My facial was great. Very relaxing and had a hand and foot massage included. The staff were all very friendly and the spa environment was very welcoming. The facilities were also clean and modern.

Staff very helpful. I ran late and forgot change for the meter. The hostess at the front desk put money in the meter for me and kept an eye on the time. She also added money as the time ran out. It was added to my bill at the end of the day. ???? Lovely ambiance, quiet and serene. Great skin products.

I have been a client of Spa Magnolia for two years now. I have been happy with all my visits. No complaints! The staff is friendly and welcoming. Most importantly, they are very professional. The location is convenient. The atmosphere is great all through the spa, very relaxing!

Had the Embrace package which was pretty good. My only gripes are the esthetician never asked if I had any concerns regarding the facial and my type of skin or if I had any particular areas that bothered me for my massage. Also all of the lotions/oils used were extremely cold! So that kind of ruined a lot of the relaxing moments for me. Not so sure if I would return unfortunately.

We flew down from Whitehorse directly to Victoria for a weekend. Due to Covid, Spa Magnolia would not provide any services to my wife. They insist they told me on the phone at the time of making the reservation that if we were from out of the province, she could not receive spa services. Had they ACTUALLY done this, I would have had time to book a spa treatment at another location but now everything is booked solid up to our departure date. Although the hotel staff has been great, this has definitely been a frustrating experience with the spa. The most frustrating part of it all is how any reasoning falls on deaf ears. I shared the Government of Yukon's Covid-19 stats with the spa manager to demonstrate there has only been 15 confirmed cases in the Yukon and each one of those 15 cases have been resolved. In other words, there are currently no live cases in the territory and we are more likely to contract Covid by coming to Victoria than we are to be "bringing it in".

My mom and I had incredible facials and back treatments today at Spa Magnolia. Juliana was my spa therapist while my mom had Arlene - they were both absolutely wonderful and we couldn't recommend them more! I have acne prone skin; right after the treatment my face felt decongested, clean, moisturized, and calm. The back treatment (especially the exfoliation) was heavenly. My mom and I feel so rejuvenated. Can't wait to come back to Spa Magnolia on our next trip to Victoria.

Both my wife and I had a relaxation massage and it was probably the best we had ever had. The massage therapists were extremely professional and kind. They created a safe and peaceful environment for us to relax. Their techniques were absolutely incredible and it made a real difference on how we feel. A huge thank you to them! I just got the Magnolia Signature treatment and it was fabulous. Started with a 30 minute massage that was amazing. I was expecting the massage to be more of a "rub lotion on you" but not really get in there, but Arlene managed to get a fabulous massage done in very little time. Seriously great all over massage. After the massage came the facial. First some sort of cleansing cream (I am assuming) being massaged in, then a nice hot towel to remove it. Next came a face mask. While the face mask was setting she put something on my eyes and continued the massage on my arms. Another nice hot towel took the face mask off. Finally some sort of toner and then face lotion, again with more massaging on my face. The scrub was a real scrub. If you are very sensitive you may find it a bit rough, but I really enjoyed it. The treatment finished in the hydrotub. Basically your own private jetted tub. It cycled through the jets first focusing on your feet, then legs, thighs/but, back, then arms. All over a really lovely experience and worth every penny.

I highly recommend this spa to anyone. It's quiet, clean and elegant with a relaxing atmosphere. I had the Spa Magnolia Signature treatment which was wonderful. It began with a lovely body scrub and then about 30 minutes in a hydrotherapy tub followed by massage and facial . Bliss! My esthetitian was Alex , who was fantastic.

I love Spa Magnolia, just not for manicures. They do not use gel polish so for $75 (plus $14 for a bottle of nail polish) I was really disappointed when my polish started chipping 5 hours later. I took my friend as a birthday gift and she was also not happy with her manicure. The woman working on her nails hurt her several times while pushing back her cuticles and didn't do a good job applying the polish. I will 100% go back for massages, facials and pedicures... but this was a let down.

I love this spa for all manner of services. From the lovely greeting at the door, through your services, and until you finish your treatments, the staff is kind, courteous and extremely good at what they do. I highly reccomend Alex who is wonderful to work with. Five star service and elegance.

I had the body scrub with massage and it was the first soaker tub I've ever done that stayed the same temperature the whole time I was in it and changed where the jets went from time to time. Wonderful experience!

I no longer go to any other spa. First all, this place is spotlessly clean and that is a must-have for me. The staff are lovely, professional and caring. The spa is well appointed and pampering. And the masseuses are wonderful! You might be able to find a cheaper experience in Victoria but you will not find a better one.

No online booking so that’s not the best. I heard good things about this spa but left thinking I will not go back. The woman who did my pedicure sounded like she hated her job and would have liked to be anywhere else. Also found it necessary to comment that my toe nails were cut way to short as she put it. I probably would have been fine with hearing this if she had delivered it more of an informative tone. She really just made it sound like I inconvenienced her. The pedicure was done well but pricey.

The BEST facial I have ever had. FULL experience, the staff are wonderful. I booked into an hour facial, the entire hour was fulfilled with an arm massage, foot massage you name it while my facial masks were setting. Would highly recommend and return.
