Nice atmosphere, good size salon so you don't feel cramped but partition walls keep the noise down. Got an updo with lots of very long hair, Chrissy took the time to make sure we were both happy with the results, never making me feel rushed but that if I were on a time constraint she'd work with me to get out on time. Reasonable cost for almost 2 hrs work and a slew of bobby pins. French speaking staff is great to see! I haven't been to a salon in 10 years because of previous poor experiences but I'm already planning a trip for some bangs!

First time here, Lindsay was absolutely wonderful! She took her time to listen to my requests and did a great job delivering exactly what I have asked for! This girl is a gem and I can certainly recommend her services. However, I have got tons of attitude from the blonde gal at the reception. When I paid for the services and was about to leave, I said to her “Thank you, I will see you next time “ just to get a dead silence in response??? Ughhhh .. There will be no next time.

I came here with a gift certificate with my friend and got a "Shellac" gel mani. I have to say I'm stunned. After a week of wear, and constantly working with my hands, the nails still look incredible. Yesterday i spent 5 hours washing and scrubbing a kitchen, and not a single chip or scratch in the polish. I highly recommend Kayla, she did a fantastic job, was super fun to talk to, and took great care of us.

Kiera was super awesome doing my wax, eyebrows are on point! But she really made my day when she was able to squeeze me in and give my nails a quick polish. She was so much fun to talk to. I can't wait for my eyebrows to grow back! Haha!

Jaime is wonderful and professional. She understands hair and she's honest with people. It's hard to find good stylists for my hair. I feel she did go a bit safe with my hair but it was our first consult. I am pretty sure she's would be up for the challenge if I want to try something different.

First time I went there in August Michael gave me an awesome haircut. Went back this past week and I received the worst haircut. Bangs and back uneven, cut too short so both my cowlicks have gone postal. Uneven cut all around. Have chunks missing, my hair doesn't even lay flat. I can't style it. It looks like someone took a bowl to my hair and then took the feathering scissors to it. I will not ever go back,nor recommend this salon. Definitely not a $50 and up studio.

I had a Groupon to this salon for a shellac/gel manicure. My friend booked appointments for use about 1 week before my wedding to get our nails done. Upon arriving right on time for 9:00am appointments we found our appts. were actually staggered 15 minutes apart. They were also about 15 minutes late to even start our appts. which I found bizarre seeing as it was first thing in the morning. There were only about 8 colours to choose from for my nails and 1-2 that I picked out weren't in stock. I was assured the polish would last a minimum of one week for my wedding. The polish chipped within 2-3 days and I had to rush to find a last minute appt. in Whistler to get my nails redone the day before my wedding. I'm happy I didn't pay full price for this treatment.
