I have only taken my dog twice and each time I am amazed at what a great job they do and my little girl does not come home stressed. If I could give more stars I would as they 5 plus to me ,and the price is reasonable.

They are amazing. Our Hollie has been going here for her grooming for 14 years. Hollie is very nervous with most people. Top Dog takes that into account and are very gentle and kind with her. Highly recommend.

I was a walk-in for a nail trim( for my dog ????????) I handed my little Sassy over to a lovely woman named Trish, and Sassy was very calm, no apprehension! There prices are very reasonable. ????????????????????

I'm so impressed with Top Dog, it was my first time taking my 6 month old puppy here. This will be the only place I ever go to now. It's so much more than just getting your dog groomed, it was the time they took to make sure he was comfortable, the relationship they created whilst working on him. Thank you. Alfie is very happy with his cut and has been zooming around the backyard since we got home :)

I have been taking my dogs to Top Dog since 2012 and I can’t say enough about how wonderful Trish, Nandi and Darren are. They are the only people I trust to care for my babies. My girls love going to see their friends and enjoy going on pack walks. The safe and fun environment is exactly why they are the best and only choice in my opinion. Any time a friend tells me they are getting a new dog, the first thing I tell them is to take them to Top Dog for their daycare and grooming. Needless to say, I highly recommend Top Dog Daycare and Spa ????

I called to ask if need to book an appointment or just walk in, and true enough they accommodated me immediately. Price is great. My dog was very happy , her hair was silky and shiny. I'd love to come back. They don't ask personal questions. Top Dog has very friendly staffs. Better than the previous dog grooming I've been for a year.

Took the dog in for a walk in nail trim. Staff was so friendly and gentle with my old timer. They were sensitive to his rescue triggers and were quick with the clip. It appeared clean and the dogs in care were happy and taken on walks. So impressed.

I never had an issue with Top Dog, until I made a complaint - don't dare complain or you will be treated very badly and put under fire. This extremely poor customer service has compounded the service standard issue which could have been very easily resolved by addressing my concerns rather than arguing with me and personally attacking me for making a complaint. To be personally attacked and argued with just for providing feedback on a negative experience (that I paid for) is quite upsetting. This situation could have been easily rectified with good customer service taking my complaints seriously and being understanding and considerate of my concerns. Instead I've been argued with and made to feel as though my complaints are not legitimate. Used to love this place but if they treat people this badly then I can no longer trust them with my dogs.

Terrible experience. The front is loud and chaotic - which had my dog on edge immediately. While discussing the cut with the groomer, another person at the front started discussing the risks of blood pooling in his ears because they had to cut mattes out of his ears.. I was confused and when I called back to ask for clarification, the guy who answered said he'd have someone else call me back.. who never did. When we picked our dog up, he was essentially shaved, except for his tail which looked like it hadn't been touched. I called to say I was disappointed with the cut and that no one had returned my earlier call, for which I was told she left me a message (that i did not have after checking a number of times). And to top it off, it cost $125 ... 40$ more than we were initially quoted. Won't be back.

I just became a new client of top dogs. The staff is super nice. My dogs hair cut came out looking great and they were really well priced, for how great of grooming job they did on the dog. Also when i went to pick my dog up after his hair cut. my dogs seemed to be really relaxed and not affraid. Enjoy the envoriment of the place.

Very good service. Except the last time I was there I dog was covered in dandfruff all over her body. You would have think that the groomer would have gotten rid of it before she have me back my dog.. other than that the place was good too me. And there's a weed store a few doors down so your good to go.

My dog has pretty bad separation anxiety. After two visits he was letting the staff pick him up! He also can be a bit dominant with big dogs and they're able to keep him with smaller dogs to stop and shenanigans on his part.

Brought dog here for a complete summer clip down ....paid $65. When they brought dog from the back grooming area they had not cut dog's hair at all. Marginally cut the nails. Very disappointing ...we do not recommend ....will not return.

Making my appointment for my defiantly elderly sometimes difficult Sprocket, a tibetan terrier. She had been ill and needed care and a bit more time then average. They listened and came up with a plan for her to have a successful groom. I called half way through and they gave me her update no problem. They did a great job, I know she wasn't a princess but they treated her fairly anyway. She's in kidney failure now but they gave her a gentile and kind last groom. Thanks ya'll from Sprocket hailing from sunny Florida.

My dog was in love with the doggie smells, of course. He accepted the woman's receiving him from my arms for a nail clipping as if she was a mere extension of myself! Loved the nail clips. Winston's eyes looked longingly and fully attentive to the doggie play room. He'll be going back when it is open, for sure!

I get compliments on Dudleys grooming all the time! The staff at top dog even saved his life when he was a puppy. He had hemorrhagic gastrointestinal issue where he started vomiting blood. If it wasn't for their attention and quick reaction he wouldn't be with me today. I can't say enough good things about the quality of care he receives at topdog. I wouldn't go any where else in Victoria!
