Nice place, clean, very cool lobby. Really nice pool. JMO but i found the inability to cool the rooms with temperature controls, uncomfortable. I had to open all the windows and doors, when then made the room loud due to outside noise. Great place overall, just a minor inconvenience for me.

The location is great, parking was included to the hotel price, BINGO! We are able to walk to moat of the places. They have no complimentary breakfast but there is coffee shoo right at the hotel. They also offer free bike rents which was amazing considering that hotel is right near the Beacon Hill Park which is beautiful! We were also able to enjoy the swimming pool and hot tub . Overall experience was great and I recommend this place. We have booked it via BC ferries and got a good deal for a total price of hotel and ferry

Great location just far enough from the cities bustling street but close enough for a casual walk to grab some sweet eats.

Great rooms and amazing staff. The one bed luxury suite was a really good size, super clean and comfortable. The room had a huge bath and plenty of space to for us both to work on laptops - perfect for an extended stay. We had traveled to Victoria last minute for a pet medical emergency. The front desk staff were all very helpful and supportive during this difficult time. We had to extend our stay a couple of times and change room types to accommodate our dog on the last night, and it was all handled smoothly. Clear COVID plans are in place for everyone's safety, very reassuring.We will definitely be back to enjoy the hotel on holiday when the pandemic is over.
