I absolutely loved my experience at Sapphire this week. I finally had my first Shirodhara treatment with foot and face massage and it was magical. I left floating on a cloud and my Ayurvedic specialist, Shannon was amazing. She was very gentle, conscientious and attentive to my needs. Friendly staff and excellent services. Our only complaint is that they play bhajans during massages and we have had to request that they mute the music when we go as these are devotional songs and it has made my partner and I feel uncomfortable.

Just had a wonderful session with Bethany who is a skilled make up artist and very knowledgeable with Jane Iredale products. She patiently answered my questions and showed me an efficient and effective way to apply the makeup to cover up imperfections and look polished but natural. Some of the items I could use for 2 purposes which I love! This was my first time in Sapphire Day Spa and I can't wait to return to use their other services. I've been told their pedicures are amazing! To top it off, the staff I met all seemed very friendly and helpful. And, they have a huge selection of the Eminence product line, which is worth trying if you haven't yet.

Eric in particular is an amazing RMT and knows just how far to push to still get great results without leaving you really sore after. :) Not enough people about this gem of a spa!!

Visited while on a trip in Fall 2016. Had the best RMT massage in my life here. Very knowledgeable and sensitive therapist. Also tried the Abhyanga (sp?) Ayurvedic head massage and wasn't sure what to expect, but became a convert to Ayurvedic therapy after that awesome experience. Will definitely visit again when I'm in town.

Way too much oil in my hair for a Head Massage. I was assured there would only be a little amount, instead I had to use their showers directly afterwards to wash the oil. Pressure of the massage was very light, even when directed to press harder. Other staff we're lovely and helpful but I will not go back.

Sapphire is a lovely, relaxing place for all kinds of spa treatments. I had a pedicure which included leg and foot massage as well as eco-friendly polish that looks just like gel. A great place to come and pamper yourself.

I just did the Detoxifying Facial and it was seriously the best spa treatment I’ve ever had. Between the products used and the talent of Kayliah, my esthetician, this facial took me to another realm. She has a wealth of knowledge on the products and how it affects your skin, plus gives an amazing massage. It was a truly luxurious experience — I highly recommend!

From the moment you walk through the door, the atmosphere was totally relaxing/inviting. The staff were eager to help and very friendly. The offer to take your coat to lock away so you dont have to lug it around, offer you tea, and then you get to wait in the lounge area upstairs, which was so peaceful and relaxing. Soothing music is always playing. I got the aromatherapy massage as a gift from a friend, 45 mins. Wasnt a very long massage but was soooo worth it, and being a student, I would definitely go back again when I get a chance.

Was not sure what to do for my mothers birthday and purchased a Gift Certificate. Im in Calgary and my mother lives in Victoria. I talked to her after her "day in the SPA" and she raved about how fantastic her experience was. She loved Shannon who did her pedicure and facial and Keno who did her Theraputic Massage. She also loved her facial and manicure. She said the staff "treated her like gold ". Good services with pretty decent atmosphere. I would like a little bit more attention to detail with regard to employees paying attention when in vicinity of their "quiet areas" - spaces that are supposed to be relaxing and free of loud conversation, cell phones, etc - the employees were constantly loudly carrying on with loud conversation and generally ruining the atmosphere before the massage. This minor gripe aside, it was a good massage with proper attention to a relaxing atmosphere once your masseuses have begun their portion of the service. Overall a good experience, and would return.

UPDATE: Sapphire Spa contacted me and have offered to add a complimentary treatment to my next service. I am impressed by their dedication to customer service! I will be looking forward to my next appointment! --- Really enjoyed my signature facial today. However, the website describes it with a head massage and I didn't get that. Everything was incredibly relaxing and my skin feels amazing, I was just missing the head massage! It was kinda the reason I chose that particular service! That said, I love this spa and I'll most likely go back, I'll just make sure to establish beforehand what exactly the treatment is going to entail.

I loved my massage with Amber!! I had the Ayurveda Massage. The hot oil & relaxation had me in a zen state right away. 90 minutes of bliss (which is uncharacteristic of me). I booked her in the next day with my partner, so he could have the same experience!! Thank you Amber, we’ll be back!!

What a wonderful sanctuary to get lost in. I send my wife there all the time and she returns home in the best of moods, sort of floating around the house. I finally decided to see what happens behind scene and I think every so often I deserve to float around the house. WOW! That’s all I can say, what attention to detail I can’t wait to try some of there other relaxation options. I highly recommend.

Went for a prenatal massage. Most places tell you in advance if the masseuse is going to be a male. This place did not. 5 months pregnant, I don't even want my husband touching me, let alone another male. That is just bad policy that they did not notify me in advance or ask me if I was okay with this. The masseuse spent a good 15 min talking, which then ate into my massage time. My total massage was about 40min. And no, I was not late for my appointment either. Total rip off. Paid for a 1hr massage but only got 40min and was annoyed the whole time that they didn't inform me in advance that it would be a male masseuse. It was my first prenatal massage and I was really looking forward to it. Unfortunately I was absolutely disappointed with the experience. Would never go here again for a prenatal massage or any other type of service.

His intuitive healing hands consistently soothe away all my aches and pains. Starting with a heated bed and essential oils, he not only completely and entirely relaxes you, he finds where on your body you may need extra care and provides exactly what is needed. You will leave relaxed, and restored. Kanon is a beautiful, kind and caring person but more than that, I believe he is a true healer.

From walking in to closing the door, the atmosphere was calming, welcoming, kind and so healing. Shannon led me through what I can only describe as one of the most relaxing hours of my life, at a time when I really needed it. The facial itself was soothing, beautifully executed and left my skin feeling nourished. The facial also left me with a deeper sense of calm and rejuvenation that is still sticking around even a few weeks later. Even after the facial, Shannon spent generous time talking about my skin, as well as general wellness goals, and when I popped in a week later to look at a product she made a point of checking in. I cannot recommend this spa more - it is magic and healing!✨????????

I was gifted a relaxation massage with Kenan and it was amazing! I left feeling relaxed with increased mobility in my back. Kenan has a warm and gentle touch with appropriate pressure when necessary. He was discreet and made me feel very comfortable using a male practitioner. His attention to detail such as dimming the lights when i turned face up was appreciated. I would definitely recommend this massage, practitioner and spa.
