I love this salon it's a second home for me. The owner Lisa is a wonderful person with myself ,my kids, everyone. I am going there for 9 years. The staff are very professional and friendly. My hairdresser Lilia is amazing????????????????????.

We just moved back to the area and had an extremely disappointing visit. Upon arrival, the 3 reception staff started at me blankly with no greeting. We were a few minutes early for my son’s 12noon appt and waited for 25 minutes before we said we were going to leave (we were told just after 12noon she was just finishing up with a client). There was no apology on the way out and another instance of barely acknowledging our existence. My husband and I used to get our hair cut here but sad to say we will not be returning to support this local hair salon.

I was so upset with this haircut that I actually cried. The pictures attached are from about half an hour after I got my hair done, it cost $79 (not including tip) for a cut and blowout and my hair looks like it normally does without any styling at all. The longest layer is too short and the other layers are not as short and dramatic as I wanted them to be, they are so close in length that my hair looks like it was cut almost the same length. There was no mousse added at all so my hair is much flatter than when I usually do my own hair and nothing for hold other than hairspray so the blowout does not last. Very overpriced for what it is, a haircut at a mall done by a student is much better. I could not even ask for a touch up because my hairdresser rushed off to another client. My family was stunned that I was able to come back so early- the job was definitely rushed in terms of the blowout. I’m very upset, would not recommend coming here unless you want a trim, but even then it will be very expensive

I’m surprised this place has such high reviews. Both times I went were pathetic. I went to get my roots done because I had red hair - the colourist turned my hair pink. Then when her boss told her she had to fix it she said “I have to go home I’ve been here a full day already”. Just disgusting. My hair was fried and my beautiful red hair was gone - the boss had to dye it brown to cover up the mess her colourist made. I was in tears. What a joke of a place.

Decent cut and colour - watch out for the $55 add on cost for toner though - most places include it in the cost or you can buy a whole bottle of it at a beauty supply store (or even amazon) for under $25.

I really like Efx - today was my second haircut with Mario and I loved both cuts and styling. I didnt have any particular style in mind, so I told him to do what he though because he is the professional and WOW - what a great job. The support staff were wonderful too so I will definitely keep going there. I might just treat myself to a pedicure next week before it gets any colder out.
