I was booked with Gloria. I arrived for my appointment and she was not ready and asked me to wait. Then when she was finally ready 30 min later she asked me if it was my first time and then asked me to give a Google review. BEFORE I received any service. She then asked me again repeatedly during the service and after to give her a Google review. Extremely annoying. Getting waxed is uncomfortable enough, she didn't clean everything and I had to ask for her to clean the back. I did not feel that she was professional. The waxing does hurt less than usual but the customer service was annoying. Asking someone to give you a Google review is not a problem my issue was the amount of times I was asked before, during and after with a follow up text. So here is your review! Please learn from this experience. We come for a service, provide the service then kindly ask at the end. Look at the owner's response to my comment.. calling me childish nothing I said was childish I acknowledge that the service I received was not painful and I explained why I felt it was unprofessional. And attacking someone because they did not like the service they receive doesn't make the service any better. If other people received good experiences that's great I am someone who did not receive that same great experience and I am expressing it as I was asked to express my sentiments on Google review.

A very satisfying experience to say the least. I have been to many and this has been by far the most comfortable and wonderful experience of them all. I could never imagine that the term ‘painless’ ever exists when it comes to manscaping before meeting Gloria.Yes not completely painless ( because that’s vague and unrealistic) but certainly lot less pain then any of the other places I have been too. Gloria applied some unique procedures which made the whole thing painless and comfortable. And added to that the special care taken on the skin before and after the procedure to leave it absolutely buttery smooth and glowing. I never knew that a man’s skin can be treated to gently and smoothly. The facial service I took consisted of costly products ( she used some special ones for my extra sensitive pimple prone oily skin) . The experience was heavenly! I am eagerly looking forward to go back to her after this wonderful first time experience.

Thank Eco Beauty Med Spa a lot, I don’t really remember the name of the woman who did brazillian and armpit waxing for me, but I believe she’s the owner, she’s amazing. About the performance, only one word to say “THE BEST”. I did waxing at a lot of spas, her service is unique with painless waxing. There was no pain, I didn’t even feel at all. Yayyyy, it can prevent the hurts for skin so darkspot or skin problem can be reduced amap????????????????Highly recommend for anyone with sensitive skin and worried about waxing, no pain. It’s no doubt because she’s skillful and professional. She’s careful about hygiene (I’m happy as it prevents ingrown hair later). She shared with me the benefits of painless waxing also, I can’t wait to see how long the hair will grow again and if it will be less and weaker. About the service, for me, this spa is the best, clean, so clean and it can be the cleanest spa for waxing I’ve ever experienced. For every customers, she uses disposable sticks and disposable aluminum container. Lol this makes me feel so so safe and of course I can make sure I don’t use the same thing with other people, especially during Covid. About the price, good service = reasonable price, so I don’t ask cheap price for a really good service. But actually, I believe it’s not expensive at all by comparing what you have and how much you pay. I used to do waxing with a really cheap price in Toronto, yet I had ingrown hair for a while. Since then, I had done waxing my own at home (really challenging and painful for me). But, luckily, from now, I don’t need when knowing Eco Beauty. So, I believe she gives the right price already. P/s: I don’t know why people still don’t know about painless waxing, but this is a must-try. Of course, I will go back to this spa. I did the waxing today and will update later when my hair grows.

However, due to issues with laser-removal equipment renting, I only received 1/6 sessions and am awaiting my requested refund for 3 weeks already. Do not purchase a laser treatment, as she will most likely not provide you with the service.

Gloria's technique involves minimum pain. I'm on day 2 after completing one session with her and I see no signs of irritation or inflammation. The only downside to my experience was that the clinic had my time slot double booked and so Gloria had to rush a little. Looking forward to future sessions.

I came across Eco Beauty after what seemed to be endless NOs or SORRYs and stumbled upon Gloria who was gracious to accommodate me AND even at my leisure!! Once an appointment was set so was i for my long awaited facial and even asked for a last minute wax of my brows, no problem!! The procedures were done fairly efficiently and the best part, my entire face felt smooth and not red at all. I said after I'll be back again. I had a bit of a rocky start with Gloria. Because of the whole lockdown fiasco I think most beauty businesses have had a lot of clients backlogged. None the less I had to rescheduled once due to a mishap on their end and received my service. Gloria was knowledgeable and took time to remove the hair from a sensitive area. I wouldn’t say it was pain free and you have to go in with some reasonable expectation if you stopped waxing for a while (like me). I would advise just taking some pain killers before hand if you want some relief. I didn’t have any itchiness or sensitivity issues afterwards, which I did have with another big franchise type salon. Likely this is due to the technique that Gloria developed and I’m eager to return for my next appointment to see her. Thanks again!

What an amazing experience at Gloria’s Eco Med Spa front the moment she greeted me to her business and throughout the entire process Gloria was so friendly and put me at ease as I went to have a waxing done. First let me say her business place was extremely clean compared to other places I’ve been. No double dipping was done and the whole process was so much better than other places I’ve been. I actually stopped waxing because of the pain but Gloria’s technique was so smooth and painless. I will definitely be back :)

Waxing can be a terrifying thing for a guy especially for the first time. Was pretty scared to try but with Gloria the results and the experience was nothing less than awesome. This was my first time doing a Brazilian wax and I was nervous because I've heard stories of the service being painful. Gloria's technique was so gentle and thorough, she really takes her time because she truly cares about the job she's doing and most importantly, the people who come to see her. Her spa is exquisitely clean and sanitary, as she is very cautious and considerate. The sanitation methods were extremely thorough. There was minimal pain and the results were amazing. Same results as laser but better! Gloria's technique is perfect for women like me, who are not candidates for laser because our hair is not thick and dark enough, but still want to eventually, permanently remove the hair. Gloria has studied and nurtured this new, innovative technique for years and it shows! On top of the exceptional service, she is such a beautiful, warm hearted person who I have had the privilege of connecting with on a soul level.
