First time going to this place. I had an appointment, but still had to wait. My pedicure was very rushed and poorly done. There was nail polish on my skin. Each nail was shaped and cut differently. And she even missed parts of my nails when painting them. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for a professional job.

I got a pedicure here and I was so disappointed. I still have really rough heels, they rushed everything and after a half hour my polish still wasnt dry and messed up. Now my one toe also has a little infection.

I love it when I get my toe nails done there but I just recently got fake nails done for semi and they didn’t even last a week. Everyone I know had good compliments but with someone else doing their nails but I had the older man and he just rushed not impressed

The woman was unwelcoming. Did not listen to customer's simple request to let soak first for a few minutes. Filing skills were very questionable: it felt like the file was angled wrongly and slicing the tender skin just underneath the nail. She was very aggresive in her movements. Worst pedicure experience so far. Wouldn't go back even if you paid me to.

Run by some very lovely people. The young girl and older woman are very friendly and do a great job (I've only had them so I can't speak on anyone else). Shellac lasts week with little to no chipping. It's very affordable and they have so many colours!

Every time I go in. The price seems to change. I also never get what I am asking for. And they rush through it. I never seem them sanitize before and after each costumer and I my nails are always un even. Sometimes they fall off after just one week. Also I always have marks an chips because they don't let you sit there to dry as they want to get started on the next customer cause that means more money. Not going back anymore. Disappointed in it lately. Also . your website hours are wrong. so I walked there for nothing. Nice ppl but not worth my money

AVOID THIS PLACE. If I could give it zero I would. Today I tried to give a place in St. Thomas a chance instead of going into London. First of all I had the older man and asked for UV gel multiple times and he still did bio gel, he left my nails sooooo thick they look like bubbles. I told him I still wanted them longish and square so he proceeded to file off most of my nail and do so leaving them uneven. When I told him that’s not what I wanted he said it was better. When they switched off to get the girl to paint my nails I told her I wasn’t pleased and she fixed the unevenness of the nail but nothing else. At this point I was done and just let her finish payed and left. Rescheduling a new appointment elsewhere right away to get fixed.

They were really rough and the shape of my nails are not good at all. Messed up multiple times. I asked for matte nails and they did the opposite instead, just assuming that’s what I wanted. First time getting my nails done and it was not a good experience at all.

They're awful. The acrylic nails are way to thick! When you ask them to fix any nails they are rude as well. Also very aggressive filling, it hurt a lot. I won't be returning to phantatic nails in st.thomas.

Went there twice recently. The first time was okay, nails were great. But this time the job was quick and painful. He got my skin three times, three different fingers bleeding. And the air brush job was quick and messy, and the polish has so many bubbles. It was nice they got me in so close to closing but don't do that. They do a quick half ass job and now my nails don't look amazing for my first ever trip.

I got a 15 minute pedicure!! Pedicure should include trimming of cuticles on your toenails, filing, leg massage. All I got was a messy nail polish job allover my toes!

Had an older man do my nails. A couple things were wrong with my experience. first i asked him not to cut one of my nails because it takes forever to grow. The nail was already pretty short. He chuckled a bit, shook his head and cut it. He glued all the plastic nails to my fingers and put so much acrylic that it was a bubble. When he filed my nails, he ripped open the skin twice. I asked him to fix crooked nails and he didnt. When i asked someone to fix my nail they only filed more. Too many things wrong with my experience as u can probably tell from the amount of words. Dont go there.

Got a manicure done on Thursday evening and by Sunday 6 out of 10 had completely come off. This is suppose to last weeks. It’s was done sloppy and had polish all over. Very disappointed and will not return.
