All the staff are warm and friendly, the products are great, the space is beautiful and inviting. I've loved working with Malcolm and Jeannie. Both are talented practitioners in their fields and I highly recommend them. I haven't worked with other practitioners at URetreat at this time, so I can't comment on others.

Amazing experience. Just experienced the 90 min facial and my skin feels radiant! I was gifted this experience over Christmas and it was excellent. I want to book my sister and mom here so they too can experience the luxury. Thank you Melanie and Malcom for making me feel so welcome. They also have great natural Eminence product here. Definitely worth your while to check them out!

I participated in a virtual facial with Melanie. She put together the products in advance and walked us through how to use them and give yourself a facial. It was a really innovative way to build community. I highly recommend booking your own virtual facial with friends.

U Retreat is a charming spa & esthetics business minutes from downtown nestled in Haultain Village (Fernwood). I love Eminence products & have been seeing Melanie for waxing, tinting, facials, etc. for over 10 years. They offer acupuncture, body work, and naturopathic medicine practitioners too. Extremely friendly and caring staff, very clean and peaceful environment, and amazing services. Locally owned, and wonderful owners.

Comfortable space and friendly practitioners. The treatment room was spacious with ample area for my belongings. In a plush robe, I enjoyed an aromatic foot soak , followed by a relaxing massage. No rush. No sales pressure. I'll return to U Retreat.

I was invited to participate in a Virtual Facial with Melanie. WOW, what an experience! I hadn't realized how much I needed to take some time to reconnect with myself, until Melanie started walking us through the facial. It was so special to share the experience with some amazing women as well. Plus, the Eminence skin care products were fantastic. They smelt great and felt wonderful on my skin. It's been a long time since I've had this nice glow. Thank you Melanie!

Participated in a "Virtual Facial" (guided, self-performed) by Melanie. I was surprised by how easy and enjoyable it was, and how good my skin felt afterward. An excellent way to connect with friends and do something for yourself in the process. And the products (samples that U Retreat provided) were lovely - and didn't bother my scent allergies.

I was part of a "Ladies night in" group Zoom facial, it was so much fun! It was very relaxing and enjoyable, I really loved the smell of the products and my skin looked and felt amazing after!
