I have been coming here for years. I made the mistake once of going to a non soft sugaring establishment and my skin took months to recover. The service here has always been top notch and they work really hard to make the space comfortable and welcoming. The prices are very reasonable and they carry some really nice, natural products. Do your skin a favour and try sugaring if you haven't.

Been here quite a few times, the hair practically dissapeared in some areas after my first treatment, plus the prices are reasonable and lovely service. Obviously not the most typically "fun" thing to do, but it definitely works great for me!

This spa is lovely, definitely one of the best I've been to. My first impression was of a clean, spacious, and modern space. My sugarist was so sweet and I felt very comfortable with her (I think her name is Alysha). This sugaring experience was the first time I was offered a hot towel at the end of the service. This was a really nice touch and was very soothing to my skin. I was given a welcome package when I checked out that included samples of aftercare. I didn't get a chance to look at the product, but some of it looked local and natural based. I was lucky there was a cancellation and was able to book on short notice. This place is great, definitely recommend. I live out of town but would love to come back while visiting my partner.

I have gone here a few times now, and the girls I have seen here have gone really above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and be attentive to my needs during the bikini waxes I've done. It's been the place that has given me the best experiences so far and I do feel very loyal to them as a result. The atmosphere is very caring and the energy is always positive. Last time I had Brazilian done by Lysha and that was done great! High quality job, she was super nice and friendly and then I had another appointment.. unfortunately couldn't schedule it with Lysha again and went to Rachel. She is a nice girl but I guess not very experienced, she left quite a lot of hair so I had to call her back in the room and ask to fix it but even then not everything was removed! I believe when a client comes and asks for Brazilian bikini it should be clear no hair must be left. Other than that good service.

I will never go back to waxing after being treated by these gals to sugaring. Not only are the staff professional and precise, they are also incredibly warm and friendly and really aim to ensure their clients are comfortable. There are so many thoughtful touches from the natural creams used after the treatment to fun and organic goodies you can purchase at the front desk. Always a pleasure coming in!

This happened quite a while ago. I've never had sugaring done before so I decided I'd try it on my legs. I looked online at the staff and chose who I wanted to book with and made an appointment. When I got there for the appointment a different lady told me she would be doing my service because the other lady was pregnant at the time and didn't want to do a longer treatment. She asked me if that was ok. I said yes because I didn't want to be rude but I read the description of them prior for a reason, I wanted to choose the person I had the appointment with. I thought it was extremely unprofessional to change who I was seeing and then letting me know when I showed up, not before hand... I haven't been back since because of this. Unfortunate.

I had such a great experience today! After getting waxed for the last couple of months and my hairs were all broken she got most of them out and was sooo nice, fast and comfortable! The dog love really helped the appointment too! I will 100% continue going here. And I love the new look of the space!

I had my very first bikini waxing experience at this establishment. The girls were very kind, and considerate but that was about the only good thing I'd say about this place. I didn't like that the receptionist had me pay for my treatment prior to even receiving it including a tip for my technician. Throughout my treatment, the technician was very kind, but the sugaring did not seem right. Once she stated she was finished, there was so much hair remaining, and when I asked if this was normal, she said yes! The next day I woke up to bruising and long patches of hair that was not removed. After a couple of weeks I began having dozens of ingrown hairs, and sores. Overall this experience was quite awful. The amount of money that was spent was outrageous for the treatment that I received. I wouldn't recommend sugaring to anyone. It was painful, expensive, and I'm left with the patchiest bikini wax I've ever seen. Also extremely unprofessional to have your client tip prior to the service being completed.
